About This Role
We are seeking a talented test engineer with a Mechanical or Test Engineering background to support a critical defense program. As a Test Engineer, you will perform planning, coordination, and execution of components, subsystems, and system level tests as well as other evaluation activities across the program. A strong candidate will possess at least 9+ years of experience related to mechanical testing. You will have the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplined team environment. With opportunities to lead, mentor, and contribute your expertise to large formal testing environments, you will be at the center of innovation and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule test, integration, and evaluation activities to ensure that test requirements and objectives are met per customer/program requirements and engineering and quality standards.
- Prepare and/or review test plans, test procedures, test readiness reviews and test reports for functional, environmental, and field tests
- Support in-house and offsite data collection activities including setup and operation of data acquisition systems and sensors including NI PXIe, DTS Slice, accelerometers, strain gauges, high speed cameras, and other test instrumentation
- Lead and perform environmental testing of dynamic and static environments, including vibration, static loading, pyroshock, thermal cycling, humidity.
- Utilize and optimize tools such as LabView for instrumentation control. Real-time monitoring, and custom setup creation.
- Apply MATLAB for signal processing, data filtering, and post test data analysis
- Perform preliminary “quick look” analysis and provide post-test debriefs to engineering team and customers
- Coordinate with appropriate programs, engineering, and external organizations during test planning, execution, analysis and reporting phases

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, the Financial Analyst will be a key financial business partner in supporting Textron Systems ATAC Operating unit with timely analysis, invoicing, financial modeling and reporting. The analyst will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for analysis of programs financials, invoicing government Customers, Capital Expense budgeting, and Pricing & Estimating that are used by senior leaders to manage the business daily. We are seeking multiple highly qualified candidates to lead and support our Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle (ARV) engineering projects supporting our internal development initiatives and our contract programs. The Project Engineers will work primarily with the engineering disciplines and program teams to plan and execute ARV project to achieve defined objectives within cost and schedule constraints. Project Engineers lead a multidisciplinary team and provide technical leadership and guidance on development efforts that impact on ground vehicles products and programs. ARV Project Engineer roles and responsibilities[AA1.1] (all roles):
• Collaborate closely with Program Management to tightly control program schedule and budget per customer Earned-Value Managements System requirements (EVMS)

About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Sourcing Engineer focused on Design for Manufacturing and Assembly as part of the Strategic Outsourcing Strategy. The focus will be to lead engagement with the internal customers to support the development of business opportunities, collaborate with Strategic Sourcing Managers to provide an effective, stable, and successful roadmap for Partnerships and Suppliers for Supply Chain. This individual will be responsible for providing Key engineering input (technical producibility/DFX, evaluations, assessments, etc.) to support new product development with internal customers, building and acting as the critical conduit to set up the supply base and lead complex custom supplier development projects to mature the manufacturing readiness.
The Principle Sourcing Engineer will identify, build, manage and maintain capable supplier sources, and mentor more junior members of the team to grow the team network and knowledge.
They will drive the optimization of design for supplier manufacturability, design for supplier assembly, outsourcing design to cost & quality, and further support prototyping validation/readiness leading to a successful product roadmap for stable transition to production.
Responsibilities will also include the collaboration and integration of the outsourcing strategy with other roles within the Supply Chain and Operations Team and help grow appreciation and awareness of Sourcing Engineering value in the establishment of suppliers.
The Principal Sourcing Engineer will champion other upstream activities, such as Bill of Material (BOM) development, Plan for every Part initiative (PFEP), inclusion of emerging manufacturing technologies, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), cost validation & estimating, and support to configuration control with Engineering.
The Principal Sourcing Engineer will work closely with Design Engineering Team/IPT, Engineering Prototype and Test Teams, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality to complete initial prototype builds, analyze results, and propose refinement of engineering designs and be the main technical focal for supplier management.

· This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
· Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
