Summary
The Aircraft Logs & Records Technician reports to the Aircraft Maintenance Administration Manager and assists with the collection, filing, and retention of aircraft and engine logbooks and associated records. Performs data entry and retrieval functions associated with aircraft recordkeeping. Transmits and receives data via network connections, email, and other electronic means. Extracts data, formulates and interprets reports, creates archives. Performs a range of clerical and administrative tasks related to aircraft maintenance, such as preparing reports, filing and typing, formatting documents, and updating and analyzing aircraft maintenance databases.
Job Responsibilities
• Assists with the tracking, recording, and cataloging flight log data and component history cards for all aircraft. This includes updating flight records, engine parts trackers, and maintenance tracking databases.
• Assists with the collection, filing, and retention of aircraft and engine maintenance forms and records.
• Maintains the maintenance database utilizing Maintenance Information System software.
• Updates aircraft status reports and informs proper employees of upcoming time change items and inspections.

Job Summary:
A Supply Chain Analyst will develop and manage the execution of the production schedule as a result of line of balance output, taking into consideration the available capacity, material availability and program delivery commitments. A Supply Chain Analyst communicates to leadership and program managers the manufacturing status, expected completion dates and production risk analysis based on internal and external supply.
Responsibilities:
• Partners with procurement, production manager, quality, engineering, and program management, and other supply chain disciplines to proactively plan, schedule, and effectively manage development, production, and aftermarket support environments.
• Manages and own the execution of items associated with their planner code, to include release of internal jobs to the factory, release of purchase requisitions, manage disruptions in the internal factory (shortages, MRB, internal and external constraints), and provides feedback to internal customers
• Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
• Monitors internal and external supply chain alignment – identifies and resolves potential constraints, maintains line of balance (build through) and purchase requests for the production or purchase of components / parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements.
• Plays an integral part of product Integrated Product Teams (IPT) by effectively interfacing with internal customers.
• Assists management in the development and execution of plans for assigned products to maximize scheduled on-time completion. Analyzes supply and demand data and reports to determine critical path constraints
• Manages manual demand for top/down & bottom-up releases, facilitates ECN/ECP changes and coordinates production cut-ins. Reviews excess material for possible consumption in other jobs. Creates material transfers, borrow/payback transactions and PO change requests.

About This Role
As a Quality Inspector, you play a key role in ensuring our weapon-system hardware meets all engineering, quality, and customer expectations while supporting efficient, uninterrupted production. You will use your attention to detail, precision measurement skills, and IPC workmanship knowledge to validate the quality of complex electro-mechanical assemblies.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform manual, visual, and dimensional inspections across a wide range of hardware including electro-mechanical assemblies, cable harnesses, precision-machined components, and mechanical parts.
· Inspect to detailed engineering requirements and precise tolerances, applying measurement best practices and logging critical data points for measurements and traceability.
· Utilize CMM equipment (preferred) for dimensional verification of critical features and automated measurement workflows.
· Apply IPC-610, IPC-620, and J-STD-001 with Space Addendum standards to evaluate soldering, electronic assemblies, and cable harness workmanship.
· Support material flow by assisting in the handling of non-conforming material, generating and verifying labels, and maintaining traceability.
· Act as a liaison between Quality, Engineering, Operations, and other functions to resolve issues and maintain efficient throughput.
· Assist Quality Engineers with tasks that improve quality and processes that support both prototype and low-rate production programs.
· Contribute to daily operational quality tasks that support the overall success of the team.

