SUMMARY:
The Sr Quality Analyst is responsible for evaluating internal controls and processes to ensure they are adequate, effective, and in compliance with ATAC, Textron, AS9100 rev D, and contract requirements. The Sr Quality Analyst plans, coordinates, and executes the inspection scheme across all company sites and directorates, reporting and tracking results, trends, and action items. The Sr Quality Analyst also assists the Director of Quality & Logistics Support in continuous process improvement and general quality oversight for all permanent and operating locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for execution, preparation, and planning of internal and external inspections of ATAC sites, directorates, and activities.
· Coordinates inspection schedule execution, including team composition, objectives, and reporting.
· Builds inspection checklists to include discrete inspection item reference(s), methodology, owner, and target performance or compliance thresholds.
· Coordinates inspection report development and distribution.
· Conducts trend analysis to identify focus areas for improvement using quality BI software tools.
· Identifies, prioritizes, and tracks metrics across assigned sites.
· Oversees the Quality Deficiency Report (QDR), Corrective Action Request (CAR), and Nonconforming Product (NCP) processes and coordination with sites and suppliers as needed.
· Coordinates supplier surveys and oversight inspections to support procurement activities as required.
· Assists Program Managers with oversight recommendations and implementation.
· Responsible for special duties and mission tasking as related to overall departmental goals.
· Maintains oversight and ensures compliance with AS9100 rev D requirements and the approved Quality Management System (QMS).
· Integrates with site leadership to provide layers of quality oversight and integration of quality objectives.
· Participate as a team member on Process Improvement initiatives across departments.
· Manages Quality software database (QT9) for the Management Review process.
· Responsible for monthly contract status tracking to applicable Program Managers.
· Assists with FAA related requirements as required.
· Assists with implementation efforts regarding training, usage, and integration of aircraft maintenance tracking systems as required.
· Employs an instructional approach to address nonconformities by explaining their significance and guiding stakeholders on implementing sustainable, long-term corrective actions.
· Additional duties as assigned by The DQLS or the Vice President.

Job Summary:
The Planning Supervisor will report directly to the Planning Manager and will provide leadership and accountability for the tactical activities of the end-to-end demand entry to delivery process relative to material planning for external supply. The preferred candidate will be an individual with bias for action, strategic thinking, data analysis, problem solving, exceptional customer focus, communications, and a sound foundation in Material Planning and Production Control practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of material planning primarily in an MRP environment for external supply and own all associated attributes to effectively plan material and execute on-time.
- Communicate regularly and effectively within ISC and the across the supported program teams to ensure risks and challenges to deliveries are understood and actions being taken to address those risks.
- Create a work culture and environment for Planners to focus on doing whatever it takes to compliantly execute material requirements to achieve on-time product delivery. Strive to achieve a culture of ownership, accountability and pride and through networking and relationship development to embrace the IPT culture focused on one-team and collaboration.
- Work alongside of procurement and sub-contracts teams to ensure alignment of external supply to support the Commodity and Product Factories schedule.
- Participate in SIOP, working cross functionally with the business to determine optimal production plans.
- Work with program teams to aggregate future demand plans for products, and key suppliers to enable partnership establishment with companies in the supply chain and provide forecasts.
- Have a firm understand of bills of material, lead time management, pegging, utilization, efficiency, rated capacity, demonstrated capacity, bottleneck mitigations, critical resource identification and management, economic order quantities, dependent vs. independent demand, capacity requirements planning, ERP / MRP systems, supplier relationships, and VMI.
- Maintain planning metrics and identify process improvement for demand and schedule stability to improve on-time delivery for production to meet customer expectations.
- Understand basic lean six sigma principles and how to best use them to effectively drive continuous improvement efforts and focused culture on improvement. Key focuses will include driving down lead times, consistency and dependability of lead times, reduced requisition compression, reduced variation in execution and forecasts (especially financial), cost reduction, implementation of standard work, and backlog reduction.
- Effectively manage planning exception messages and institute standard work across planning to ensure thorough research is concluded before acting upon the message. Engage closely in data analysis and monitoring supply execution to ensure variation in the process does not create unnecessary supply and when noted aggressively work to emplace preventative methods to preclude future disruption.
- Work closely with Program Managers to understand VOC and establish needed value-stream improvement for business performance improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure procedural and execution compliance to the FAR and DFARS and subsequent Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) approval resulting from Materials Management and Accounting System (MMAS) reviews.

