Summary:
The Director of Quality and Logistics Support (DQLS) at ATAC is a leadership role responsible for the oversight and evaluation of the company’s internal processes and procedures, ensuring safety, effectiveness, and compliance with both external government and internal Textron requirements. Reporting to the Vice President of Special Missions, the DQLS serves as the ATAC lead for adherence and ethical governance across all company operations, bridging the interface between ATAC and government contracts. This role establishes a framework for organizational safety, accuracy, procedural adherence, and quality control while driving continuous process improvement and fostering a culture of compliance organization wide.
Responsibilities:
- Inspection and Audit Infrastructure
- Establish and maintain inspection and audit requirements across all sites.
- Generate trend analyses, track action items, and report findings.
- Manage contract risk-based compliance programs in accordance with Textron guidance and audit programs aligned with ATAC and government objectives.
- Execution
- Act as the ATAC contact for contract audits and inspections.
- Oversee regulatory matters in accordance with Textron guidance related to quality, imports/exports (ITAR), procurement, and ordnance safety standards.
- Internal Auditing
- Conduct internal audits to assess vulnerabilities, evaluate controls, and ensure adherence to Textron, government, and contract requirements.

- Policy Development
- Enforce policies and documentation standards to meet contract and regulatory requirements.

About This Role

The Manufacturing Program Manager (MPM) will serve as the primary Manufacturing Operations representative to program areas for both manufacturing and supply chain activities. This person will work across multiple supply chain disciplines and manufacturing operations, including multiple manufacturing locations to coordinate the timely, accurate, and complete execution of program requirements to include: IRAD, production, engineering development, and transition to production (TTP) activities.
Responsibilities to Include:
· Represent Operations on the Program IPT’s supporting assigned programs

o Flow critical information both ways between operations and programs

About This Role

We believe people should love what they do – as a Sr Welder, you will be responsible for:
· Welding of Ballistic Steel materials in all positions. Must be able to work from standing, sitting, lying and kneeling positions. Some work must be accomplished with the use of mirror welding.
· Some work will have to pass RT, PT, and NDT type testing.
· Climbing on and over bulkheads, up and down ladders.
· Tack welding (kneeling, standing, sitting, lying, overhead burning of steel, dragging torch line)
· Use of jacks, porta-powers and come-a longs; some of which can weigh as much as 25 lbs.
· Lifting of material and tools (jacks, porta-powers, come-a longs, etc. Also loading and unloading of parts.
· Crawling through vehicle on top of floor plates and through hatch/door openings.
· Bending and twisting of your body as needed to get into different compartments.
· Operation of cranes and forklifts.
· Use of power tools (gougers, skill saws, cut saws, grinders). All require two hands on tools to operate in safe manner
· Walking on top of vehicle roof and bottom plates when position in the rollover fixture to achieve welding on a flat.
· Need to be able to work with your hands.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and schedule test and evaluation activities to ensure that test requirements and objectives are met per customer/program requirements and engineering and quality standards
Prepare and/or review test plans, test procedures, test readiness reviews and test reports for functional, environmental, and field tests
Support in-house and field data collection activities including setup and operation of data acquisition systems, accelerometers, strain gauges, high speed cameras, and other test instrumentation
Support test activities including product installation, integration, test, data acquisition and analysis
Perform preliminary “quick-look” analysis and provide post-test debriefs to engineering team and customers
Coordinate with appropriate program, engineering, and external organizations during test planning, execution, analysis and reporting phases

Job Summary:
Textron Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Operations to support the Textron Systems team in Hunt Valley, Md. He/She will report directly to the Sr. Vice President, Air, Land and Sea Systems and will provide leadership and accountability for all manufacturing operations at the Hunt Valley, MD location. This position is responsible for establishing the vision, goals and metrics across the manufacturing organization that supports the various Air, Land and Sea programs.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Robotics/UAS Engineer to join our innovative team.
