About This Role
The Supplier Development Engineer is responsible for delivering strategic and tactical supply chain activities for our supply base to effectively support all Textron Systems’ businesses across all site locations with a focus on overall external supply chain improvement.
Each team member will develop optimized external supply chain capability, enabling the highest levels of competition among the highest performing suppliers, geographically located; to optimally support our business throughout all phases of the product life cycle with a particular focus on Quality.
This role includes performing: - supplier assessments and development evaluations, supplier identification, and supplier management tasks. Working collaboratively across all product domains to understand the needs of the business and drive supply chain execution and accountability to the highest attainable level.
The ability to travel is a catalyst to support our growing network of top performing suppliers, building relationships, competence and trust to support the development and delivery success of the many state-of-the-art Textron product lines, and when needed, engage in problem solving challenges that differentiates us from our competition. The network will further extend to capture internal customers in program management, engineering, and manufacturing, whilst teaming with procurement and Quality to provide effective execution.
The Supplier Development Engineer is specifically responsible for driving results with our suppliers across multiple supply categories including mechanical and/or electrical parts and assemblies in all facets of performance, including cost, delivery and quality. This role will report directly to the Manager of Supplier Development within the Supply Chain organization.
Responsibilities
· Develop Relationships throughout the Supply Base and connect that network with Internal customers and drive Quality into the foundation for execution
· Perform and/or participate in source qualification by performing quality management system surveys and special process surveys.
· Solicit supplier inputs into product design, considering design for manufacturability, cost, reliability, parts availability, and more.
· Perform Manufacturing Readiness Assessments (MRA) as appropriate for suppliers.
· Coordinate the effective flow-downs of contractual requirements to suppliers along with alignment on quality codes and performance expectations.
· Execute supplier development strategies balanced across all domains.
· Partner with Sourcing Engineering, Supplier Management, Buyers, and Quality Engineering to ensure a smooth transition to the identified source enabling seamless execution via leading effective Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM).
· Coordinate with Quality Engineering inspection requirements of suppliers and execute inspection requirements such as first article inspection, managing nonconforming materials, troubleshooting, processing material review board actions, etc.
· Lead management of critical supplier issues to improve overall execution.
· Lead risk assessments via FMEA/Risk Cubes, RCCA, countermeasures and supplier scorecard reviews.
· Perform data analysis and issue reports on supplier performance to ensure suppliers meet and maintain expected performance levels inclusive of quality and delivery.

Summary:
The Plans and Schedules/Ramco Administrator will perform Aircraft Logs and Records duties, RAMCO database functions, and associated tasks as part of a team, implementing and maintaining the ongoing requirements of the Aircraft Maintenance Program.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accurate documentation of all Aircraft maintenance tasks in associated logs and records, monitors and updates Aircraft Flight Records, track and notify Maintenance Managers of aircraft component Life Limits, major inspections, and overhaul requirements throughout the life of the aircraft.
- Utilizes the RAMCO System and all supporting tools, content, and technologies, roles, users, security, internal system notifications and other instructional technology user accounts. Reviews the accuracy of documentation of RAMCO System support methods, procedures, and configuration.
- Troubleshoots routine RAMCO network problems. Evaluates and follows through on issues and problems until resolved or escalated. Reviews the accuracy of documentation of server support methods, procedures, and configuration.
- Training Material: Works with Logistics, Flight operations, Aircraft Maintenance, and Finance staff to provide help resources and training for users, how-to guides, and FAQs related to the usage of the learning of the RAMCO System.
- User & Technology Support: Establishes business relationships with both internal and external clients. Attend meetings, answer questions, and provides technical guidance and/or training to users to ensure the success of the RAMCO System and the tools used in conjunction with it.
- Documentation: Documents all project and task activity using the appropriate tools.

- Plan, coordinate, and schedule test and evaluation activities to ensure that test requirements and objectives are met per customer/program requirements and engineering and quality standards
- Prepare and/or review test plans, test procedures, test readiness reviews, and test reports for functional, environmental, and field tests
- Support in-house and field data collection activities including setup and operation of data acquisition systems, accelerometers, strain gauges, high speed cameras, and other test instrumentation
- Support test activities including product installation, integration, test, data acquisition, and analysis

About This Role
The position will be responsible for the setup, calibration, and operation of equipment used in production, engineering and field support departments. Requires working from verbal or written instructions, diagrams, or models. Responsible for capturing the calibration outcome and data using a web-based database application. Technicians will also create calibration processes and procedures for new equipment. Performing maintenance or small repairs of equipment as required.
Performs one or more technical functions related to the support of engineering such as set-up, operation, testing, detailing and/or calibration of systems or specialized equipment. Follows established policies and procedures. The Sr. Calibration Technician position is responsible for execution of work orders within the calibration lab based on established frequency schedules. Included in the calibration execution is required but not limited to meters, scopes, generators, hi/low/vacuum pressure gauges, temperature equipment, counters, analyzers, power supplies, RF equipment, test tools, amplifiers, probes, tools, indicators, torque wrenches, ESD benches, and weight scales.

JOB SCOPE:
· Set-up and operate computer and/or electronic controlled machines. Work from operation sheets, specifications, blue prints, manuals, etc. Use shop mathematics, handbook formulas and a variety of precision instruments and a working knowledge of the cutting qualities of material, machine feeds and speeds to perform necessary functions to operate machine i.e. load, locate and align part in fixture. Install specified numerical control tape at designated position in tape reader place all console on operation station switches, selectors and controls in proper sequence and various operations necessary to complete machine operations. Must determine cause of malfunction and make necessary adjustments. Review Cordax readouts, assist Tool Design, as needed, in new fixture, program readouts, and setup during the period of operation for required quality of parts. Maintain the set-up during the period of operation and correct tooling faults and tryout set-ups.

About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Being the initial IT point of contact for end user services, using critical thinking and process adherence to quickly assess and triage incoming requests and incidents
· Delivering outstanding service to all business users through service ticket fulfillment, supporting activities such as onboarding and offboarding, software application support, PC and mobile device support, process documentation, and user training
· Account provisioning and access management – provisioning and reclaiming access to network and applications in accordance with IT and cybersecurity requirements to ensure secure and efficient IT environments across users and systems.