About This Role
In this position, you play a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted production flow through the accurate execution of material transactions, proactive material movement, and strong cross-functional collaboration. You will support daily factory operations by ensuring parts are staged, issued, and delivered to the floor effectively and in alignment with production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Material Movement & Production Support
- Ensure required parts and assemblies reach the installation point at the proper time, sequence, and quantity, preventing line stoppages and delays.
- Maintain continuous production flow by supporting part delivery, staging materials, and ensuring kitting accuracy.
- Proactively identify material needs for upcoming builds and coordinate timely movement to support schedule adherence.
Material Transactions & Data Accuracy
- Accurately perform all material transactions in the ERP system, ensuring traceability, correct part issuance, and alignment with work order requirements.
- Issue, research, and close work orders, ensuring all associated material movements are reflected correctly.
- Maintain detailed attention to data integrity, transaction correctness, and compliance with traceability standards.
Material Shortage Management & Problem Solving
- Track and investigate material shortages, working with Planning, Production, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Analyze material flow and identify root causes of shortages, proposing corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
Factory Organization & Material Readiness
- Maintain organized material locations, staging areas, and kitting zones that support efficient and safe production operations.
- Implement material organization best practices to streamline material flow and reduce non-value-added time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Warehouse teams to manage product flow and meet daily production requirements.
- Serve as a local point of contact for material-related questions, supporting technicians and all production personnel across various process operations and functions.
Analysis & Reporting
- Evaluate production output and provide daily updates on material readiness, shortages, and potential risks to schedule.
- Review cost and schedule performance impacts associated with material issues and assist with preparing discrepancy reports where needed.
Compliance & Process Knowledge
- Understand traceability, Government Furnished Property, and FAR 52.245-1 regulatory requirements.

About This Role
In this role, the Senior Electro-Mechanical Technician works independently within engineering, prototype, and production environments to build and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical assemblies and cable/wire harnesses. This role requires mastery of IPC workmanship standards, hands-on fabrication capability, and the ability to interpret complex technical data packages.
Responsibilities
· Perform independent builds of complex electro-mechanical assemblies, cable harnesses, and sub-systems using engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, sketches, and work instructions.
· Fabricate, shield, splice, terminate, and install connectors into complex cable harnesses.
· Perform crimping operations using various crimp tools, tool selectors, and military/commercial-grade termination tooling.
· Perform soldering operations in accordance with IPC J-STD-001, including SMT device soldering; ability to obtain Space Addendum as required.
· Build wire harnesses compliant with IPC/WHMA-A-620, including obtaining Space Addendum certification as needed.
· Build electronic assemblies compliant with IPC-A-610, including obtaining space addendum certification as needed.
· Conduct electrical testing including continuity, insulation resistance, and hipot testing using DMMs and other electrical test equipment.
· Adhere to ESD, FOD, calibration, shelf-life, and safety procedures at all times.
· Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality to resolve complex problems for efficiency gains and improved quality.
· Mentor junior technicians and contribute to new product introductions.
· Operate semi-complex electro-mechanical assembly equipment and verify build quality through self-inspection
· Recommend changes to designs, procedures, processes and drawings to improve manufacturability and/or quality of the product.

The Electrical Eng. Technician supports product verification activities through functional, electrical, and continuity testing of cable harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies. This role ensures hardware meets engineering requirements, quality standards, and end-user reliability expectations while enabling efficient production flow.
Responsibilities:
· Perform functional, electrical, and continuity testing on cable harnesses, electronic subassemblies, and electro-mechanical hardware.
· Use test equipment such as multimeters, hipot testers, continuity testers, DIT-MCO, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and automated test systems to verify performance against specifications.
· Interpret and work from engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions to execute test procedures accurately.
· Validate workmanship of cable harnesses, connectors, terminations, routing, strain relief, and labeling per industry standards
· Execute step-by-step test protocols, record results, and verify compliance with documented requirements.
· Identify, document, and escalate non-conformances, supporting troubleshooting and root-cause activities with engineering and quality teams.
· Support test fixture setup, calibration checks, and basic equipment maintenance.
· Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering to improve material flow and resolve test-related issues.
· Ensure test activities align with safety, ESD, handling, and quality standards.
· Maintain accurate records, including test data, logs, and configuration tracking.
· Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including enhancing test methods, workflow efficiency, and repeatability.
