Job Summary:
Textron has need for a full time Mechanical Engineering Specialist with a minimum of 15 years of experience in mechanical and specialized tooling/handling equipment design. The candidate should be comfortable as a cognizant designer of mechanical systems for military applications. The candidate should be familiar with manufacturing environments and understand the tooling and equipment needed to aid fabrication and assembly. The candidate should also be well versed in Siemens NX CAD design software and understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Job Description:
Generate high quality 2D and 3D CAD files in NX
Prepare and update detail design drawings, assembly drawings, Indented Parts Lists primarily for military applications.
Applies the following in the creation of technical data packages: ANSI Y14.5 dimensioning and tolerancing, military standards and specifications, manufacturing and assembly processes.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to research, analyze and implement design solutions with attention to design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA).
Perform tolerance stack-up analysis calculations.

About This Role

A Senior Electronic Assembler builds and tests complex electronic products by following blueprints and instructions. Key duties include soldering components, wiring, mounting parts onto circuit boards, and performing quality checks to ensure the products meet specifications. This role requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various hand tools and measurement devices in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Sets up and fabricates moderately complex electronic and mechanical assemblies utilizing automatic and semi-automatic machines and hand tools. Specific duties vary by workload and cover a range of assembly techniques including harness and cable fabrication, electro-mechanical assembly.
• Read and interpret schematic diagrams, blueprints, detailed work instructions, and technical specifications to determine material requirements and assembly procedures.
• Assists less skilled assemblers.
• Perform skilled hand work, including soldering (through-hole and surface mount), crimping, and wiring to create secure electrical connections and harnesses, following proper techniques to prevent defects.
• Mount parts and components securely into casings or larger assemblies.
• Conduct tests and inspections of products and subassemblies using testing equipment (e.g., multimeters) to verify functionality and ensure conformance to quality standards and specifications (such as IPC standards).
• Troubleshooting & Repair. Identify defects or malfunctions in assemblies, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary adjustments, reworks, or repairs to correct defects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality control procedures, including proper handling of sensitive components (e.g., electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection) and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Maintain accurate records of the assembly process, test results, and any issues encountered during production.

About This Role
This position is a multi-faceted security position, responsible for day-to-day oversight of security compliance for the collateral program portfolio as well as intermittent support for special programs security. The incumbent will adhere to the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), 32 CFR Part 117, DoDM 5205.07 V1-4, ICDs as well as program related manuals as a part of a team that oversees the day-to-day security operations within the classified environment(s).
This role requires a seasoned security professional with deep expertise across all facets of security disciplines. The AFSO must be a strategic thinker who can exercise independent judgment and knowledge to manage risks, deliver security training and align security solutions with business needs. Incumbent will collaborate with customers, employees and sponsors to meet objectives while ensuring Textron System’s security program remains effective, compliant with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) standards, and aligned with corporate security requirements.

• Execute daily security operations and NISP compliance.

Shipfitting is considered as the primary area of expertise, under general supervision, is required to perform any and all tasks assigned by management based on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
Perform duties of a Sr Shipfitter on a daily basis is essential.
- Typical job duties involve structural fitting and tack welding of various assembly and sub-assembly parts on the vehicle.
- Works from Engineering drawings, sketches and written and verbal instructions.
- Maintains records, forms and logs as required.
- Typical tools and equipment used in the performance of duties are MIG and TIG welders, manual hand tools, mechanical, pneumatic, cordless and electric tools including porta power, come along, clamps, hammers and mauls, gougers, grinders, saws, band saws, drills, tapes and scales.
- Must be capable of handling chemicals and solvents including alcohol, cleaning solvents, cutting oil, tool oil, etc.

About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team in the development of electronic controls for a space-grade weapons program. The successful candidate will be responsible for all technical aspects of the project, ensuring the integration of technical efforts across Cognizant Engineers and supporting organizations. About This Role:
A Level III NDT Specialist is responsible for the training, oversight, examination, and certification of Textron NDT Technicians in Visual, Liquid Penetrant, and Radiographic NDT methodologies.
Responsibilities:
• Fabrication Process experience required:
o Expertise in welding fabrication and associated NDT methods.
o Experience in composites and associated NDT methods.
o Experience in DOD or aerospace fabrication facility/programs.
• Proven ability to interpret military or commercial fabrication and NDT specifications is required, with ability to quickly adopt new specification requirements across multiple programs.
o MIL-STD-1689A & MIL-STD-2035A, ASTME, or AWS familiarity preferred.
• Existing ASNT Level III certification in the following NDT methods: UT, PT, and RT. Functional knowledge of MT and UT is required at a level which would allow oversight of Level II inspectors to identify process issues.
• Create, review, and verify processes and procedures for NDT methodologies (UT, PT and RT) to ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
• Train, oversee, test, and certify Level II inspectors in the NDT methods of UT, PT and RT using approved procedures.
• Audit Level II inspectors and Quality processes for adherence to requirements. Identify and work to correct noncompliance issues.
• Evaluate Quality requirements for new programs perform gap analysis based on current capabilities.
• Assist Quality leadership with various audits and compliance projects.
o Experience supporting Nadcap audits is preferred.
• Willingness to travel between company sites as needed to support Level III activities across multiple programs.
• Liaison and company representative with customer on NDT audits and Corrective Action Request resolutions.
• Lead corrective action efforts in NDT related findings.
• Willingness to inspect production weldments and hardware for acceptance as required.
• Hands on, Production floor mindset and approach.
• Review supplier NDT inspection techniques.

About This Role
The Associate Program Master Scheduler is responsible for development, coordination, and implementation of the Program Master Schedules and their integration into the program work products. The position will be a part of the program team and work day-to-day with the program managers and control account managers.
- Develop and maintain the Program Integrated Master Plan/Schedule associated with the entire project lifecycle from RFP to program closeout that are compliant to applicable DIDs, PASEG, GASP and WBS Standards
- Lead regular status review meetings to capture accomplishments, resource and duration adjustments as well as maintaining interdependencies
- Ensure integration and synchronization of cost and schedule data
- Advises the Program Manager and Control Account Managers on schedule performance, forecasts, and risks
- Identifies, negotiates, and resolves conflicts between the stakeholders in the scheduling process
- Participate in external and internal reviews of the schedule, including surveillance and audits

A Sr Maintenance Mechanic, under general supervision, is required to perform any and all tasks assigned by management based on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and repair tasks related to facility structure and equipment using diagnostic devices (i.e., torque wrenches, volt / ohm meter, etc.) which are provided by the Company.
•Primary work includes troubleshooting/repair of forklifts and vehicles. Needs experience in hydraulics and engine repairs. May include engine tune-ups or other vehicle maintenance with minimal supervision. Certification a plus.
•Specific duties may also include mechanical repairs, tubing mechanic work and minor welding; light carpentry, laminating; adhesive bonding of wall panels; painting; changing of light bulbs; general electrical and mechanical tasks such as changing oil filters on equipment, etc.

Job Summary:
The Associate Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for performing detailed financial analysis and reporting for their assigned contracts. In this role, the Analyst will interact closely with the program team and functional departments to ensure the accuracy of monthly cost projections, and sales and profit forecasts.

- Present financial data during monthly and quarterly reviews to an audience consisting of front line and executive level management.
