Summary
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.
Job Responsibilities
• Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
• Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
• Utilize AMS program
• Training of maintenance personnel
• Manage assigned maintenance programs
• Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
• Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
• The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
• This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
• This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
• This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
• Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
• Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
• Additional responsibilities as delineated by Production Supervisor and Crew Chiefs

About This Role
In this role, the Principal Contracts Specialist shall proactively provide support to contract management and directors of a particular in administering government, international and commercial contracts. Under the direction of leadership, they will support all aspects of contract management throughout the contracting process, from pre-proposal activities through contract closure. In performing this role, the Principal Contracts Specialist will:
· Support the review and risk analysis of solicitations and terms and conditions in coordination with your supervisor.
· Participate in bid/no bid decisions and proposal review meetings.
· Review cost proposals, maintain cost and pricing data records for TINA compliance, support fact-finding, DCAA audits, and negotiations.
· Proactively administer a variety of contracts (government/commercial, domestic/international) of all types (cost reimbursement, fixed price, incentive, award fee, IDIQ, time and material, etc.) and modifications thereto.
· Prepare and coordinate business correspondence, generate required contract-related reports, and maintain accurate and complete contract files and records for the company.
· Remain actively engaged with (and serve as an integral member of) designated program teams and develop strong interfaces with personnel in other functional areas.
· Participate in program reviews, monitor program performance (contract schedules, deliverables, funding, invoicing, and payments), and notify contract managers or directors of potential non-compliances or other problems that could have an adverse impact on the company.
· Identify and administer contract changes and coordinate resolution of contract issues with your supervisors.
· Actively administer the closeout of completed contracts.
· Ensure contract management activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and customer requirements.
· Ensure coordination with Legal on contract matters that may have legal significance (such as, identifying to Legal non-standard or potentially high-risk terms and conditions) prior to advising management of contractual risks, rights and obligations, and terms and conditions interpretations.

About This Role
The Financial Analyst position conducts analysis, maintains forecasts, and provides EACs for various programs. Under the direction of a Finance Director, the Analyst will generate and track monthly budgets, cost projections, and variance analysis, in addition to various Earned Value reports within the Land Systems Operating Unit.
Level II Responsibilities
- Support assigned programs with timely analysis, financial modeling and recommendations for decision making.
- Use analysis to identify and investigate program issues and advise on appropriate course of action.

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Data Architect/Senior Data Engineer with deep expertise in architecting and delivering modern data platforms using Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, and Medallion Architecture. The ideal candidate has strong experience in data warehousing, lakehouse best practices, ACID transaction processing, and designing scalable data ecosystems that support advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning workloads.
Responsibilities
Data Architecture & Platform Engineering
- Design, develop, and implement large-scale data processing systems and solutions using Azure Databricks.
- Architect and build Medallion Architecture layers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) to ensure efficient data pipeline processing from raw data to cleaned and enriched datasets.
- Build ACID-compliant pipelines leveraging Delta Lake features such as transaction logs, schema enforcement, time travel, and versioning.
- Develop and optimize ELT (Extract, Load, Transact) processes using Databricks and other Azure services to support data warehousing, analytics, and reporting requirements.
- Create data architectures that support AI and machine learning cases, including feature engineering pipelines, large-scale data preprocessing, and high-performance data retrieval for model training inference.
- Apply data modeling best practices including Kimball vs Inmon methodologies, 3NF normalization, denormalization, dimensional modeling, and hybrid lakehouse patterns.
- Architect solutions that support both OLTP and OLAP workloads with appropriate storage, compute, and performance strategies.
Data Modeling, Performance, & Optimization
- Develop logical and physical data models that scale for BI, analytics, predictive modeling, and ML training pipelines.
- Apply principles such as normalization/denormalization, partitioning, indexing, constraints, and schema design to enable optimized data processing.
- Conduct query tuning using execution plans, join optimization, Spark performance tuning, caching strategies, and workload segregation.
- Review, optimize, and design complex transformations, including nested functions, window functions, CTEs, and ML feature creation logic.
Data Governance, Security, & Best Practices
- Implement end-to-end data governance including metadata management, data quality, lineage, and documentation.
- Apply security best practices including schema-based security, ACLs, role-based access control, and integration with Azure AD and Key Vault.
- Ensure reliability, auditability, and recoverability across all layers of the lakehouse platform.
- Monitor data pipelines and implement error handling, logging, and alerting mechanisms to ensure data quality and reliability.

Provide electrical support for the design, integration, and maintenance of electrical systems on a variety of technologies, ranging from land robotics to unmanned air systems for commercial and military programs in a fast-paced environment. These systems are experimental and cutting-edge technological advancements that are intended to protect the warfighter in various theaters as well as provide civil support to many commercial applications. This individual will have an opportunity to travel, execute experimental military and civil hardware testing, and grow in their role. The position involves supporting lab operations of component integration, modifications, assembly and test, of ground vehicles, air vehicles, and surface vessels. Individual must be willing to support at remote test sites to include serving as a crew chief, safety lookout, and support and maintenance crew member during field testing. About This Role
The Uncrewed Land and Air Systems team in Hunt Valley is seeking a passionate and skilled Systems / Test Engineer to join our team to work on innovative products in our ground robotics and unmanned air systems domain. Our team is engaged in multiple cutting-edge development programs for defense applications, and we are looking for engineers who are eager to apply a diverse set of technologies and skills to create indispensable robotic solutions. This interdisciplinary role involves supporting the full life cycle development of our products; including new product development, product upgrades, payload design, a heavy emphasis on integration and test, and fielding solutions for military and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in hardware and/or software integration, managing requirements derivation and allocation, and working successfully within a collaborative team environment. A strong desire to take ownership of design efforts to ensure the integration of new technology into our vehicles is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Engineering Design and Development:
- Support full-lifecycle engineering design and development activities on established and disruptive new products.
- Work across engineering disciplines to develop conceptual designs that solve complex problems.
- Perform requirements analysis and derivation to understand customer needs.
- Develop architecture models utilizing SysML to support requirements development and derivation.
- Use requirements management and test tools to decompose program requirements.
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE):
- Develop and maintain system models using MBSE methodologies and tools.
- Utilize SysML for creating and managing system architecture models.
- Integrate MBSE practices into the overall systems engineering process to improve design, analysis, and verification activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure MBSE models accurately represent system requirements and design.
- Systems Integration and Testing:
- Perform hands-on integration of components and subsystems into Ground Vehicles.
- Develop integration test plans and procedures to verify product integration.
- Perform analysis of data extracted from testing.
- Define methods, processes, and evaluation criteria for verifying systems, subsystems, and work products against their requirements.
- Formal validation test planning, execution, risk management and engineering analysis
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Prepare and present systems engineering work products, including test plans, procedures, and reports, to internal review teams and external customers at program milestone reviews.
- Interact daily with technical leads, program managers, planners, technicians, and other engineers.
- Collaborate with others within the workgroup, with other departments, and with customers.
- Project Management and Technical Direction:
- Participate in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities based on evaluation of all necessary development and operational considerations.
- Provide technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of specific components of complex hardware/software systems.
