The Manager, Warehouse and Inventory is responsible for the overall leadership, guidance, and management of the team responsible for all warehousing, including but not limited to, receiving, parts distribution, transportation to customers and outside processors, cycle counting and physical inventory functions. This position closely interacts with all levels of staff and management, including executive leadership, and reports to the Director, Supply and Planning.

About this Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Systems Engineering Lead with a strong background in model-based design and modeling and simulation architectures and digital twin strategies, with experience in Department of Defense (DoD) development programs. This role is crucial for integrating state-of-the-art systems engineering practices into our major system development program, significantly impacting our strategic objectives. Your expertise and technical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the successful design, integration, and implementation of cutting-edge defense technologies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our military customers.
Responsibilities
Spearhead model-based systems engineering (MBSE) methodologies, ensuring alignment with DoD standards and practices.
Leverage agile development strategies to develop a digital twin modeling architecture in support of requirements allocation and verification, design trade studies and optimization, functional and mission modelling, specification development, and collaboration with customer and end user modeling frameworks.
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of MBSE and digital twin concepts within our system development processes.
Utilize systems engineering tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw, MATLAB, or similar for system design and analysis.
Conduct system architecture design, requirements engineering, verification and validation, and risk management activities.
Manage the systems engineering process for complex military systems, from concept to deployment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, project requirements, and industry standards.
Perform system level trade analysis of different design options including estimated development and operational costs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and subject matter experts, to develop system architectures and design solutions that optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Oversee system integration, verification, and validation activities to ensure compliance with functional requirements and performance objectives.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address technical challenges and ensure system safety, security, and interoperability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Support the preparation of technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, test plans, and reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project and contractual requirements.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

System Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Program Engineer to join our team and spearhead the development of advanced Hypersonic Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire development lifecycle of cutting-edge hypersonic technologies, including development of system concepts, system architecture, system development, system test and system deployment. As the Lead Program Engineer, you will provide technical guidance, coordinate project activities, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities
· Oversee the entire development lifecycle of hypersonic technologies, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Flight Controls Engineer
Individual is experienced in the design and modeling aspects of electro-mechanical, hydraulic actuation, and control jet flight control subsystems for use on hypersonic vehicles. Familiarity with flight dynamics and control theory analysis is desired. Ability to conduct flight dynamics and controls research on hypersonic vehicles is a plus. The successful candidate should be highly motivated and possess detailed knowledge of the following aerodynamics, vehicle dynamics and control system design and analysis areas:
· 6 DOF vehicle modeling
· Flight trajectory analysis
· Control system design
· Multi-modal control of complex flight conditions
· Numerical methods to improve trajectory analyses and system effectiveness.

Guidance, Navigation & Control Lead Engineer
Individual possesses experience in the operational, component design and subsystem interdependency aspects of hypersonic vehicle guidance, navigation, and control (GNC). Familiarity with inertial/stellar and guidance instruments and flight computer interaction is desired. The successful candidate should be highly motivated and have detailed knowledge and proficiency in the following areas:

Radar Systems Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radar System and Effectiveness Evaluation Engineer to join our team and provide critical design data to several product lines related to Reentry Vehicle technologies. In this role, you will be responsible evaluating radar and optical signatures for various observables and categorize them in terms of operating characteristic curves. Evaluation of circular or elliptical polarized radar for transmit and receive multidirectional functions will be necessary, as well as evaluation of typical force penetration effectiveness studies. Responsibilities also will include evaluating the effectiveness of radar pulse compression and selection of waveforms in the presence of clutter and model observable signatures as Gaussian variables with defined means and variances. Knowledge of electronic approaches is desirable. Flight test measurement planning and design participation with materials and design elements necessary to achieve a specified signation will be part of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate radar performance in multi-engagement environments.
- Perform data reduction on radar and optical signatures.
- Develop simulation programs to evaluate system.
- Perform planning and monitoring to ensure work scope, schedule, budget, and program metrics are well defined, maintained, and met.

Electrical Engineer III
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in power distribution networks, control and communications systems and experience with integration into hypersonic vehicles.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the design, development, and integration of electrical systems for hypersonic vehicles, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and systems engineers, to define electrical system requirements and ensure seamless integration with other subsystems.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of electrical engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
· Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technology evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in electrical systems.
· Develop and review electrical system architectures, schematics, and specifications to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety.
· Oversee the selection and procurement of electrical components and subsystems, working closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
· Perform rigorous testing, verification, and validation of electrical systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
· Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth production and assembly of electrical systems, providing technical support as needed.
· Effectively communicate and present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Aerodynamics Design and Analysis Engineer
Individual is experienced in the design and modeling aspects of hypersonic vehicle aerodynamics. Familiarity with modeling control surface and aeroelastic effects and control is desired. Ability to model effects of TPS shape change, fluid-structure interaction, and plasma effects over the body is a plus. The successful candidate should be highly motivated and possess detailed knowledge of the following aerodynamics, vehicle control, and system and subsystem test areas:
· CFD with FSI
· System inertial loads, temperatures, and pressure over various trajectory profiles.
· 6 DOF vehicle modeling

About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Executing a variety of complex technical test functions that support aftermarket activities including system set-up, operation, modification, calibrations, troubleshooting, and testing of digital/analog/RF and electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) electronic assemblies.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment and system malfunctions based on documented repair procedures and corrective measures.
- Performing system troubleshooting/upgrade activities to assemble, troubleshoot, and test complete system upgrades and system component repairs
- Performing capital equipment changeovers and updates as directed by Engineering.
- Write and interpret specifications used in designing, maintaining, and calibrating electronic systems, chassis, or components.
- Prepare reports, charts and graphs as part of process documentation and system or component testing.
- Possibility of travel to assist in troubleshooting and upgrading of complete systems and system components.
