About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing engineering support on both next generation technologies and proven platforms that support and protect our deployed warfighter
- Participating in development of new products across all phases of the hardware design lifecycle from concept development to test and evaluation concepts
- Supporting hands-on ground and flight test events through test planning, test execution, and data reduction in a dynamic environment
- Working with multidisciplinary systems and accomplishing tasks that cover a wide range of design activities on air, sea, and/or land vehicles
- Conducting in-depth structural, stability and control, and aerodynamic analysis
- Using, updating, and writing aircraft performance simulation and predictive tools
Responsibilities
- To ensure the quality of the Technical Product Documentation by ensuring that all drawings are produced in accordance with both published national/international standards, and company design standards in a timely fashion in line with program release schedule.
- Contribute to the identification of any identified technical shortcomings and recommend/propose solutions
- Check and approve engineering drawings from the points of view of; technical completeness, clarity, conformance with standards, dimensional accuracy and the correct specification of materials and processes
- Check and approve tolerance stack analyses for technical completeness and correctness
- Assist Program Engineers with promoting and developing a generally higher level of engineering drawing, GD&T and tolerance stack analysis skills across the team through one-to-one mentoring and group training activities where required

Airborne Tactical Advantage Company (ATAC), provides tactical flight training and adversary services. ATAC provides tactical flight training and adversary aggressor services for U.S. Navy, Marine and Air Force pilots, and is the only organization certified to train the Navy’s TOPGUN program. SUMMARY:
The Sr Quality Analyst is responsible for evaluating internal controls and processes to ensure they are adequate, effective, and in compliance with ATAC, Textron, AS9100 rev D, and contract requirements. The Sr Quality Analyst plans, coordinates, and executes the inspection scheme across all company sites and directorates, reporting and tracking results, trends, and action items. The Sr Quality Analyst also assists the Director of Quality Control in continuous process improvement and general quality oversight for all permanent and operating locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for execution, preparation, and planning of internal and external inspections of ATAC sites, directorates, and activities.
- Coordinates inspection schedule execution, including team composition, objectives, and reporting.
- Builds inspection checklists to include discrete inspection item reference(s), methodology, owner, and target performance or compliance thresholds.
- Coordinates inspection report development and distribution.
- Conducts trend analysis to identify focus areas for improvement.
- Identifies, prioritizes, and tracks metrics across assigned sites.
- Manages the Corrective Action Request (CAR) process and coordination with site and suppliers as needed.
- Coordinates supplier surveys and oversight inspections to support procurement activities as required.
- Assists Program Managers with oversight recommendations and implementation.
- Responsible for special duties and mission tasking as related to overall departmental goals.
- Maintains oversight and ensures compliance with AS9100 rev D requirements and the approved Quality Management System (QMS).
- Integrates with site leadership to provide layers of quality oversight and integration of quality objectives.
- Participate as a team member on Process Improvement initiatives across departments.
- Manages Quality software database (QT9) for the Management Review process.
- Responsible for Monthly contract status tracking to applicable Program Managers.

- Performing the duties of a Structural Shipfitter daily.
- Job duties include but are not limited to measuring, laying out, cutting, grinding, forming and drilling of assorted materials (aluminum, steel, stainless, gasket, rubber, screen, etc.).
- Works from Engineering drawings, sketches and written and verbal instructions.
- Maintains records, forms and logs as required.
- Typical tools and equipment used in the performance of duties are: MIG and TIG welders, manual hand tools, mechanical, pneumatic, cordless and electric tools including porta power, come a long, clamps, hammers and mauls, gougers, grinders, saws, band saws, drills, tapes and scales.
- Must be capable of handling chemicals and solvents including alcohol, cleaning solvents, cutting oil, tool oil, etc.
- Housekeeping of shop and work area (keeping work area neat and clean) daily.
- Must visually inspect work to drawings and sketches for completeness and dimensional correctness.
- May direct the activities or tasks of helpers, as assigned.

About This Role
This position is a multi-faceted security position, responsible for Special Programs Security in support of multiple programs including collateral programs. The incumbent will adhere to the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 522.22-M, DCIDs and ICDs as well as program related manuals as a part of a team that oversees the day to day security operations within both the SCI and SAP security environments.

About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to focus on electronics/electrical manufacturing assembly and testing of products across the product life cycle spectrum. As part of our dedicated ISC team, Manufacturing Process Engineer’s principal responsibilities are to develop repeatable and reproducible assembly, inspection, and test instructions, identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes. Responsibilities will also include other upstream activities such as capital equipment, facility requirements, existing and emerging manufacturing technologies, tool design, cost estimating, and configuration control. This individual will work closely with Design Engineering, Manufacturing and Assembly Technicians to complete builds, analyze results and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Assembly Technicians and other Manufacturing Engineers to provide a clear line of communication between design and manufacturing.
• Perform make/buy analyses for new designs by reviewing drawings, sketches, and schematics.

- Proactively administer a variety of contracts (government/commercial, domestic/international) of all types (cost reimbursement, fixed price, incentive, award fee, IDIQ, time and material, etc.) and modifications thereto. Prepare and coordinate business correspondence, generate required contract-related reports, and maintain accurate and complete contract files and records for the company.
- Remain actively engaged with (and serve as an integral member of) designated program teams and develop strong interfaces with Hunt Valley personnel in other functional areas.

Job Description
Identify and evaluate the ever-changing demand/supply environment utilizing modeling tools to proactively ensure a balanced production plan. Resolve issues driving imbalances to ensure on time delivery of parts to teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide long range 30+ day look ahead to Lycoming to identify shortage issues and facilitate workaround planning.
- Responsible for identifying potential out of balance conditions between demand and supply over the planning horizon. This includes identifying critical long pole shortages, capacity constraints and/or schedule imbalances resulting in an unrealistic flow rate.
- Responsible for coordinating actions necessary to align supply to demand. This could result in coordinating actions with Procurement, Manufacturing, Operations Management, etc. Including the realignment of demand through direct facilitation with the demand owners.
- Supplies directional input to the individual production and refurbishment cells based on informational analysis and direct interface with Planning Manager.
- Coordinate any major activity relating to the factory floor that may affect the scheduling of jobs or available net capacity of critical constraints (i.e., machines down, manpower adjustments, missing machine group codes, etc.) and adjust the plan as needed.
- Accountable for managing the shop loads and developing plans for balancing critical resources while working with manufacturing supervision in their efforts to produce the product and obtain the most effective utilization of equipment in a cost-effective manner.
