We are seeking a talented test engineer with a Mechanical or Test Engineering background to support a major US Air Force Program. As a Test Engineer, you will perform planning, coordination, and execution of component, subsystem, and system level tests as well as other evaluation activities across the program. Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and schedule test and evaluation activities to ensure that test requirements and objectives are met per customer/program requirements and engineering and quality standards
Prepare and/or review test plans, test procedures, test readiness reviews and test reports for functional, environmental, and field tests
Support in-house and field data collection activities including setup and operation of data acquisition systems, accelerometers, strain gauges, high speed cameras, and other test instrumentation
Support test activities including product installation, integration, test, data acquisition and analysis
Perform preliminary “quick-look” analysis and provide post-test debriefs to engineering team and customers
Coordinate with appropriate program, engineering, and external organizations during test planning, execution, analysis and reporting phases
Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written) and have good organizational skills

About This Role
The Sr. Logistics Analyst will ensure that all procurement, fabrication, and inspection efforts are completed on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining LPD/Logistic Support Analysis Records (LSAR) in accordance with GEIA-STD-0007 and/or MIL STD-1388-2B
- Performing Product Support Analysis and reviewing customer and company specific requirement documents as the basis for establishing supportability requirements for equipment and determining the LSA technical studies that are appropriate given the defined program scope and product life cycle phase. LSA methods may include but are not limited to Provisioning, Maintenance Task Analysis, Personnel and Manpower Requirements Analysis, Support and Test Equipment Requirements Analysis, Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) Analysis
- Supporting various Integrated Product Support (IPS) conferences, meetings, and demonstrations such as LSA and Provisioning Guidance Conferences, Maintainability and Logistics Demonstrations, and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS)/Integrated Product Support (IPS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) reviews
- Collecting data necessary to support the conduct of LSA and the development of comprehensive LPD Databases through review of technical data including engineering drawings and specifications, as well as through communication with technical SMEs and various product stakeholders.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Engineer to join our team in supporting strategic weapon systems and subsystem technical design solutions for our Advanced Programs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the design, planning, execution, and test and evaluation aspects of development programs programs, ensuring that all technical requirements are met and that programs are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, execution, integration, and testing, to develop and implement program plans.
- Manage subsystem design, integration, testing, and schedule requirements of program components to deliver products that are technically acceptable in a cost-effective manner.
- Coordinate and oversee the test and evaluation of strategic weapon system development programs, ensuring compliance with military standards and specifications.

SUMMARY
The Supplier Quality Engineer will oversee quality assurance processes, implement quality control measures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves the development, implementation, and maintenance of protocols and procedures to ensure products are manufactured and assembled to the highest standards. Additionally, the Senior Quality Engineer will lead process improvement activities at supplier facilities to enhance product quality for Lycoming Engines. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Six Sigma methodologies, AS9100 standards, and FAA regulatory requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leads, plans, organizes, monitors, and conducts supplier audits to quality standards (AS9100) in support of supplier selection and improvement.
• Drives effective root cause analyses and corrective actions for Lycoming Engines and its customers.
• Spearheads process improvement activities at supplier facilities.
• Facilitate preventive actions and supplier process control projects that improve the quality of products delivered to Lycoming Engines.
• Compiles and analyzes data to make informed decisions to drive supplier quality improvement.
• Evaluates suppliers’ performance and implements necessary enhancements.
• Works closely with the receiving inspection team to resolve any issues with parts or paperwork from suppliers.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team for supplier review and development.

About This Role
This position will report to the Vice President of Business Process Controls and will interface will all levels of Textron personnel across the businesses, Textron Corporate personnel and the US Government (USG). The ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management within Textron and the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and other USG agencies is critical for this position. This position is expected to work independently and effectively manage staff within the BPC group.
This position will be responsible for documenting and supporting compliance with Textron processes related to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARS) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). This position will also be responsible for continuously evaluating existing processes for improvement. Additionally, this position will be responsible for resolving issues with the USG customer.
