About This Role
Textron System, Electronic Systems is seeking talented Electrical Engineers (EE) to design and develop complex hardware solution for a variety of technical problems. Electrical Engineers engage in a variety of technical projects of moderate scope including schematic capture and circuit card design, Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) hardware and firmware design and development, and embedded microcontroller design and development. Additionally, EEs are expected to create, maintain and follow Interface Control Documents (ICDs), specifications and test procedures for circuit card assemblies and system integration.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Solving complex problems that may require research and analysis of alternatives involving many factors.
· Working independently to determine and develop innovative solutions.
· Contributing to and/or ensures the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.
· Working with schematic capture tools such as Mentor Graphics DxDesigner.
· Designing VHDL code for FPGAs (Altera/IntelPSG and/or Xilinx).
· Developing code for embedded microcontrollers (Atmel, Microchip, etc).
· Writing interface control documents, specifications and test procedures for designs.
· Reporting status including schedule progress and problems/issues.
· Working closely with hardware in a lab setting, and debugging using lab equipment (e.g. Spectrum Analyzer, Digital Oscilloscope).
You will be part of highly skilled team and need to interface with other team members, including those of other engineering disciplines. Additional job duties could include systems level requirements analysis, design, and proposal input. You may also be involved in system testing for products you’re a part of and aid with fielding and/or training of the customer.

- Conduct air safety investigations with minimal supervision
- Analyze telemetry data with standard tools
- Gather witness statements and interviews
- Coordinate hardware testing
- Review maintenance records and operational procedures
- Identify root cause and contributing factors
- Clearly document the outcome of investigations in a written report
- Derive specific, actionable recommendations to reduce the likelihood of future occurrences
- Use the investigations database and other tools to place an occurrence within historical context, identify mishap trends, and provide input to preventative/predicative safety programs

About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design engineering team during the development phases of an emerging program. The individual will be responsible for developing new analog designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware. The individual should be fluent in Mixed Signal electronics design, switching power supply design, ordnance initiation and high density PWAs. The individual should be skilled in using Allegro (ORCAD) Capture, PSPICE and other simulation products. Our Design Engineering team is focused on developing and improving new product designs to support advanced emerging programs for military customers
About This Role
The Director, Contracts shall proactively manage the contracts function for Textron Systems, including its off-site operations and locations. In addition to providing contract leadership, advice and support to business area management and program teams, s/he will be responsible for leading and managing a group of contract professionals in all aspects of contract management. In performing this role, the Director, Contracts will:
Responsibilities
• Ensure the contracts function serves as the primary customer interface and official point of contact for all contractual matters within the business area during all phases of contract formation and administration.
• Supervise, mentor and train contracts personnel reporting directly or indirectly to the Contracts Director in a collegial environment. Design career development plans, create professional development opportunities, and ensure robust succession plans are instituted for all staff members.
• Ensure contracts function provides appropriate business area support in all pre-contract formation activities, such as: review of solicitations and terms and conditions, performance of risk analyses and assessments, participation in bid/no bid decisions, provision of guidance on proposal strategies, development and preparation activities, review of cost proposals, maintenance of cost and pricing data records for TINA compliance, support fact-finding and DCAA audits, and lead negotiations.
• Proactively supervise a staff of contracts professionals who: manage and administer a variety of contracts (government/commercial, domestic/international) of all types (cost reimbursement, fixed price, incentive, award fee, IDIQ, time and material, etc.) and modifications thereto; prepare and coordinate business correspondence; generate required contract-related reports; and maintain accurate and complete contract records for the company and actively oversee closing out completed contracts.
• Remain actively engaged with (and serve as an integral member of) designated business area management and program teams. Develop strong interfaces with other functional areas and maintain close contact with appropriate levels of management as necessary. Participate in program reviews, monitor program performance (contract schedules, deliverables, funding, invoicing, and payments), and notify program leaders and management of potential non-compliances or other problems that could have an adverse impact on the company. Recommend to program leaders and management contract solutions and strategies that will favorably impact the company.
• Supervise and support staff in identification, management and negotiation of contract changes, and coordination and resolution of contract issues internally and with external customers. Provide advice and guidance regarding contract disputes and actively participate in resolution of these matters.
• Ensure contract management activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and customer requirements.
• Serve as an integral member of the Legal and Contracts organization and forge a close working relationship with Legal department members. Ensure coordination with Legal on contract matters that may have legal significance (such as, identifying to Legal non-standard or potentially high risk terms and conditions) prior to advising management of contractual risks, rights and obligations, and terms and conditions interpretations.
• Perform other contract-related duties as assigned.

Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, the IT Manager is responsible for technology planning, service execution and oversight of technology that supports business operations. The candidate must be able to balance daily operations and project work in a large scale, highly complex, cross-functional operating environment. The candidate should possess a natural enthusiasm for IT, diverse in-depth technical experience, business acumen, and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities

JOB SCOPE:
- Program, implement, and maintain all Data Acquisition and Control (DAQ) electronics systems for Engineering data collection and engine test cell control. Aid, assist, and train Electronic Technician(s) or other Data Acquisition and Control Specialists as required. Work with limited Supervisor or Department Manager input. Responsible to advise and assist the Experimental Engineer in correct application of DAQ equipment, and proper setup to obtain test data for analysis
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Calibration of DAQ and control system devices.
- Installation of new DAQ and Control System hardware and software, to include engine test cells.
- Maintain user manuals for DAQ hardware and software.
- DAQ & control system hardware and software trouble-shooting and repair as required and/or prudent.
- Use of electronic equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Ammeters, and Stroboscopes as required.
- Perform assigned work in a safety conscious manner.
- Perform assigned work to specific quality and production standards.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and work area in a clean professional condition.
- Prepare or maintain all documentation necessary for the job classification.
- Perform other duties inherently required of the job classification and may perform the duties of Electronics Technician job classification for work coverage requirements.

About ATAC
Textron Systems - ATAC provides tactical flight training and adversary aggressor services for U.S. Navy, Marine and Air Force pilots. ATAC operates simultaneously across eight sites and two continents and comprises the world’s largest outsourced civilian, tactical airborne training organization and proudly provides the highest quality live training to Squadrons, Air Wings, and Battle Groups. ATAC was the first civilian organization authorized to train the USAF’s F-22 Raptors.
Summary
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.

The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls

This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls

This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
-
This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections

Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as; blueprints or manufactures’ manuals

Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
