We are seeking a talented test engineer with a Mechanical or Test Engineering background to support a major US Air Force Program. As a Test Engineer, you will perform planning, coordination, and execution of component, subsystem, and system level tests as well as other evaluation activities across the program. Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule test and evaluation activities to ensure that test requirements and objectives are met per customer/program requirements and engineering and quality standards
• Prepare and/or review test plans, test procedures, test readiness reviews and test reports for functional, environmental, and field tests
• Support in-house and field data collection activities including setup and operation of data acquisition systems, accelerometers, strain gauges, high speed cameras, and other test instrumentation
• Support test activities including product installation, integration, test, data acquisition and analysis
• Perform preliminary “quick-look” analysis and provide post-test debriefs to engineering team and customers
• Coordinate with appropriate program, engineering, and external organizations during test planning, execution, analysis and reporting phases
• Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written) and have good organizational skills

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Electrical Engineer with a background in Electrical Test Equipment Design to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical test equipment design and implementation to ensure equipment is able to verify electrical program requirements. Your Electrical Engineering expertise and technical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the successful design, integration, and implementation of cutting-edge defense technologies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our military customers.
Responsibilities
· Oversee all electrical test equipment development and implementation work being performed on the program
· Work with Systems Engineering to ensure that electrical test equipment tasks are verifying requirements properly
· Ensure synergy between electrical test equipment design and electrical test activity
· Facilitate the flow of electrical design/model content between the electrical test equipment engineers and electrical design team
· Manage electrical test equipment resources and allocate people to design and test jobs
· Assist in Control Account Management for all electrical test equipment tasks
· Run weekly status meetings with electrical test equipment team, and report status and updates to Program Engineer
· Work with electrical test equipment team to help develop their capabilities by identifying relevant training courses and mentoring opportunities
· Work to improve electrical test equipment development and implementation processes by decreasing bugs, bettering coding techniques, and incorporating best practices
· Generate technical report and presentation templates for customer submittals and design reviews

The Structural Engineering Analyst will be responsible for performing advanced structural analysis and design of flight vehicles in the Strategic Missiles Business Line. The Analyst will also be responsible for guiding and reviewing structural analysis performed by junior analysts. The position requires extensive expertise in Ansys for structural analysis as well as the use of Computer Aided Design (CAD) models and other analysis software. The analysis techniques used, as well as the compiled results, will be summarized in presentations and detailed design analysis reports.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior structural analyst performing complex static and dynamic structural analyses of flight vehicles in the strategic missiles and reentry vehicle area.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in structural analysis techniques and best practices. Review structural analysis models and results produced by the analysis team.
- Utilize a combination of ANSYS and other software tools (both COTS and Textron developed) to generate structural characteristics and responses.
- Define recommended changes to improve the performance/efficiency of structural design features.
- Summarize results and design application techniques during the above activities via presentations and design analysis reports.

The Configuration Management Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining the configuration management process within the organization. This role involves ensuring that all IT systems and software are properly documented, tracked, and maintained to support the organization's operational needs. The Configuration Management Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure that configuration management practices are adhered to and that all changes are properly documented and controlled.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain configuration management plans, policies, and procedures.
- Track and manage configuration items (CIs) throughout their lifecycle, including identification, control, status accounting, and auditing.
- Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct regular audits of configuration items to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.

Working with cross-functional commodity teams, the Supplier Quality Engineer represents the quality function in the selection of new suppliers, qualification of new suppliers and improvement of existing suppliers. Activities include conducting supplier quality system and process assessments, identifying and executing of process improvement projects, facilitating quality improvement education within the supply base, trouble shooting for quality issues, and establishing continuous quality improvement as a way of life within supplier facilities.
Position Responsibilities:
· Conduct supplier audits to quality standards and in support of supplier selection and improvement.
· Drive effective root cause analyses and corrective action for Lycoming and its customers. Spearheads process improvement activities at supplier facilities.
· Facilitate preventative actions and supplier process control projects that improve quality of product delivered to Lycoming Engines.
· Compile and analyze data to make decisions to drive supplier quality improvement.
· Provide a clear vision of supplier quality strategy and processes for supplier teams.

· Analyze and document for test hardware and software engineers strategies for implementation of tests in real world performance conditions including for example min/max parameter limits
· Analyze system interfaces to ensure complete coverage of test requirements.
· Coordinate with appropriate program, engineering and external organizations during test planning, execution, analysis and reporting phases
· Collaborate with multi-discipline design team to produce Test Procedures and Data Collection methods.
· Familiarity with Mil-Spec testing requirements as well as vibration, shock, and environmental test methods and equipment is desired
· Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and in writing) and have good organizational skill.

About This Role
Job Summary:
The Associate Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for performing detailed financial analysis and reporting for their assigned contracts. In this role, the Analyst will interact closely with the program team and functional departments to ensure the accuracy of monthly cost projections, and sales and profit forecasts.

- Conducting program analysis, maintain forecasts, and provide monthly Estimate at Completion (EACs)
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining Corporate Financial Reports, Program Status Reports, and Earned Value reports
- Ensure program financials are accurate and complete and are in accordance with SOX and internal corporate controls
- Use analysis to identify and investigate program issues and advise on appropriate course of action.
- Provide real time program financial status to Finance Manager as well as Ad-hoc financial analysis
- Present financial data during monthly and quarterly reviews to an audience consisting of front line and executive level management.
