Structural and Welding Inspection and defect identification through VT, PT and MT methods to determine adherence to standards, specifications, and drawing requirements. Experience in Visual, Dye Penetrant, and Magnetic Particle inspections across all three methods is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Approach assignments with a high ethical resolve, ensuring reputable standing with our onsite customers.
- Ability to implement NDT inspection methods in accordance with written procedures.
- Visual examinations by means of instruments, gauges, jigs, templates, or other measuring devices to include nondestructive test methods to ensure adherence to standards, specifications, drawing, etc.
- Conduct weld inspections using but not limited to VT, PT, and MT methods.

About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team in the development of electronic controls for a space-grade weapons program. The successful candidate will be responsible for all technical aspects of the project, ensuring the integration of technical efforts across Cognizant Engineers and supporting organizations. This role also includes schedule planning, Cost-Account Management, and the supervision of multi-disciplined direct reports. About This Role
This Software Engineering role is within Textron System’s Uncrewed Land and Air Systems division. Our team is engaged in multiple cutting-edge development programs for defense applications. About This Role
The Electronic Systems (ES) engineering team has an immediate opening for an experienced Systems Engineer to support the growing Simulation and Training Team. As a member of the Simulation and Training Team, the systems engineer supports engineering development projects to deliver on our program commitments and release the capabilities to our military customers. About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking a project engineer to technically lead the T-7A Maintenance Training System (MTS) program. About This Role
Reporting to the TSC Principal Export Traffic Compliance Lead, the Sr. Export/Import Traffic Analyst will proactively handle export/import compliance matters for Lycoming as assigned with little assistance. Will interact with employees at all levels and will work both independently and with other members of the Legal, Contracts and Compliance Department staff on a variety of interesting international trade compliance matters. This person will play an essential role in Lycoming’s international operation team, managing both Air and Ocen Export/Import shipments from quote to delivery. This position will serve as a principal representative to customers and maintain strong relationships with vendors, agents, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth, compliant, and cost-effective international shipments. This role, located in Williamsport, PA requires successful management of a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. In performing this role, the Export/Import Traffic Analyst will:
· Review import/export documents and work with Customs Brokers to expedite customs clearance of Company products that have been delayed.
· Apply U.S. Customs regulations to business transactions ensuring corporate customs compliance, including handling tariff classifications of imported/exported merchandise, valuation issues, country of origin determinations, USMCA and other Free Trade Agreement-related issues, submitting requests for binding rulings, protests and appeals, and duty minimization programs (e.g. duty drawback, inward processing/foreign trade zones, temporary imports, etc.).
· Code Customs Broker import invoices for payment and review import entries for errors
· Work in collaboration with in-house attorneys and outside counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
· Provide support in connection with internal/external audits and investigations.
· Track application status, maintain database of granted import/export approvals, satisfy record-keeping requirements, and prepare required reports.
· Assist in maintaining up-to-date Export/Import Compliance Work Instructions.
· Assist in planning and conducting employee training.
· May perform other Trade Compliance duties as assigned
· Communicate with Sales and Customer Service to ensure all required documents have been obtained
· Customs compliance and ATF permit preparation experience, with progressively more complex responsibilities as well as working knowledge of the OCR EASE a plus.

· Liaise with international agents to ensure smooth operations
· File AES and review for accuracy and compliance
· Understand all elements of the import and export customs DLWI (Desk Level Work Instructions) and correctly interpret this information to ensure a compliant transaction

· Interact with customs authorities to address any issues/questions that may arise during the clearing process.
· Ensure timely customs clearance of cargo to customers for Import and Export shipments.

· Keep up to date on all regulatory requirements governing the import and export of goods. This includes but is not limited to customs procedures for imports and exports, other government agency requirements

Welder - About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role you will be responsible for:
- MIG Weld is a minimum, TIG Weld preferred.
- Welding of aluminum and other metal materials in all positions. Must be able to work from standing, sitting, lying and kneeling positions.
- Climbing on and over vehicles, up and down ladders.
- Tack welding (kneeling, standing, sitting, lying, overhead burning of steel, dragging torch line)
- Use of jacks, porta-powers and come-a longs; some of which can weigh as much as 25 lbs.
- Lifting of material and tools (jacks, porta-powers, come-a longs, etc. Also loading and unloading of parts.
- Crawling through craft or on top of.
- Bending and twisting of your body as needed to get into different compartments.
