About This Role
Textron Systems is looking for a dedicated Program Master Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for programs in our Weapons Systems business segment. As a Principal Program Master Scheduler, you will work cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations to develop, manage and report on Engineering Development and Production schedules. In this role you’ll also provide and develop scheduling best practices in Earned Value Management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plan/Schedule compliant to the DIDs, PASEG, GASP and WBS Standard. Assist in the development of program baselines, including assigning resources within work-breakdown-structures, assigning earned value methods, and verification of contract budget baseline.
- In depth knowledge of Organization, Planning, Scheduling & Budgeting and Analysis & Management Reports for EVM SSP guidelines and rules
- Hold meetings with PMs, CAMs and WPMs to obtain monthly accomplishments and future requirements.
- Establish logic, predecessors and successors, to develop an accurate critical path for a program.

About This Role
Textron System, Electronic Systems is seeking talented Electrical Engineers (EE) to design and develop complex hardware solution for a variety of technical problems. Electrical Engineers engage in a variety of technical projects of moderate scope including schematic capture and circuit card design, Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) hardware and firmware design and development, and embedded microcontroller design and development. Additionally, EEs are expected to create, maintain and follow Interface Control Documents (ICDs), specifications and test procedures for circuit card assemblies and system integration.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Solving complex problems that may require research and analysis of alternatives involving many factors.
• Working independently to determine and develop innovative solutions.
• Contributing to and/or ensures the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.
• Working with schematic capture tools such as Mentor Graphics DxDesigner.
• Designing VHDL code for FPGAs (Altera/IntelPSG and/or Xilinx).
• Developing code for embedded microcontrollers (Atmel, Microchip, etc).
• Writing interface control documents, specifications and test procedures for designs.

The Pricing & Estimating Sr Manager is responsible for the overall department performance and growth of personnel. Will oversee staff in developing fully supported pricing proposals that will be submitted in response to government and other customer requests, manages the workload of direct reports, and coordinates pricing efforts with management and other departments. Duties include leading the Pricing & Estimating team through proposal development, pricing analysis, pricing strategy, compliance with company policies and government requirements, fact-finding, audits, negotiations, problem solving, and training of personnel. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams such as business development, program management, contracts, finance, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing to fully understand the customer RFP and to develop a compliant pricing proposal for submittal. Responsible for the development of the financial analysis for management reviews on all proposals, including margin analysis, risks and opportunities, and cash flow schedule. The Quality Engineer is responsible for assuring that Companies and products will adequately meet the objectives of the contracts or sales agreements by maintaining surveillance over all phases of the product's cycle from design until successful fulfillment of intended objectives.
Responsibilities
· Plans, organizes and directs the technical aspects of all types of welding processes and issues within the SSC group.
· Directly interface with the product design engineering team to insure design for process and manufacturing requirements are addressed and met.
· Establishes and documents welding processes in accordance with national and military standards/specifications.
· Develops, recommends, and coordinates the implementation of improved/enhanced processes, techniques, and safety procedures for all welding performed within the company.
· Identifies problems with and identifies the resolution of welding processes, issues, and concerns.
· Performs root cause analysis with emphasis on eliminating problems through design analysis, ergonomic issues, and machine/welding/assembly process improvements including equipment/materials purchasing requirements.
· Develops overall quality plans using the systems concept identifying in terms of the product involved, general instructions, test and sampling procedures, specific parts and assembly instructions, material disposition, records, tables, charts, and graphs required.
· Reviews Engineering and Manufacturing information such as new and revised designs, specifications and bills of materials; production, tool and test equipment drawings; production and tool plans; operation and routing sheets; production, storage, and shipping methods; and facility and floor space requirements.
· Plans the minimum quality standards, test, and inspection requirements and process controls.
