About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Performs Quality Engineering assignments requiring independent evaluation, selection, and application of standard Quality Engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
Requires use of judgment and ingenuity in making adaptations and modifications.
Work is performed within a defined set of skills or knowledge area with help and coaching from senior level Quality Engineers. The Quality Engineer supports product design activities, planning for quality, production activities, data analysis and development of metrics, root cause and corrective action, and process and product improvement.
Performs quality planning activities including development of Quality Plan, Quality Assurance Directive and Inspection Plan documents as required by the assigned project(s).
Interfaces with Supplier Quality Engineering to provide guidance and support for supplier issues.
Monitor processes using nonconformance and test discrepancy metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Participates in process improvement activities through defect disposition, root cause investigations, implement corrective and preventive actions, and verify the effectiveness of improvements, etc.
Participates in Program Management activities appropriate to the assigned project(s).
Assists in developing fabrication/build processes and standards.
Create and deliver report data and presentations to local management regarding area performance.
Interfaces with internal organizations and systems in performance of the assigned Quality Engineering functions.

About This Role
A Day in the Life of a Quality Engineer Inte
Reviews Engineering and Manufacturing information such as new and revised designs, specifications, and bills of materials; production, tool, and test equipment drawings; manufacturing plans; operation and routing sheets
Conducts reviews, incorporate Quality planning, and provide approval for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, design drawings, parts, process plans, and discrete jobs (shop orders)
Monitors, reviews, analyzes, and interprets data/metrics to identify trends, failure modes, chronic/systemic failures, and process variation to improve Quality
Performs Quality engineering work requiring a high degree of technical competence
Performs work which involves conventional engineering practice and may include a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements
Engages in daily communication and collaboration with Production to ensure Production leaders are aware of and taking appropriate measures to mitigate the future recurrence of their defects.
Interfaces with all other engineering/integrated supply chain functions within the organization and on quality-related issues
Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management

About This Role?
A?Day in the Life of a?Project Controls Intern:
Assist in updating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across the program lifecycle.
Support schedule status updates by capturing progress, adjusting dates, and checking logic links.
Help perform schedule analysis, including critical path reviews and milestone tracking.
Assist in preparing Earned Value Management (EVM) reports, variance explanations, and baseline documents.
Support integration of cost and schedule data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Participate in program reviews, internal meetings, and audit/surveillance preparation.
Collaborate with program managers, CAMs, schedulers, finance, and other cross-functional teams.

About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Creating electrical schematics, harnessing design, and drawings in CAD system such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks?
Performing engineering calculations, writing specifications, formulating sketches, testing criteria, failure analysis, and cost estimates. ?
Providing technical support to both internal and external customers for technical data package delivery.?
Supporting Prototype build, troubleshooting and documentation as required.?
Understanding customer requirements, and provide design solutions?
Familiarity with Military standard and specifications then incorporating them into the system design
Interest in automotive design related field?

About This Role?
A Day in the Life of an Associate Production Planner:
Prepare and control the Production Schedule; coordinate the internal & external supply chain requirements to ensure appropriate flow of materials to support on time delivery of finished goods.
Advises management on the status of work in progress, material availability, potential production or capacity issues, and risks to the schedule.
Monitors internal and external supply chain alignment - identifies and resolves potential constraints, prepares work orders and purchase requisitions to support the master production schedule.?
Reviews and communicates supply vs. demand imbalances to Program Manager; provides input to Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Plays an integral role on Integrated Product Teams (IPT) effectively interfacing and communicating with internal customers on a regularly scheduled basis.
Schedules and expedites the movement of materials by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders.?
Supports the Product Manager / Account Manager by providing program work completion dates and / or risks.
Analyzes pegging reports (and other system tools) to determine critical path constraints. Performs product lead time analysis.