Reporting to the Production Planning Manger, the Logistics Supervisor will lead a team of material specialists, material handlers, and shippers responsible for storing, inventorying, transacting and shipping materials, tools, equipment, and parts. The Logistics Supervisor has high visibility across the organization and works with cross functional teams in the Operations, Planning, Program and Finance departments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise logistics operations across the warehouse, shop floor, and shipping departments.

About This Role
This Software Engineering role is within Textron System’s Uncrewed Land and Air Systems division. Our team is engaged in multiple cutting-edge development programs for defense applications. Textron Systems is seeking a project engineer to technically lead the T-7A Maintenance Training System (MTS) program. For this program, Textron Systems has secured an effort to design and build the MTS for this newly developed aircraft. Project engineers will work primarily with the engineering disciplines and program teams to plan and execute the technical aspects of the project to achieve defined objectives within cost and schedule constraints. Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented?CDRL (Contract Data Requirements List) and Integrated Digital Environment (IDE) Lead?for a large-scale program. The role is responsible for managing all contractual data deliverables, ensuring compliance with defense regulations, and overseeing the effective deployment and use of the IDE for digital collaboration and data management. Serving as a liaison between government customers, contractors, and internal teams, the CDRL and IDE Lead ensures accurate, timely, and secure data delivery while optimizing workflows to meet critical program objectives.
This role requires someone with a deep understanding of government contracting, defense program requirements, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a classified or security-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. CDRL Management:
· Serve as the primary authority for managing all CDRL deliverables, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and customer contract specifications.
· Interpret and analyze government contracts (DIDs, CDRLs) and establish workflows to meet all requirements.
· Develop and maintain CDRL data tracking processes in line with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring timely delivery.
· Partner with technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate contributions for all deliverables in alignment with program milestones.
· Perform reviews for accuracy, formatting, completeness, and compliance with contractual or legal criteria.
2. IDE Deployment and Oversight:
· Lead the design, deployment, and continuous management of the IDE used for collaboration and data management between internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and government stakeholders.
· Oversee configuration management processes within the IDE to ensure proper version control and traceability throughout the program lifecycle.
· Manage user access controls and establish governance policies to maintain compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements (e.g., NIST 800-171, CMMC).
· Troubleshoot IDE technical issues and serve as the point of contact between program teams and IT support.
· Monitor IDE utilization and recommend improvements to streamline complex workflows.
3. Contract Compliance and Risk Management:
· Monitor all program deliverables to ensure compliance with defense industry standards and other contractually obligated requirements.
· Identify potential risks (e.g., late submissions, non-compliance) and work with IPTs to implement mitigation strategies in alignment with the program risk management plan.
· Act as a liaison to clarify requirements, provide status updates, and address evolving program needs.
· Provide management and leadership teams with consistent reporting on CDRL schedules, IDE progress, and deliverable metrics.

About This Role
Textron Systems Weapon Systems is seeking a full-time Modeling & Simulation Engineer with experience in structural and dynamic simulation, preferably using LS-DYNA, to support advanced weapon system development programs in Wilmington, MA. The candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills and be comfortable working within a multidisciplinary engineering team. This position requires that the candidate be a U.S. citizen with, or capable of receiving, a Secret level security clearance.

Summary:
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.
Job Responsibilities:
· Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
· Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
· Utilize AMS program
· Training of maintenance personnel
· Manage assigned maintenance programs
· Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
· Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
· The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
· This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
· This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
· This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
· Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
· Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
· Additional responsibilities as delineated by Production Supervisor and Crew Chiefs
