About This Role?
A Day in the Life of a Quality Engineer I:?
Performs quality planning activities including development of Quality Plan, Quality Assurance Directive and Inspection Plan documents as required by the assigned project(s).
?Reviews customer contracts; responsible for requirements analysis, identification and definitions.
Interfaces with Supplier Quality Engineering to provide guidance and support for supplier issues.
Uses knowledge of inspection tools and techniques to define inspection requirements.
Participates in process improvement activities through monitoring, root cause investigations, auditing, failure analysis.
Participates in design document reviews and assist in developing fabrication/build processes and standards.
Interfaces with internal organizations and systems in performance of the assigned Quality Engineering functions.

About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Conducts requirements analysis, develops and executes research verification and validation experiments, while working in a project team environment
Performs naval requirements analysis in order to develop new concepts and applications for high speed marine vessels and systems
Prepared calculations including preliminary weight performance, powering and range estimates
Develops new hull forms/ lines, general arrangements and basic hull structural definition for concept designs
Prepares technical reports and/or reviews technical data or reports provided by others as directed.
Performs and check Naval Architectural calculations relating to floodable length, hydrostatics, stability or tonnage to assure conformity with applicable Classification Society, Regulatory Body or Specification requirements.

About This Role?
A Day in the Life of an Associate Production Planner:
Prepare and control the Production Schedule; coordinate the internal & external supply chain requirements to ensure appropriate flow of materials to support on time delivery of finished goods.
Advises management on the status of work in progress, material availability, potential production or capacity issues, and risks to the schedule.
Monitors internal and external supply chain alignment - identifies and resolves potential constraints, prepares work orders and purchase requisitions to support the master production schedule.?
Reviews and communicates supply vs. demand imbalances to Program Manager; provides input to Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Plays an integral role on Integrated Product Teams (IPT) effectively interfacing and communicating with internal customers on a regularly scheduled basis.
Schedules and expedites the movement of materials by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders.?
Supports the Product Manager / Account Manager by providing program work completion dates and / or risks.
Analyzes pegging reports (and other system tools) to determine critical path constraints. Performs product lead time analysis.

Textron Systems is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Land Domain Ground Robotics team. We want engineers who have the passion to apply a diverse set of technologies and skills to create indispensable robotic solutions. Work is conducted on research and development initiatives that enable our ground robotic products and programs. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Fulfilling daily responsibilities including research and trade studies, developing electrical design concepts, performance calculations and simulation, and hands-on support of testing and troubleshooting
Opportunities that range from analog and digital circuits, fabrication and assembly, computer architectures, PCB design, debugging of electrical assemblies
Designing, documenting, and upgrading robotic systems to include critical vehicle electronics and mission payloads.
Some travel required to support customer demonstrations and product readiness.

Support Quality processes in receiving, receiving inspection, assembly, test and shipping areas.

A Day in the Life of an Information Systems Security Intern:
Analyzing network traffic and various log data and open-source information to determine the threat against the network, recommend appropriate countermeasures, and assess damage
Assisting with accepting, collecting, sorting, ordering, and passing on incoming information for the reported cyber events
Facilitating and expediting the tracking, handling, and reporting of security events and computer incidents in accordance with organizational procedures
Reviewing Risk Assessments for any hardware and software
Collaborating with the business and other security teams across the enterprise to help provide solutions based on business requirements
Protecting and maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of classified information
Assisting in the development of security awareness and education information to users and administrators.
Ensuring all pertinent information is obtained to allow the identification, categorization, incident handling and triage actions to occur in a time sensitive environment
Researching and suggesting measures to improve Information Security related procedures, operations, processes, and systems, specific to information security concerns throughout our business unit
