About This Role
Reporting to the Production Planning Manger, the Logistics Supervisor will lead a team of material specialists, material handlers, and shippers responsible for storing, inventorying, transacting and shipping materials, tools, equipment, and parts. The Logistics Supervisor has high visibility across the organization and works with cross functional teams in the Operations, Planning, Program and Finance departments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise logistics operations across the warehouse, shop floor, and shipping departments.
- Provide leadership to ensure safe work areas, environments, practices, and behaviors.
- Manage resources to optimize productivity, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance and execution associated with the Quality Management Systems, Textron Systems MMAS procedures, ITAR/EAR regulations, and Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR).
- Plan, organize, and assign the logistics workflow across the warehouse, shop floor, and shipping teams to meet safety, quality, and operational standards.

The Crewed Land Systems business is seeking a Subcontracts Specialist for the Slidell, LA location. The Subcontracts Specialist will own a subset of acquisitions for a major defense program, under the supervisor of a Sr. Supply Chain Manager, and work within a highly collaborative and dynamic Crewed Land Systems SCM & Program Office.

Responsibilities:
The Subcontracts Specialist will have responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
- Partnering with Program Mgt to consolidate subcontractor contractual requirements and specifications into accurate comprehensive requests for proposal (RFP) prior to the issuance of RFPs to prospective subcontractors.
- Examining bid responses and initiating cost and pricing analysis using results thereof combined with program objectives to develop negotiation strategy and negotiate price, terms and work scope.
- Negotiating, placing, and managing of complex, high dollar subcontracts within a government acquisition environment, including both cost and fixed price material and service type subcontracts.
- Originating formal subcontract documents and coordinating inputs and approvals from both functional and programmatic leadership stakeholders including all pertinent government Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements when applicable.
- Understanding the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and critical path for the supplier subset of the program and executing any mitigation efforts to ensure on-time / early completion of tasking.

Job Summary:
The Textron Systems Communications Strategist will partner with the company’s functional teams (i.e., Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Environmental Health & Safety, Supply Chain, Marketing & Communications) as assigned to assist in the development of employee and leader communications campaigns that support Textron Systems’ growth. Under the supervision of the Executive Director, Marketing & Communications, you will support the leaders of your assigned functional teams in two ways:
· To strategize and continuously improve communications within their organizations for engagement, retention and successful execution
· To strategize and continuously improve their teams’ communications to the entire business to ensure organizational alignment and successful execution
In addition, our Communications Strategists manage and continuously improve the company’s employee and leader communications channels, including but not limited to e-newsletters, digital signage and print materials. The Communications Strategist will also partner with the broader team to develop and execute external communications efforts, including but not limited to social media & owned content, to support functional team and brand efforts.

About This Role
Overview:
The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of all buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role ensures that the facility operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations. The Maintenance Technician coordinates vendor services and implements preventative maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily facility operations, including building maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Specific duties may also include electrical repairs, mechanic work and minor welding; light carpentry, laminating; adhesive bonding of wall panels; painting, maintenance; changing of light bulbs; general electrical and mechanical tasks such as changing oil filters on equipment, etc.
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure
- Supervise contractors; assign tasks and monitor performance
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and organizational policies by working with EHS/Safety Manager.
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues and coordinate timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, coordinate and manage maintenance services, manage asset tags and inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs

About This Role
The Electronic Systems (ES) engineering team has an immediate opening for a mid-senior level Systems Engineer to support the growing Simulation and Training Team. As a member of the Simulation and Training Team, the systems engineer supports engineering development projects to deliver on our program commitments and release the capabilities to our military customers. Job Summary:
Textron Systems, a leader in Electronic Warfare (EW) test and simulator systems, is seeking a full-time, experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) to support our fielded A2PATS system in California. The Senior FSR provides direct technical assistance to customers using our commercial digital stimulator equipment, ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of high-fidelity electromagnetic environment simulation systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Setting up, operating, testing, and troubleshooting the A2PATS Electromagnetic Environment (EME) simulators and associated equipment.
- Loading, executing, and modifying pre-defined threat scenarios using established system tools and software under direction.
- Performing routine hardware and software diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance following detailed technical procedures and guidelines.
- Interacting regularly with customers to provide onsite technical support, answer operational questions, and communicate system status.
- Documenting service activities, test results, and maintenance actions in accordance with company processes.
- Participating in technical meetings and supporting work performed within secure/classified laboratory environments.
