About This Role
Textron Systems is looking for a part time Associate Hardware Designer to support our uncrewed military product lines such as Aerosonde, Common Unmanned Surface Vessel, and Ripsaw. In this position you will be responsible for creating and checking technical content and data packages for various components, sub-assemblies and top-level assemblies, payloads, and support equipment.
As an Associate Designer, you will receive tasks from Senior Designers and Engineers. Tasking will include development of electro-mechanical devices and equipment, working with engineers on the creation and checking of engineering documentation to support production and technical data packages (concepts, layouts, drawings, 3D models, parts lists, Engineering Change Notices, (ECN’s), vendor parts, etc.) in compliance with Military, ASME, and Company standards and process guides. The applicant will be expected to quickly develop skills necessary for utilization of company tools (NX2026, Solidworks 2020, Matrix and JIRA).
Responsibilities
· Creation of mechanical solid models from conceptual sketches, specification sheets and verbal direction
· Receive, create, and record JIRA tickets for tracking assignments
· Translation of engineering requirements to source and vendor control documentation
· Cataloging of vendor and supplier-controlled components, models, and specifications
· Release of specifications, drawings, and ECNs within the eMATRIX system
· Interface with Product engineers, Manufacturing engineers and Machinists to produce accurate product representations and incorporate design for manufacturability feedback
· Participate in design review meetings
· Perform tolerance calculations (“tolerance stacks”) of detail parts and sub-assemblies
· Development of component and subassembly drawings to ASME Y14 standards, inclusive of all planforms, sectional and isometric views, notes and GD&T
· Generation of production drawings for multiple manufacturing methods; including machining, sheet metal forming and weldments
· Generation of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams from sketches, drawings, datasheets, and verbal direction
· Produce engineering Bills of Materials in the eMATRIX system in concert with product definition release
· Checking of drawings per company and ASME Y14 standards

About This Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Litigation Staff Attorney to support all aspects of litigation matters at Textron Systems, with a particular focus on commercial litigation and disputes. The Litigation Staff Attorney will also provide support to Textron Systems and its business lines in products liability cases, and advise on corporate governance matters, contract issues, regulatory inquiries, and commercial transactions. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent writing and communication abilities, and prior litigation experience. This role will report to the Associate General Counsel for litigation and will be based in Hunt Valley, MD.
Responsibilities
· Litigation:
o Represent and counsel Textron Systems and its business lines in all phases of litigation matters.
o Work with and oversee outside counsel to ensure alignment with business objectives.
o Review and help prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
o Prepare for and attend mediations, court hearings, and trials.
o Keep internal business teams updated on the status of and strategy for litigation matters.
· Corporate Governance:
o Provide advice, guidance, and support on corporate governance matters.
o Assist in the preparation and review of corporate filings, resolutions, and related documents.
o Ensure compliance with corporate governance-related regulatory and legal requirements.

About This Role
The Principal Export/Import Compliance Analyst will proactively oversee all export compliance matters for Textron Systems. S/he will interact with employees at all levels and will work both independently and with other members of the business and members of the Legal, Contracts & Compliance Department staff on a variety of interesting international trade compliance matters. The role requires successful management of a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

• Provide a full range of proactive export compliance guidance to program management, contracts, procurement, business development, shipping, security and other functional areas within the Company
• Prepare and submit DDTC and Commerce license applications, Technical Assistance
• Assist in the research and interpretation of export compliance regulations
• Agreements, Manufacturing License Agreements and Warehousing Distribution Agreements
• Determine the applicability of ITAR exemptions, ECCNs and use of Commerce exceptions
• Work collaboratively with in-house attorneys and outside counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support responses to Customs queries such as CF28s & CF29s.

Job Summary
Textron Systems seeks a Senior Program Manager to support its growing Electronic Systems business. This role provides leadership for the Program Management staff and is accountable for execution on all applicable contracts in accordance with the Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan.
This business line serves multiple external customers and requires developing and coordinating program requirements, plans and delivery methods with customers and subcontractors. This position is also responsible for business development strategies and capture plans, preparing and presenting briefings to potential and current customers, and preparing technical and cost proposals. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver program performance and results.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in the assignment and allocation of Program Management staff to execute contracts and hold the program team accountable for all cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with external and internal customers.
• Manage all phases of the program, from inception to completion, and monitor adherence to established program management processes for execution.
• Lead coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing, ISC and other functional support teams to ensure program requirements are met.
• Establish milestones, master schedules, program financial baselines and monitor adherence to the master schedule and financial baseline.
• Perform program risk management.
• Work closely with CAMs (Control Account Managers), finance and scheduling teams to ensure timely completion of monthly financial reporting including Earned Value/Estimate at Completion.
• Lead internal and external program reviews (agendas, minutes, action item tracking) that include discussions relative to cost, schedule, and performance.
• Lead execution of new or continuing program pursuits and associated proposals, including capture and negotiation strategies.
• Participate with Contracts Management in negotiation of contracts/contract changes.
• Recommend and implement continuous process improvements.
A Senior/Lead Internal Quality Auditor completes audits independently or directs an audit from start to conclusion while providing guidance and audit oversight to a team of auditors. Schedules, plans and conducts Internal Quality process audits, Quality system audits, follow-up audits and other Quality related audits. Ensures compliance to AS9100 and verifies the audit’s resulting actions are implemented and effective. Represents Quality and supports the team at audit and corrective action meetings and discussions. Generates and assists in the issuance of corrective actions and risk mitigation requests. Provides any needed auditor guidance for the creation of audit checklists and recognizing and facilitating high quality corrective actions that prevent recurrence and assuring objective evidence adequately supports the audit results.

- Provide employees with training to utilize the tools necessary to determine true Root Cause and initiate strong corrective actions that will prevent recurrence.
- Analyze and maintain trending data and submit reports, as required.
- Communicate quality system audit issues to management and prepare audit presentation material detailing audit findings and conclusions reached as well as recommendations.
- Perform quality-related activities that add strategic value to the business such as participation in process and procedural development activities, continuous improvement actions, process mapping and streamlining, and contractual program verification.
