We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Electrical Engineer with a background in Electronics Testing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical circuit functional testing and EMI/EMC testing, as well as environmental testing of electronic boxes and CCA’s. Your Electrical Engineering expertise and technical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the successful design, integration, and implementation of cutting-edge defense technologies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our military customers.
Responsibilities
· Oversee all electronics test planning, development and execution work being performed on the program
· Work with Systems Engineering to ensure that electronics testing is verifying requirements properly
· Lead failure review efforts and generate Failure Review Board (FRB) documentation for internal and external review
· Ensure synergy between electronics test and electrical test equipment design activities
· Facilitate the flow of electrical design/model content between the electrical test team and electrical design team
· Manage electrical test resources and allocate people to design and test jobs
· Assist in Control Account Management for all electrical test tasks
· Run weekly status meetings with electrical test team, and report status and updates to Program Engineer
· Work with electrical test team to help develop their capabilities by identifying relevant training courses and mentoring opportunities
· Work to improve electronics test planning and execution processes by incorporating lessons learned and best practices
· Generate technical report and presentation templates for customer submittals and design reviews

About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design engineering team during the development phases of an emerging program. The individual will be responsible for developing new analog designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware. The individual should be familiar with Mixed Signal electronics design, switching power supply design, ordnance initiation and high density PWAs. The individual should be familiar with using OrCAD Capture, PSPICE or LTSpice and other simulation products. Our Design Engineering team is focused on developing and improving new product designs to support advanced emerging programs for military customers.

- Layout and route mechanical tubing systems.
- Fit-up, fabrication and installation of tubing, flanges and valves.
- Must be familiar with installation of marine and aircraft type fittings, pumps, valves and pressure switches.
- Typical tools used in the performance of job duties include open-ended wrenches and sockets.
- Use of power tools (gougers, circular saws, grinders) in a safe, compliant manner.
- Work from engineering drawings, sketches, written and verbal instructions.
- Reading from computer screens to retrieve work instructions, blueprints or other documents
- Maintain records, forms, and logs as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Perform as a productive working team member that meets daily goals set by the supervisor.

Performs Quality Engineering assignments requiring independent evaluation, selection, and application of standard Quality Engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment and ingenuity in making adaptations and modifications. Work is performed on moderately complex contracts requiring independent execution within a defined set of skills or knowledge area. The Quality Engineer supports product design activities, planning for quality, production activities, data analysis and development of metrics, root cause and corrective action, and process and product improvement.
Responsibilities:
· Reviews customer contracts on simple to moderately complex projects; responsible for requirements identification, analysis, and definition.
· Performs quality planning activities including development of Quality Plan, Quality Assurance Directive and Inspection Plan documents as required by the assigned project(s).
· Interfaces with Supplier Quality Engineering to provide guidance and support for supplier issues.
· Uses knowledge of inspection tools and techniques to define inspection requirements.
· Participates in product development and design document reviews targeting design for manufacturability and contract requirements.
· Participates in process improvement activities through process and nonconformance monitoring, root cause investigations, auditing, failure analysis etc.
· Participates in program management activities appropriate to the assigned project(s).
· Participates in Contract Data Requirements List development, review and delivery to the customer as required by the assigned project(s).
· Assists in developing fabrication/build processes and standards.
· Performs Material Review Board (MRB) disposition and tracking activities.
· Interfaces with internal organizations and systems in performance of the assigned Quality Engineering functions.
· Provides status inputs to the Cost Account Manager for tasks performed. May perform CAM function for small to medium projects.
· Performs QA estimating for small to medium, lower complexity projects.

We believe people should love what they do – as a Sr Welder, you will be responsible for:
· Welding of Ballistic Steel materials in all positions. Must be able to work from standing, sitting, lying and kneeling positions. Some work must be accomplished with the use of mirror welding.
· Some work will have to pass RT, PT, and NDT type testing.
· Climbing on and over bulkheads, up and down ladders.
· Tack welding (kneeling, standing, sitting, lying, overhead burning of steel, dragging torch line)
· Use of jacks, porta-powers and come-a longs; some of which can weigh as much as 25 lbs.
· Lifting of material and tools (jacks, porta-powers, come-a longs, etc. Also loading and unloading of parts.
· Crawling through vehicle on top of floor plates and through hatch/door openings.
· Bending and twisting of your body as needed to get into different compartments.
· Operation of cranes and forklifts.
· Use of power tools (gougers, skill saws, cut saws, grinders). All require two hands on tools to operate in safe manner
· Walking on top of vehicle roof and bottom plates when position in the rollover fixture to achieve welding on a flat.
· Need to be able to work with your hands.

About This Role
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.
Responsibilities
· Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
· Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
· Utilize AMS program
· Training of maintenance personnel
· Manage assigned maintenance programs
· Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
· Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
· The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
· This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
· This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
· This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
· Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as; blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
· Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
· Additional responsibilities as delineated by Production Supervisor and Crew Chiefs
· Manage programs as assigned
