About This Role
The Associate Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for performing detailed financial analysis and reporting for their assigned contracts. In this role, the Analyst will interact closely with the program team and functional departments to ensure the accuracy of monthly cost projections, and sales and profit forecasts.

About This Role

- Associate Accountants may be assigned to a role in the following areas: cost accounting, including revenues/billings, project costing/inventory, intercompany accounting, accounts payable, government reporting, timekeeping/payroll, fix assets, or tax accounting
- The Associate Accountants will perform assigned accounting functions by utilizing technical accounting theory and practices in order to accurately record company financial transactions.

About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing engineering support on both next generation technologies and proven platforms that support and protect our deployed warfighter.
- Participating in development of new products across all phases of the hardware design lifecycle from concept development to test and evaluation.
- Supporting hands-on ground and flight test events through test planning, test execution, and data reduction in a dynamic environment.
- Working with multidisciplinary systems and accomplishing tasks that cover a wide range of design activities on unmanned air vehicles.

Responsibilities
· Provide test engineering support to identify and develop necessary test equipment, fixtures, and facilities in accordance with customer specifications and requirements for both next generation technologies and proven platforms that support and protect our deployed warfighter
· Requirements gathering and analysis based on engineering design documentation
· Interface with product development and systems teams to determine appropriate test strategy and coverage for functional requirements
· Fulfill daily responsibilities including research and developing electrical design concepts performance calculations, and hands-on support of lab testing and troubleshooting
· Growth in electrical engineering expertise as opportunities in analog and digital circuits, cable design, debugging of electrical assemblies are presented
· Perform data collection activities including setup and operation of high-speed cameras, telemetry systems, onboard instrumentation, and data recorders
· Develop aspects of test stations utilizing state of the art PXI, LAN, USB and other instrumentation in a context of automated parametric measurements
· Utilize textural scripting languages for programming low level instrumentation for measurements gathering
· Assist with the design, develop, and document test equipment required for new and existing electronic products and assist with transition of this equipment to Production Test Engineering
· Author process, test, documentation, and calibration procedures geared for all audiences
· Must have strong written and verbal communications skills and be able to work in a team-oriented environment

The Manufacturing Master Scheduler, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. The scheduler will assist in all capacities to maintain supply/demand balance relative to labor capacity, externally supplied material lead times and ensure on time delivery to the customer need. Translate program demand plans into ERP system forecasts and then, upon project funding, release executable demand and drive schedule fidelity through to customer delivery. The preferred candidate will be an individual with bias for action, strategic thinking, data analysis, problem solving, exceptional customer focus, communications, and a sound foundation in Material Planning and Production Control practices.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create program specific forecasts in the Oracle ERP system and support proposal activities by providing scheduling and lead time analysis
Review MRP output of time phased requirements, compare against total shop load and standard lead times, adjust forecast as necessary to avoid overloading/constraining work centers or compressing material procurement
Communicate need dates for funding/demand release along with schedule commitments back to the program
Convert forecast to released system demand upon program authorization
Identify supply/demand imbalances and resolve them through collaboration with ISC cross-functional team
Re-schedule released demand per agreed upon recovery schedule worked out with production management
Prepare and speak to PowerPoint slides highlighting schedule risks and mitigation actions
Maintain product family forecasts of funded and un-funded work across all businesses extending out 24-36 months into the future
Lead Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning (SIOP) process and report-out meetings to executive leadership
Perform data extraction and analysis to determine focus areas of improvement and accurate decision-making.
Participate in continuous improvement activities that span various factory areas and locations

About This Role
Textron Systems is currently seeking a Contracts Business Manager with seven to twelve years of contract experience. In addition to providing contract leadership, advice and support to management and programs teams, the candidate will be responsible for all aspects of contract management throughout the entire contracting process, from pre-proposal activities through contract closeout. In performing this role, the Contracts Business Manager will:
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer interface and official point of contact for all contractual matters during all phases of contract formation and administration.
- Reviews terms and conditions to identify and recommend mitigation strategies for potential areas of risk, to include acceptance criteria, delivery requirements, warranty, intellectual property, termination provisions, indemnification and all other potential risk areas.
- Participate in bid/no bid decisions, provide guidance on proposal development strategies, participate in proposal color reviews, maintain cost or pricing data records for TINA compliance, support fact-finding and agency audits, and lead negotiation teams.
- Proactively manage and administer a variety of contracts (government/commercial, domestic/international) of all types (cost reimbursement, fixed price, incentive, award fee, IDIQ, T&M, etc.) and modifications thereto; prepare and coordinate business correspondence; generate required contract related reports; and maintain accurate and complete contract files and records for the company.
- Remain actively engaged with, and serve as an integral member of, assigned management and program teams. Develop strong interfaces with personnel in other functional areas and maintain close contact with appropriate levels of management as necessary to be effective. Participate in program reviews, monitor program performance (contract schedules, deliverables, funding, invoicing and payments), and notify program leaders and management of potential non-compliances or other problems that could have an adverse impact on the company. Recommend to program leaders and management contract solutions and strategies that will favorably impact the company.
- Identify, manage and negotiate contract changes, and coordinate resolution of contract issues internally and externally. Work with program leaders and management to ensure that an effective contract change management process is in place. Provide advice and guidance regarding conflict disputes and actively participate in resolution of these matters.
- Actively manage and oversee the process of closing out completed contracts.
- Ensure contract management activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedure, applicable laws and regulations, and customer requirements.
- Serve as an integral member of the Textron Systems Legal and Contracts organization and forge a close working relationship with Legal department members. Ensure coordination with Legal on contract matters that may have legal significance prior to advising management of contractual risks, rights and obligations, and terms and conditions interpretations.
- Actively pursue continuing education opportunities to remain abreast of industry trends and changes to contracting laws, regulations and practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, applying Six Sigma principles and concepts where appropriate.
