Position Summary
The Account Representative is responsible for managing customer accounts and serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely communication, and efficient resolution of both routine and complex customer inquiries for domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide account management support to customers, including handling inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with Procurement and Operations to deliver pricing and lead time quotations
- Process and release customer purchase orders through the ERP system
- Monitor and track order status, providing updates and expediting requests as needed
- Coordinate shipping logistics, including freight forwarders, carriers, and transit methods
- Resolve shipping issues and ensure customer delivery requirements are met
- Record and track customer complaints using the Quality Improvement Process (QIP) system
- Manage Engineering Process Requests (EPRs) related to product configurations
- Process pricing workflow requests
- Support Sales Operations functions, including forecast management, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and month-end activities
- Maintain knowledge of Service Letters, Service Instructions, and Service Bulletins and their customer impact
- Ensure compliance with Export Administration Regulations and perform Restricted Party Screenings when applicable

SUMMARY
The Sr. Quality Engineer will oversee quality assurance processes, implement quality control measures, and drive continuous improvement. This role will develop, implement, and maintain protocols and procedures to ensure products are manufactured and assembled to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with Six Sigma methodologies, AS9100 standards, and FAA regulatory requirements. A deep understanding of advanced quality tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Value Stream Mapping is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develops, implements, and maintains quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and FAA regulatory requirements.
• Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformances and improve product quality.
• Performs internal audits and supports third party audits (ex. AS9100) to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.

The Crewed Land Systems business is seeking a Subcontract Project Manager for the Slidell, LA location. The Project Manager will own a subset of acquisitions for a major defense program, under the supervisor of a Sr. Supply Chain Manager, and work within a highly collaborative and dynamic Crewed Land Systems SCM & Program Office.
This role requires excellent organization, teamwork, and communication skills to ensure supplier program execution that meets mission objectives. A successful candidate in this role will be action-oriented, have strong written and verbal communication, and exhibit a team mentality.
Responsibilities:
The Subcontract Project Manager will have responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
- Partnering with Program Mgt to consolidate subcontractor contractual requirements and specifications into accurate comprehensive requests for proposal (RFP) prior to the issuance of RFPs to prospective subcontractors.
- Examining bid responses and initiating cost and pricing analysis using results thereof combined with program objectives to develop negotiation strategy and negotiate price, terms and work scope.
- Negotiating, placing, and managing of complex, high dollar subcontracts within a government acquisition environment, including both cost and fixed price material and service type subcontracts.
- Originating formal subcontract documents and coordinating inputs and approvals from both functional and programmatic leadership stakeholders including all pertinent government Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements when applicable.
- Understanding the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and critical path for the supplier subset of the program and executing any mitigation efforts to ensure on-time / early completion of tasking.
- Managing the financial, technical, and schedule requirements of subcontractor program components to deliver products that are technically acceptable on-time and in a cost-effective manner to Contract requirements.
- Monitoring subcontractor performance, identifying issues early on to implement corrective actions with the Supplier Development team
- Participating in program meetings, obtaining data and requirements which must be transmitted to or obtained from subcontractors via correspondence or telephone.
- Working creatively to solve supplier and external customer problems and communicating program progress both internally and externally.
- Facilitating, maintaining and controlling all correspondence between Textron Systems and subcontractor.

About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Purchase materials from supplies at the lowest cost consistent with considerations of quality, reliability of source and urgency of need
Study market trends, interview vendors and recommends sources of supply
Solicit and analyze quotations required to satisfy all the requirements of the authorizing source documentation
Monitor outstanding orders to ensure timely deliveries of quality products to maintain production, following up on orders to expedite shipment and delivery as needed

About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to focus on assembly and testing of products across the product life cycle spectrum. As part of our dedicated ISC team, Manufacturing Process Engineer’s principal responsibilities are to develop repeatable and reproducible assembly, inspection, and test instructions, identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes. Responsibilities will also include other upstream activities such as capital equipment, facility requirements, existing and emerging manufacturing technologies, tool design, cost estimating, and configuration control. About This Role
This Software Engineering role is within Textron System’s Uncrewed Land and Air Systems division. Our team is engaged in multiple cutting-edge development programs for defense applications. A strong candidate for this role will possess a history of software development for robotic/autonomous applications. About This Role

Provide electrical support for the design, integration, and maintenance of electrical systems on a variety of technologies, ranging from land robotics to unmanned air systems for commercial and military programs in a fast-paced environment. These systems are experimental and cutting-edge technological advancements that are intended to protect the warfighter in various theaters as well as provide civil support to many commercial applications. This individual will have an opportunity to travel, execute experimental military and civil hardware testing, and grow in their role. The position involves supporting lab operations of component integration, modifications, assembly and test, of ground vehicles, air vehicles, and surface vessels. Individual must be willing to support at remote test sites to include serving as a crew chief, safety lookout, and support and maintenance crew member during field testing. May assemble by hand or operate semiautomatic assembly equipment. Operates electronic and mechanical test equipment.

About This Role

- Welding of aluminum materials in all positions. Must be able to work from standing, sitting, lying and kneeling positions. Some work must be accomplished with the use of mirror welding.
- Climbing on and over bulkheads, up and down ladders.
- Tack welding (kneeling, standing, sitting, lying, overhead burning of steel, dragging torch line)
- Use of jacks, porta-powers and come-a longs; some of which can weigh as much as 25 lbs.
- Lifting of material and tools (jacks, porta-powers, come-a longs, etc. Also loading and unloading of parts.
- Crawling through craft on top of tees and through manholes
- Bending and twisting of your body as needed to get into different compartments.
- Operation of cranes, forklifts
- Use of power tools (gougers, skill saws, cut saws, grinders). All require two hands on tools to operate in safe manner
- Walking on tops of frames and tees (uneven walking surfaces)
- Need to be able to work with your hands.
