About This Role
The Procurement Category Manager owns and is responsible for planning, executing, and managing the strategy and ensuring execution of a variety of high dollar, high complexity systems, materials and services in support of assigned product lines. This role will be responsible for supplier selection, negotiation and creation of long-term agreements and management of large and complex supplier programs.
Responsibilities
• Lead several supply chain sourcing projects concurrently across assigned product categories.
• Evaluate, analyze and assess trends and advancements in materials, technologies, sources of supply and the market to establish supply solutions.
• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and selecting potential suppliers/partners for systems, materials and services.

Electrical Systems Engineering Sr Manager
Position Summary
The Electrical Systems Manager is responsible for directing and integrating all electrical engineering activities across a complex aerospace development program. This role serves as the senior electrical engineering authority for the program and provides technical leadership, execution oversight, and cross-functional coordination for electrical design, systems integration, verification, test, and electronics test equipment development. The Electrical Systems Manager ensures the electrical architecture, avionics hardware, power systems, interfaces, integration strategy, and verification approach collectively satisfy program requirements, technical performance objectives, and customer expectations.
This role operates as a key member of the program’s engineering leadership team and works closely with program management, chief engineering, firmware engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Provide overall leadership and direction for all electrical engineering activities on the program.
- Establish and maintain the electrical engineering technical baseline across design, integration, verification, and test.
- Ensure electrical subsystem designs meet performance, reliability, safety, EMI/EMC, power, thermal, and environmental requirements.
- Lead technical decision-making, trade studies, design reviews, and engineering risk assessments.
- Drive timely resolution of complex technical issues affecting cost, schedule, performance, or integration.
Team and Organizational Management
- Lead a multi-disciplinary electrical engineering organization composed of functional leads in design engineering, electrical systems engineering, electrical test, and test equipment development
- Align engineering priorities, staffing, and technical execution across integrated product teams.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads while fostering strong engineering rigor and accountability.
- Support staffing plans, organizational development, and engineering process improvement initiatives.
Design and Systems Integration
- Oversee development of avionics hardware, electrical architectures, power distribution systems, harnessing, interfaces, and embedded electronic assemblies.
- Ensure configuration control and disciplined change management throughout development.
- Coordinate interfaces between mechanical, electrical, firmware, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams.
- Ensure requirements traceability and verification planning are fully integrated into design activities.
Verification, Test, and Test Equipment Oversight
- Oversee electrical verification and validation activities including bench testing, subsystem integration testing, environmental testing, EMI/EMC qualification, and system-level verification.
- Direct development of electronics test equipment, automated test systems, hardware-in-the-loop solutions, and laboratory integration capabilities required to support development and qualification activities.
- Review and approve test objectives, procedures, instrumentation plans, and anomaly resolution efforts.
- Ensure analytical predictions, laboratory data, and qualification test results are properly correlated and dispositioned.
Program Execution
- Support program planning, cost estimation, schedule development, and risk management activities.
- Track engineering execution against milestones and technical performance measures.
- Provide regular status updates to program leadership and customers regarding technical progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Support major program reviews including SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and qualification reviews.
Customer and Supplier Engagement
- Serve as a primary technical interface for electrical engineering matters with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Support supplier technical oversight, design reviews, and issue resolution activities.
- Participate in customer briefings and technical interchange meetings.

The Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Compliance Analyst for Textron Systems, is primarily responsible for ensuring compliance with the 32 EVM guidelines across the company for their assigned programs. This role requires integration with the program teams and acts as a support function providing guidance, training, document review, internal surveillance prep as well as interaction with DCMA, DCAA and customers.
The Compliance Analyst, will be primarily responsible for ensuring compliance with EVM guidance across the company. This includes applying project management oversight to assigned projects, developing/designing and implementing new or revised departmental policies, programs, techniques, and methods. Will provide financial and scheduling guidance to Program Management teams through the EV Core Team. Position requires a working knowledge of the Earned Value Management (EVM) Industry Standard, EIA 748 (current version).

Level 2 Responsibilities Include:
- Supports the development and preparation of program baselines and financial forecasts, estimate at complete (EAC) development and reviews, preparation of financial packages, EVMS reporting and compliance support, audit support, baseline development, financial and investigative analysis, and real-time information and analysis to PMs, CAMs and Finance Management.
- Closely supports PM team and collaborates with other functions including scheduling, contracts, procurement, ops finance, and central finance

Position Summary Textron Systems is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Field Service Representative (FSR) with proven expertise in military ground vehicles. The FSR applies deep technical knowledge of vehicle systems to perform hands-on repair, modification, and assembly of Land Systems platforms, and may supervise personnel assigned to assist with these actions. This role is highly dynamic, involving critical support for tactical ground vehicle prototype builds, test events, field retrofits, and high-visibility customer activities such as demonstrations, touchpoints, and trade shows.
Operating as a vital link between Textron Systems and the end-user, the FSR must engage seamlessly with a full range of external customer organizations—spanning all rank and skill levels—as well as internal cross-functional teams including Engineering, Program Management (PM), Production, and Procurement. This position requires extensive travel, including extended domestic (CONUS) and international (OCONUS) deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Field Operations & Troubleshooting: Leverage comprehensive vehicle expertise to perform repairs, modifications, and complete vehicle builds directly at customer locations. Conduct advanced mechanical, electrical, and automotive system troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on complex ground combat platforms.
• Event & Lifecycle Support: Actively support ground vehicle prototype builds, engineering test events, and field retrofits. Represent Textron Systems as a technical vehicle expert at customer demonstrations, operational touchpoints, and industry trade shows.
• Cross-Functional & Customer Engagement: Serve as a primary technical interface, communicating effectively with diverse customer organizations and seamlessly collaborating with internal engineering, PM, production, and procurement teams to drive platform solutions.
