About This Role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides partnership, counsel, and guidance to leaders to support the strategy around workforce planning, organizational design, talent and performance management, training and development, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, and employee relations to deliver business solutions and services. Builds collaborative relationships with HR team and customers; gains understanding of business plans and strategies to provide relevant insight and HR actions to support overall business objectives.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide business partner coverage to shop floor employees and leaders while helping to foster a positive employee relations environment.

About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking a Full time Mechanical Engineer with experience in mechanical design focused on tooling for machined or welded assemblies. The candidate should possess good communication and presentation skills and be comfortable interacting with suppliers within a multidiscipline team. The position requires experience integrating component design solutions into an overall assembly. This position requires that the candidate be a US citizen with or capable of receiving a secret level security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to support manufacturing processes.

About This Role
An Associate EH&S Specialist will work to develop, implement, and enforce environmental, health, and safety policies to ensure a safe, compliant workplace (OSHA/EPA). Key duties include conducting hazard assessments, managing incident investigations, providing employee training, and supporting sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and drive the implementation of leading/proactive indicators /metrics.
Develop and drive the implementation strategy to reduce cost associated with job related injury and illness and regulatory compliance.
Examine the work environment for various physical, chemical, biological and environmental hazards/stresses.
Define corrective actions that reduce stresses that impair health and ability of worker efficiency.
Drive implementation of specific recommendations to the proper level of management.
Maintain currency with all applicable standards and regulations so as to advise management as to the changes impacting Textron Sea & Land Systems operations.
Direct the evaluation of areas for hazards and make recommendations for improvement or protective equipment requirements.
Advise management as to appropriate activities and controls measures.
Interprets OSHA standards/regulations and maintains cooperative relationship with OSHA.
Develop & conduct health and safety training courses for supervisors and employees as needed.

About This Role

Lead certification and accreditation process for Textron Unmanned Aircraft Systems products in accordance with DoDI 8510.0, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and other cyber security related requirements. Support the utilization of vulnerability scan tools, conduct in-depth analysis of the results against Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), develop remediation and mitigation plans, and create packages for the implementation of those plans.
Build and manage relationships with internal customers for successful execution of plans. Generation of reports and deliverables directly provided to internal and external customers. Develop, maintain and track security plan documentation required for accreditation events.
Support responses to emergency requests and security bulletins. Coordinate with the engineering disciplines to ensure issues affecting the product overall security are addressed appropriately and seamlessly within the development life-cycle processes.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a Cyber Security Product Lead at internal and external program level meetings and communicate best security practices in an effective and clear manner to ensure compliance of our products.
• Interface with customers (Internal and External) directly and effectively to represent Textron Systems’ ability to meet and surpass customer expectations.
• Provide support at Army Interoperability Certification (AIC), ACA/SCA, FISMA and POA&M events.

A Senior/Lead Internal Quality Auditor completes audits independently or directs an audit from start to conclusion while providing guidance and audit oversight to a team of auditors. Schedules, plans and conducts Internal Quality process audits, Quality system audits, follow-up audits and other Quality related audits. Ensures compliance to AS9100 and verifies the audit’s resulting actions are implemented and effective. Represents Quality and supports the team at audit and corrective action meetings and discussions. Generates and assists in the issuance of corrective actions and risk mitigation requests. Provides any needed auditor guidance for the creation of audit checklists and recognizing and facilitating high quality corrective actions that prevent recurrence and assuring objective evidence adequately supports the audit results.

- Provide employees with training to utilize the tools necessary to determine true Root Cause and initiate strong corrective actions that will prevent recurrence.
- Analyze and maintain trending data and submit reports, as required.
- Communicate quality system audit issues to management and prepare audit presentation material detailing audit findings and conclusions reached as well as recommendations.
- Perform quality-related activities that add strategic value to the business such as participation in process and procedural development activities, continuous improvement actions, process mapping and streamlining, and contractual program verification.

Textron Systems Wilmington, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead and optimize operations within our machine shop, ensuring efficient production of core competency precision aerospace and defense components. This individual will oversee tooling management, support machinists and design engineers in manufacturability reviews, and drive continuous improvement in machining processes and workflow. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with a strong understanding of machining operations, tooling compliance, and production optimization in a high-reliability manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary engineering interface for the machine shop: Support both prototype and full-rate production programs.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering during early product development phases.
• Review piece parts, fixtures, and assemblies for Design of Manufacturability. Review tolerances, GD&T and cost reduction opportunities to ensure parts are producible, repeatable, and compliant with customer requirements.
• Capable of tolerance stack-up and manufacturability analysis.
• Conduct capacity and utilization analysis: Identify opportunities for improved throughput and efficiency.
