About This Role:
Textron Systems is seeking a Sales & Strategy Director to join our team of high-performing and diverse business development professionals to provide advanced capabilities for our nation’s warfighters. Candidates will identify, develop and shape new business opportunities for US Air Force and US Navy air-delivered munitions systems to provide comprehensive, mission-focused solutions to our customers in support of assigned line of business/program areas.
Responsibilities:
· Identification and pursuit of new business opportunities aligned with company strategy, and driving development of supporting business case

About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, the Financial Analyst will be a key financial business partner in supporting Textron Systems ATAC Operating unit with timely analysis, invoicing, financial modeling and reporting. The analyst will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for analysis of programs financials, invoicing government Customers, Capital Expense budgeting, and Pricing & Estimating that are used by senior leaders to manage the business daily. They will be able to use historical data and current understanding to identify financial trends and patterns as they relate to financial forecast.
Responsibilities
· Support ATAC programs with timely analysis, financial modeling and recommendations for decision making.
· Prepare and submit invoices for multiple government contracts, ensuring CLINs, ACRNs and funded amounts are accurate prior to submission.
· Responsible for establishing and maintaining Corporate Financial Reports, Program Status Reports, and Key Performances Indicators
· Ensure program financials are accurate and complete and are in accordance with SOX and internal corporate controls
· Use analysis to identify and investigate program issues and advise on appropriate course of action
· Support new business pricing and estimating activities
· Provide real time program financial status to leadership as well as Ad-hoc financial analysis

Summary
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.
Job Responsibilities
· Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
· Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
· Utilize AMS program
· Training of maintenance personnel
· Manage assigned maintenance programs
· Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
· Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
· The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
· This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
· This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
· This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
· Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
· Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
· Additional responsibilities as delineated by Production Supervisor and Crew Chiefs
· Manage programs as assigned.
· Travel up to 25%

About This Role
The Electronic Systems (ES) engineering team has an immediate opening for a mid-senior level Systems Engineer to support the growing Simulation and Training Team. As a member of the Simulation and Training Team, the systems engineer supports engineering development projects to deliver on our program commitments and release the capabilities to our military customers. The strong candidate will possess a broad knowledge base in multiple engineering disciplines and be able to execute in both R&D and production environments. As a systems engineer, you will perform a variety of assignments including requirements analysis, architecture design, systems integration, new product integration, and system test.
Responsibilities:
- Support full-life cycle engineering design and development activities on ES programs.
- Perform requirements analysis, systems modeling (SYSML), trade studies, requirements derivation, design review support, integration planning, test, verification, risk management, and engineering analysis.
- Use technical acumen and problem-solving skills toward the execution of systems engineering tasks.
- Execute reviews of engineering work products to ensure technically accurate and quality work products.
- Generate subcontract statements of work and manage outside subcontractor performance.
- Prepare and present systems engineering work products to internal review teams and at program milestone reviews.
- Interact daily with program managers, planners, engineers, and technicians.
- Travel in support of project execution and testing as required, up to 15%.

About This Role
Reporting to the Production Planning Manger, the Logistics Supervisor will lead a team of material specialists, material handlers, and shippers responsible for storing, inventorying, transacting and shipping materials, tools, equipment, and parts. The Logistics Supervisor has high visibility across the organization and works with cross functional teams in the Operations, Planning, Program and Finance departments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise logistics operations across the warehouse, shop floor, and shipping departments.
- Provide leadership to ensure safe work areas, environments, practices, and behaviors.
- Manage resources to optimize productivity, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance and execution associated with the Quality Management Systems, Textron Systems MMAS procedures, ITAR/EAR regulations, and Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR).
- Plan, organize, and assign the logistics workflow across the warehouse, shop floor, and shipping teams to meet safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Instruct assigned personnel on processes, policies and procedures and coordinates with staff and designated support groups to resolve problems.
- Oversee outbound shipping operations to ensure accurate and cost-effective delivery of products
- Plans, organizes, and makes work assignments consistent with job classifications and employee ability.
- Provide a strong focus on developing talent throughout the organization.
- Study records and recommend remedial actions for reported non-usable, slow-moving, and excess stock.
- Review records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels.
- Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock-control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Review/manage discrete jobs are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking a project engineer to technically lead the T-7A Maintenance Training System (MTS) program. For this program, Textron Systems has secured an effort to design and build the MTS for this newly developed aircraft. Project engineers will work primarily with the engineering disciplines and program teams to plan and execute the technical aspects of the project to achieve defined objectives within cost and schedule constraints. Project Engineers lead a multidisciplinary team and provide technical leadership and guidance on development efforts that impact on ground vehicles products and programs. The Project Engineer ensures that the engineering efforts meet customer and internal requirements.
T-7A MTS Project Engineer roles and responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with Program Management to tightly control program schedule and budget
• Resolve schedule, resource, and technical conflicts
• Navigate and lead multidiscipline teams through unusually complex technical problems and provide solutions
• Collaborate with functional managers to organize and delegate key tasks
• Interact daily with program managers, planners, engineers and technicians
• Generate statements of work and managing outside contractor performance
• Act as a technical interface between engineering development team, Integrated Product Teams, and Integrated Supply Chain for product and program needs
• Chair (or delegate) responsibilities to execute change control boards for your project /product
• Develop discretionary funding plans and requests outlining program needs for successful execution
• Provide recommendations to senior management regarding critical risk acceptance
• Develop proposals (cost and technical) and basis of estimates for new business opportunities
• Prepare and present engineering work products to internal review teams and external customers at program milestone reviews
• Manage and coordinate Design, Development, Integration and Test Activities
• Coordinate Engineering support of Vehicle of builds, outfitting, test and final delivery
• Responsible for delivery of associated technical artifacts including Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL’s)
• Responsible for coordination and communication with Integrated Supply chain, Engineering, Program Management and Government customers on all T-7A related tasks, activities, risks and issues.

About This Role
Textron Systems Weapon Systems is seeking a full-time Modeling & Simulation Engineer with experience in structural and dynamic simulation, preferably using LS-DYNA, to support advanced weapon system development programs in Wilmington, MA. The candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills and be comfortable working within a multidisciplinary engineering team. This position requires that the candidate be a U.S. citizen with, or capable of receiving, a Secret level security clearance.
