Responsibilities:
- Ensures production work is performed in an assigned manufacturing area.

A Sr Maintenance Mechanic, under general supervision, is required to perform any and all tasks assigned by management based on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and repair tasks related to facility structure and equipment using diagnostic devices (i.e., torque wrenches, volt / ohm meter, etc.) which are provided by the Company.
•Primary work includes troubleshooting/repair of forklifts and vehicles. Needs experience in hydraulics and engine repairs. May include engine tune-ups or other vehicle maintenance with minimal supervision. Certification a plus.
•Specific duties may also include mechanical repairs, tubing mechanic work and minor welding; light carpentry, laminating; adhesive bonding of wall panels; painting; changing of light bulbs; general electrical and mechanical tasks such as changing oil filters on equipment, etc.
•Work from Engineering drawings, sketches and written and verbal instructions.
•May direct the activities or tasks of other employees.
•Maintain records, forms and logs as required.
•Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
•Ability to research parts and place orders

About This Role
The Electronic Systems (ES) engineering team has an immediate opening for a mid-senior level Systems Test Engineer to support the growing Simulation and Training Team. As a member of the Simulation and Training Team, the systems test engineer supports engineering development projects to deliver on our program commitments and release the capabilities to our military customers. This is an interdisciplinary role, enabling the full life cycle development of our products. This role may include supporting development of new products and product upgrades, integration and test, and development of fielding solutions for our military and commercial customers. Required experience includes hardware and/or software integration, managing requirements derivation and allocation, and successfully working within a collaborative team environment. A desire to take ownership of design efforts to ensure integration of capabilities into the product is essential. As a lead systems test engineer, you will perform standard systems test engineering tasks with the addition of project lead responsibilities such as project engineering, task lead, and potential management of direct reports.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for leading design, development, and execution of tests for products (hardware, software, systems) to ensure quality, functionality, reliability, creating test plans, writing test cases, identifying defects and collaborating with development teams for fixes, ultimately ensuring products meet specifications and user needs before delivery.
· Lead Test Planning & Design: Understand requirements, define scope, objectives, and resources, then create detailed test plans, strategies, and procedures.
· Lead Test Case Development: Write specific test cases and scripts for various tests (functional, performance, security, etc.).
· Lead Test Execution: Run tests, monitor the development and production process, and manage controlled testing environments.
· Lead Defect Management: Identify, document, report, and track software/hardware and product defects.
· Lead Collaboration & Feedback: Work with developers, process engineers, and management to provide insights, suggest improvements, and ensure quality standards are met.

About This Role
Textron Systems, leading developers of high-performance Unmanned Systems, a proven partner for both military and commercial applications, is offering a full-time opportunity for a Mechanical Technician to support our growing family of unmanned naval products. Our teams are engaged in multiple cutting-edge development programs for domestic and international programs. This position provides an opportunity to travel, execute experimental military hardware testing, and develop new skills.
The strong candidate will have hands-on experience in the test, integration, and maintenance of mechanical systems and will be ready to work in a fast-paced environment. The position also includes supporting on-water operations of surface systems, serving as a small craft operator, safety lookout, or support crew members.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
• Read assembly documentation (i.e. Work Instructions, Drawings etc.), parts lists, and diagrams to assemble and install a wide variety of components.
• Assemble and troubleshoot drivetrain components and hydraulic actuation systems.
• Use basic hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pilers in the confines of a small naval craft.

About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design engineering team during the development phases of an emerging program. The individual will be responsible for developing new analog designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware. The individual should be familiar with Mixed Signal electronics design, switching power supply design, ordnance initiation and high density PWAs. The individual should be familiar with using OrCAD Capture, PSPICE or LTSpice and other simulation products.
