About This Role

- Communication of decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding operating unit requests and projects and initiatives
- Sharing of knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of operating units
- Partnerships with business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities and identify and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria (e.g. return on investment, productivity, compliance)
- Implement, administer and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) projects and support for various BI platforms.
- Participate in architecture, implementation, design, administration, maintenance, documentation and support of all dashboards, data models, and analytic solutions and ensure continuous 24x7 operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new or revised dashboards, including working on legacy dashboards for migration to the strategic business intelligence toolset.
- Perform Ad-Hoc Reporting and troubleshooting when dashboards, data models, and analytic solutions are not operational and follow through on resolution and root cause.
- Communicate and coordinate with the department and the business to minimize impact during maintenance and upgrade windows. Ensure thorough planning, testing and approval from the business before any transition or implementation.
- Research, evaluate, monitor and recommend emerging technology and leads investigation and adaptation of beneficial data technologies.
- Develop guidelines and upgrade techniques for the operational procedure, support and recovery of dashboards, data models, and analytic solutions.
- Maintain updated documentation as required.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.

Summary
The GSE Custodian is responsible for scheduling/performing all maintenance of assigned GSE. The GSE Custodian coordinates and maintains all aspects of assigned GSE.

About This Role
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
- Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
- Utilize AMS program
- Training of maintenance personnel
- Manage assigned maintenance programs
- Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
- Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
- The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
- This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
- This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
- This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
- Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
- Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
- Additional responsibilities as delineated by Production Supervisor and Crew Chiefs
- Manage programs as assigned

About This Role
This role is large amount of travel – you can be located anywhere in the US but required to travel.
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for serving as flight instructors for the Shadow UAS are required to provide flight, classroom, hands on, and simulation instruction in support of the US Army’s mission at various locations throughout the United States.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead classroom instruction for up to 30 students on new system upgrades and changes.
- Operate both the MUSE and UMS as an instructor.
- Conducts live flight operations as an instructor. This includes RL progression, Delta training, system upgrades, C4I, and any additional items as deemed necessary IAW the training curriculum.
- Maintains records of training activities, student progress, and flight information.
- Updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.
- May provide leadership and evaluation for other instructors, as assigned.
- Stays current with new training; educational; and multimedia technologies.
- Maintain current knowledge (currency) of all equipment and software utilized on the Shadow UAS.
Primary Duties:
Install service, maintain and repair required air, water, steam, oil and gas lines, boilers and compressors in the plant. Operate and maintain waste water treatment facilities. Use plumbers and steam-fitters hand tools and power thread machine. Service and maintain all ground water remediation and sprinkler systems related to the plant. Service and rebuild pumps.

Responsibilities

The Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst is responsible for facilitating the effective planning, management, and governance of the company's regulatory compliance programs as well as FAR/DFARs. This includes all processes related to ensuring the successful prioritization, launch, execution, and reporting of Compliance tasks and initiatives.
The candidate must be a highly motivated, self-driven team player that can perform in a fast-changing business environment. The candidate should possess a natural enthusiasm for Compliance, Risk Management, IT Security, and strong customer service skills. The candidate will be responsible for implementing governance and compliance requirements across the Textron Systems business unit. The individual will work within the IT risk management team and support IT audits and initiatives with members of the Information Technology group and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the impact of emerging Cybersecurity requirements and identify areas of risk, and development of strategy, policy, governance, and implementation guidance recommendations for a holistic risk management approach for the DoD.
- Overseeing a portfolio of comprehensive audits and evaluation for both our internal and external audits.
- Develop an efficient automation process for maintaining and requesting documentation related to security process, systems, procedures, and events.
- Setting and meeting priorities and achieving results that support Textron’s objectives and strategies.
- Formulating long-range strategies, and coordinating preparation for annual audits
- Ensures IT compliance for SOX and Cyber DFARS regulatory requirements
