About This Role
A Day in the Life of a Systems Engineer Co-Op:
Working in an interdisciplinary role, enabling the full life cycle of successful systems
Performing requirements analysis to understand customer needs
Developing architecture models to support requirements development and derivation
Working across engineering disciplines to develop conceptual designs that solve hard problems
Performing hands-on integration of components and subsystems into Ground Vehicles
Developing integration test plans and procedures to verify product integration
Performing analysis of data extracted from testing
Driving tasks to completion independently
Other duties as needed

About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:
Collaborates with Engineering on desired production tooling and build-plan methodology and gives input/feedback on associated design criteria; analyzes engineering design to determine manufacturability of components and assemblies
Guide and determine manufacturing processes, tooling methodology, discrete manufacturing operations and associated time standards to be used to produce new parts/assemblies from detail component fabrication thru job-level installation; authors and maintains process plans for shop floor methods/work instructions
Develops learning curve and actual hour projections for new program production incorporation; analyzes actual performance and makes necessary process improvement recommendations
Oversee process to create manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) to break engineering product structure into logical manufacturing methodology and sequence to enable MRP processes for order release, scheduling, and purchased component sourcing activities
Provides technical guidance to initiate and drive Root Cause / Corrective Action (RCCA) on production issues related to engineering design, material, tooling, specifications and processes
Analyzes/Interprets engineering drawing, manufacturing operation sequence, tooling function, and process specifications
Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned by management

We want engineers who have the passion to apply a diverse set of technologies and skills to create indispensable solutions. Work is conducted on research and development initiatives that enable our land products and programs. Our interns are integral members of our inter-disciplinary engineering team.?In this role, you will be responsible for:

About This Role

Assist in planning, reviewing and maintaining production schedule, to include supporting and facilitating production teams to meet daily production requirements
Evaluate and review production output to provide management with daily analysis and reporting of production status
Analyze production performance data and prepare earned value reports for the Integrated Master Schedule and Finance Departments

About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Conducts requirements analysis, develops and executes research verification and validation experiments, while working in a project team environment
Performs naval requirements analysis in order to develop new concepts and applications for high speed marine vessels and systems
Prepared calculations including preliminary weight performance, powering and range estimates
Develops new hull forms/ lines, general arrangements and basic hull structural definition for concept designs
Prepares technical reports and/or reviews technical data or reports provided by others as directed.
Performs and check Naval Architectural calculations relating to floodable length, hydrostatics, stability or tonnage to assure conformity with applicable Classification Society, Regulatory Body or Specification requirements.

Ruggedized tools and tests develops and produced RF and EO/IR devices that help insure that military aircraft can safely perform their missions. These devices test the communications and aircraft survivability equipment that keep the warfighter in the air
The A2PATS provides real RF simulations of signals and effects a radar receiver would experience when in operational use
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Develop,?enhance?and maintain software code for advanced simulators and automated test equipment?
Design and maintain applications in various software languages, including C, C++, C#, etc
