About This Role
The Sr IT Apps & Bus Partner is responsible for the development and management of business, organizational, and/or operational requirements as well as overseeing the design, development, and launching of business systems in support of core organization functions and business processes. This team member elicits, analyzes, validates, and documents business requirements and helps the project team identify the solution that meets the defined requirements. Solutions often include a systems development component but may also consist of process improvement or organizational change. They will often mentor analysts and associate analysts and contribute ideas and thoughts to IT Leadership. They also contribute to on-site end user services and support. This position will be on-site at the Lycoming Engines manufacturing plant in Williamsport, PA.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the gathering of business needs for large-scale projects that will vary from medium to high levels of complexity
· Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications
· Document detailed and concise descriptions of business and technical requirements
· Lead the design of solutions for large-scale projects through interactions with the business and technical staff
· Collaborate with both the business and IT staff in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications
· Conduct structured analysis of business process and data flows, using various modeling techniques, and assist in business process redesign when needed
· Develop business cases for proposed solutions and develop a full financial analysis
· Develop test scripts, test plans, and scenarios, and test solutions against business requirements
· Monitor development activities and assist IT Manager in controlling the execution of project plans to complete projects on schedule and on budget

About This Role
The Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) and Senior Compliance Specialist position encompasses the requirements to ensure that procurement activity is consistently within the guidelines set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DoD FAR applicable government/customer regulations, processes and procedures. This position serves as a subject matter expert on all Supply Chain Management (SCM) audit and compliance matters or concerns. Coordination with internal functional management, departments, staff and external customers (both Government and applicable Customers) is a normal occurrence. This position functions as a liaison with government agencies for matters involving SCM and Procurement for all audits, data collection, reporting and process change controls involved. In performing this role, the Senior Compliance Specialist will:
Responsibilities
· Perform SBLO duties to include:
o Act as resource for small businesses seeking to do business with large business.
o Coordinate the establishment of goals for the organization, and, if applicable, for subcontracting plans.
o Monitor performance to goals (actuals) both internally and externally
o Lead subcontracting plan efforts.
o Issue internal and external Small Business program reports.
o Interface with customer and government Small Business representatives.
o Maximize business opportunities for small businesses.
o Ensure contract, policy, and procedural compliance.
o Instill awareness and understanding of their company’s Small Business program.
o Support outreach events.
o Develop source lists.
o Network with industry suppliers and other Small Business professionals.
· Review, record and debrief the results of Purchase Order audits to the responsible individuals for all procurement actions performed.

· Perform ongoing in-process PO and subcontract audits. Capture trends and provide training on gap correction. Identifies recurring events and ensures appropriate actions are taken, such as Management notification utilizing weekly and quarterly upper management reporting/briefings.
· Assist with the preparation of data for and support external audit actions by US Government auditors to include DCAA, DCMA and other agencies. Assists with all internal audit actions.
· Keep team members informed of the status of assigned work. Monitoring work products and coordinating with management for findings/issues identified
· Lead, manage, write and participate in posting all process/procedure changes for supply chain management.
· Ensure timely and accurate notices of all process changes are provided for all affected individuals.
· Lead and participate directly in the investigation/audit process.
· Write, review and/or distribute investigation/audit reports.
· Work with the team to develop robust training programs, identify trends and initiate appropriate responses.
· Coordinate across all departments/functional areas as needed/required to represent SM Compliance.
· Review compliance with annual supplier certifications including small business information in Oracle and on the ASL, as needed.

The Director of Advanced Materials & Hypersonics will lead a high-performing team of engineers and material scientists focused on the development, qualification, and transition of advanced composite materials and manufacturing processes for ultra-high-temperature reentry and hypersonic applications. · Provide strategic leadership for the development of advanced materials, thermal protection systems, and high-temperature composite structures supporting hypersonic and reentry programs.

Lycoming Engines, a leader in aircraft engine manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Specialist to support brand growth and product communication strategies at our Williamsport, PA location. This role is part of the broader Textron Systems MARCOM team and reports to Lycoming Engines’ Manager of Commercial Marketing.
As an integral member of our MARCOM organization, you will partner with product lines, cross-functional teams, and MARCOM centers of excellence — including Creative Services, Digital Development, Communications, and Events — to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and events that strengthen our market presence and support long-term business strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

About This Role
The Subcontract Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and managing subcontracts for a variety of high dollar, high complexity systems, materials and services in support of all product lines. This role will be responsible for supplier selection, negotiation and creation of subcontract and long term agreements, and management of large and complex supplier programs.

· Lead several supply chain sourcing projects concurrently across programs
· Evaluate, analyze and assess trends and advancements in materials, technologies, sources of supply and the market to establish supply solutions
· Assist in identifying, evaluating and selecting potential suppliers/partners for systems, materials and services
· Insure proper assessments and audits are accomplished to confirm qualifications and capabilities of potential subcontractors.
· Prepares requests for proposals, obtains subcontractor proposals, supports cost proposals, prepares cost or price analysis and establishes negotiation strategy
· Negotiates all aspects of high-value, major subcontracts or long term agreement in collaboration with programs, including scope of work, pricing and payments, and all contract terms and conditions
· Prepares subcontract documents in accordance with appropriate company and customer requirements, including contract, statements of work, technical specifications, data requirements and special provisions as required.

The Manufacturing Program Manager (MPM) will serve as the primary Manufacturing Operations representative to program areas for both manufacturing and supply chain activities. This person will work across multiple supply chain disciplines and manufacturing operations, including multiple manufacturing locations to coordinate the timely, accurate, and complete execution of program requirements to include: IRAD, production, engineering development, and transition to production (TTP) activities.

About This Role
In this role, you will provide External Pilot support to the various initiatives underway within Textron Systems Uncrewed Air and Land. In this role, you will have the opportunity to fly various aircraft ranging in size from Group1 to Group 3 UAS as fixed wing and VTOL platforms. This position is focused on research and development activities. Duties include but are not limited to; assisting project engineering with all aspects of new product integration, implementation, and testing in both ground and flight environments, support of new integration flight tests, customer training and support, system capability demonstration flights, and New Aircraft Check Out (NACO) of production UAS platforms at operational locations around the globe. Additional duties will include emplacement, displacement, periodic and routine inspection, required maintenance, and replenishment of other associated ground equipment as well as proper notation of logbooks and records. Duties and responsibilities will require travel both domestically and internationally in support of our product line and customer relations. Additional daily duties may occur on a situational basis and will be assigned as necessary.

- Serve as an Aerosonde External Pilot supporting Training, Demonstration, and Research/Development operations. Performing all required flight duties in a safe and efficient manner.
- Represent the Aerosonde Internal Research and Development team in coordinating local flight test needs.
- Perform tasks including integration, troubleshooting, emplacement, displacement, inspection, disposition, repair, and replenishment of associated equipment.
- Maintain accurate logbooks, flight records, and COLTS documentation.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for operator and maintenance-related issues.
- Assist multiple engineering disciplines with integration, test of product improvements.

- Support offsite testing and demonstrations.
- Actively perform lab maintenance, safety audits, and material tracking.
- Serve as the liaison between Engineering, Training and Publications teams, and other users.
