About This Role
Textron Systems, Uncrewed Sea Systems, is looking for a highly organized individual to assist the Surface Vessel Engineering team in our Sea Systems division. This position provides administrative support to engineers in their daily activities. Tasks include tracking and managing engineering workflows & metrics, managing engineering meetings and minutes, reviewing and formatting engineering documentation, managing engineering purchases and expense reporting, interfacing with procurement and other departments within Textron Systems, and ensuring documents are under proper configuration management control.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Compile and consolidate data from engineers
• Work with our Integrated Supply Chain to create and track material requisitions and inventory
• Purchase and track engineering equipment
• Generate documentation to support the business line
• Assist with the configuration management of Vessels, ground stations, and supporting equipment.

Job Summary:
Supplier Quality Engineer/Supplier Development Engineer III is responsible for delivering strategic and tactical supply chain activities for our supply base to effectively support all Textron Systems’ businesses across all site locations with a focus on overall external supply chain improvement.
Each team member will develop optimized external supply chain capability, enabling the highest levels of competition among the highest performing suppliers, geographically located; to optimally support our business throughout all phases of the product life cycle with a particular focus on Quality.
This role includes performing: - supplier assessments and development evaluations, supplier identification, and supplier management tasks. Working collaboratively across all product domains to understand the needs of the business and drive supply chain execution and accountability to the highest attainable level

Supplier Quality Engineer/Supplier Development Engineer III is specifically responsible for driving results with our suppliers across multiple supply categories including mechanical and/or electrical parts and assemblies in all facets of performance, including cost, delivery and quality. This role will report directly to the Manager of Supplier Development within the Supply Chain organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop Relationships throughout the Supply Base and connect that network with Internal customers and drive Quality into the foundation for execution
- Perform and/or participate in source qualification by performing quality management system surveys and special process surveys.
- Solicit supplier inputs into product design, considering design for manufacturability, cost, reliability, parts availability, and more.
- Perform Manufacturing Readiness Assessments (MRA) as appropriate for suppliers.
- Coordinate the effective flow-downs of contractual requirements to suppliers along with alignment on quality codes and performance expectations.
- Execute supplier development strategies balanced across all domains.
- Partner with Sourcing Engineering, Supplier Management, Buyers, and Quality Engineering to ensure a smooth transition to the identified source enabling seamless execution via leading effective Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM).
- Coordinate with Quality Engineering inspection requirements of suppliers and execute inspection requirements such as first article inspection, managing nonconforming materials, troubleshooting, processing material review board actions, etc.
- Lead management of critical supplier issues to improve overall execution.
- Lead risk assessments via FMEA/Risk Cubes, RCCA, countermeasures and supplier scorecard reviews.
- Perform data analysis and issue reports on supplier performance to ensure suppliers meet and maintain expected performance levels inclusive of quality and delivery.

About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, the Financial Analyst will be a key financial business partner in supporting Textron Systems ATAC Operating unit with timely analysis, invoicing, financial modeling and reporting. The analyst will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for analysis of programs financials, invoicing government Customers, Capital Expense budgeting, and Pricing & Estimating that are used by senior leaders to manage the business daily. They will be able to use historical data and current understanding to identify financial trends and patterns as they relate to financial forecast.
Responsibilities
· Support ATAC programs with timely analysis, financial modeling and recommendations for decision making.
· Prepare and submit invoices for multiple government contracts, ensuring CLINs, ACRNs and funded amounts are accurate prior to submission.
· Responsible for establishing and maintaining Corporate Financial Reports, Program Status Reports, and Key Performances Indicators
· Ensure program financials are accurate and complete and are in accordance with SOX and internal corporate controls

Summary
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.
Job Responsibilities
· Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
· Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
· Utilize AMS program
· Training of maintenance personnel
· Manage assigned maintenance programs
· Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
· Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
· The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
· This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
· This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
· This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
· Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
· Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects

About This Role
The Electronic Systems (ES) engineering team has an immediate opening for a mid-senior level Systems Engineer to support the growing Simulation and Training Team. As a member of the Simulation and Training Team, the systems engineer supports engineering development projects to deliver on our program commitments and release the capabilities to our military customers. SUMMARY:
The Sr Quality Analyst is responsible for evaluating internal controls and processes to ensure they are adequate, effective, and in compliance with ATAC, Textron, AS9100 rev D, and contract requirements. The Sr Quality Analyst plans, coordinates, and executes the inspection scheme across all company sites and directorates, reporting and tracking results, trends, and action items. The Sr Quality Analyst also assists the Director of Quality & Logistics Support in continuous process improvement and general quality oversight for all permanent and operating locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for execution, preparation, and planning of internal and external inspections of ATAC sites, directorates, and activities.
· Coordinates inspection schedule execution, including team composition, objectives, and reporting.
· Builds inspection checklists to include discrete inspection item reference(s), methodology, owner, and target performance or compliance thresholds.
· Coordinates inspection report development and distribution.
· Conducts trend analysis to identify focus areas for improvement using quality BI software tools.
· Identifies, prioritizes, and tracks metrics across assigned sites.
· Oversees the Quality Deficiency Report (QDR), Corrective Action Request (CAR), and Nonconforming Product (NCP) processes and coordination with sites and suppliers as needed.
· Coordinates supplier surveys and oversight inspections to support procurement activities as required.
· Assists Program Managers with oversight recommendations and implementation.
· Responsible for special duties and mission tasking as related to overall departmental goals.
· Maintains oversight and ensures compliance with AS9100 rev D requirements and the approved Quality Management System (QMS).
· Integrates with site leadership to provide layers of quality oversight and integration of quality objectives.
· Participate as a team member on Process Improvement initiatives across departments.
· Manages Quality software database (QT9) for the Management Review process.
· Responsible for monthly contract status tracking to applicable Program Managers.
· Assists with FAA related requirements as required.
· Assists with implementation efforts regarding training, usage, and integration of aircraft maintenance tracking systems as required.
· Employs an instructional approach to address nonconformities by explaining their significance and guiding stakeholders on implementing sustainable, long-term corrective actions.
· Additional duties as assigned by The DQLS or the Vice President.

About This Role
