Lycoming Engines, a leader in aircraft engine manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Specialist to support brand growth and product communication strategies at our Williamsport, PA location. This role is part of the broader Textron Systems MARCOM team and reports to Lycoming Engines’ Manager of Commercial Marketing.
As an integral member of our MARCOM organization, you will partner with product lines, cross-functional teams, and MARCOM centers of excellence — including Creative Services, Digital Development, Communications, and Events — to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and events that strengthen our market presence and support long-term business strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, execute and measure annual MARCOM plans that support business growth and strategic objectives.
- Lead integrated product marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and revenue.
- Use research, analytics and competitive insights to inform market positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Develop compelling product content for digital, social, print and internal communication channels.

Position Summary
The Account Representative is responsible for managing customer accounts and serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely communication, and efficient resolution of both routine and complex customer inquiries for domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide account management support to customers, including handling inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with Procurement and Operations to deliver pricing and lead time quotations
- Process and release customer purchase orders through the ERP system
- Monitor and track order status, providing updates and expediting requests as needed
- Coordinate shipping logistics, including freight forwarders, carriers, and transit methods
- Resolve shipping issues and ensure customer delivery requirements are met
- Record and track customer complaints using the Quality Improvement Process (QIP) system

Textron Systems is seeking engineers of all disciplines to support the United States Marine Corps Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle (ARV) program. For this program, Textron Systems has developed the Cottonmouth® ARV, a recon vehicle to be feared and a force-multiplier armed to the fangs with advanced full-spectrum reconnaissance and surveillance sensors. It’s expertly designed to defeat threats beyond line of sight and comes complete with cutting-edge technologies that will keep adversaries up at night. We are seeking multiple highly qualified candidates to lead and support our Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle (ARV) engineering projects supporting our internal development initiatives and our contract programs. The Project Engineers will work primarily with the engineering disciplines and program teams to plan and execute ARV project to achieve defined objectives within cost and schedule constraints. Project Engineers lead a multidisciplinary team and provide technical leadership and guidance on development efforts that impact on ground vehicles products and programs. As a member of ARV Project Engineering team, the ARV Project Engineers ensures that the engineering efforts meet customer and internal requirements.
ARV Project Engineer roles and responsibilities[AA1.1] (all roles):
• Collaborate closely with Program Management to tightly control program schedule and budget per customer Earned-Value Managements System requirements (EVMS)
• Resolve schedule, resource, and technical conflicts
• Navigate and lead multidiscipline teams through unusually complex technical problems and provide solutions
• Collaborate with functional managers to organize and delegate key tasks
• Interact daily with program managers, planners, engineers and technicians
• Generate statements of work and managing outside contractor performance
• Act as a technical interface between engineering development team, Integrated Product Teams, and Integrated Supply Chain for product and program needs
• Chair (or delegate) responsibilities to execute change control boards for your project /product

ARV Vetronics/C5ISR Project Engineer Roles/Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing and coordinating all ARV Vetronics and C5ISR specific-related activities, acting as a liaison between different teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
o Manage and coordinate all Software, Cybersecurity, Networking and Systems Design, Development, Integration and Test Activities
o Supports Chief Engineer to drive technical risk and maturity into Vetronics/C5ISR system designs and development
o Coordinate Engineering support of Vehicle of builds, outfitting, test and final delivery
o Responsible for delivery of associated technical artifacts including Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL’s)
o Support of all C5ISR, Software and Cyber Security related Technical Customer Integrated Product teams (IPT’s) and Working groups (WG’s)

Responsibilities
Individual will support accounts payable with invoice processing, invoice payments and discrepancy resolution; which includes the review of invoices for reasonableness, allocability and allowability prior to obtaining coding and approvals for appropriate individuals. About This Role
A Production Planner will develop and manage the execution of the production schedule as a result of line of balance output, taking into consideration the available capacity, material availability and program delivery commitments. A Production Planner communicates to leadership and program managers the manufacturing status, expected completion dates and production risk analysis based on internal and external supply.
Responsibilities:
· Partners with procurement, production manager, quality, engineering, and program management, and other supply chain disciplines to proactively plan, schedule, and effectively manage development, production, and aftermarket support environments.
· Manages and own the execution of items associated with their planner code, to include release of internal jobs to the program, factory, release of purchase requisitions, manage disruptions in the internal factory (shortages, MRB, internal and external constraints), and provides feedback to internal customers.
· Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
· Monitors internal and external supply chain alignment – identifies and resolves potential constraints, maintains line of balance (build through) and purchase requests for the production or purchase of components / parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements.
· Plays an integral part of product Integrated Product Teams (IPT) by effectively interfacing with internal customers.
· Assists management in the development and execution of plans for assigned products to maximize scheduled on-time completion. Analyzes supply and demand data and reports to determine critical path constraints.
· Manages manual demand for top/down & bottom-up releases, facilitates ECN/ECP changes and coordinates production cut-ins. Reviews excess material for possible consumption in other jobs. Creates material transfers, borrow/payback transactions and PO change requests.
· Respond to ad hoc requests from management and other departments, providing timely and accurate analysis and reports.

This position will be part of the Systems Integration and Test (SIT) Engineering team focusing on supporting the Ship-to-Shore Connector (SSC) Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC), next generation hovercraft program. Primary duties would be supporting the rollout of production crafts into testing; troubleshooting a variety of multi-discipline, complex issues throughout testing and systems integration; driving continuous improvement through feedback to design/quality/manufacturing and root cause analysis (RCA); and supporting fielded crafts in concert with our Navy customer.
You will be part of highly skilled, multi-discipline engineering team and, as such, will need the ability to effectively interface and communicate with other team members and across engineering disciplines. This also extends out to the broader team of pilots, test conductors, technicians, and other engineering groups. The CNC Machinist – ProtoTRAK will set up, program, and operate ProtoTRAK mills and CNC lathes while producing precision components to engineering specifications. The successful candidate will perform first-piece inspections, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain equipment, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams.

· Examining work environments for various physical, chemical, biological, and environmental hazards and stresses (i.e. comprehensive risk assessments, exposure assessment, process hazard assessments, and ergonomic assessments) and make recommendations for the EHS improvements required of that equipment and/or processes.
- Assist with incident investigations on injuries or illnesses and provide recommendations to prevent recurrences, using the root cause analysis method.
