Job Summary
- Fly the Dassault Mirage F1 in regular support of U.S. Air Force training and readiness missions. Fly in support of 5th Generation Fighter operational and conversion syllabus and continuation training missions. Support large force employment missions.
- Air Force Contract: Conduct flight operations from Luke AFB or deployed locations. Deploy as required to various locations.

- Employ the ATAC fighter aircraft throughout their flight envelope as a surrogate Adversary for USAF aircrew or large force employment exercise.
- Maintain FAA instrument currency, First Class medical certification, adversary mission qualifications and associated mission currencies, to include low level, dynamic mission, and unlimited air combat tactics maneuvering in the high-G environment.
- Attend mass briefings, adversary coordination briefings and other pre-flight briefings. Plan and fly adversary missions. Accomplish flight debriefings and attend mass debriefings.
- Adhere to all training rules and pre-briefed maneuvering restrictions.
- Collect and disseminate lessons learned.
- Accomplish necessary ground training prior to flights.
- Deploy as required to support mission requirements.
- Additional Duties: Act as, or support the individual responsible for, pilot Scheduling, Training, Standards & Evaluation, Safety, or other Program Management duties as required.

About This Role

The Aero-Thermal Engineering Analyst will be responsible for generating aerodynamic characteristics, aero-thermal heat transfer environments and thermal responses over a wide range of flight conditions, from low speeds up through hypersonic flow fields associated with flight vehicles in the Strategic Missiles Business Line. The position requires some level of expertise in the generation/use of Computer Aided Design (CAD) models, MATLAB and Ansys Fluent Computational Fluids Dynamics (CFD) software tool, as well as an interest in acquiring a working knowledge of Textron Systems legacy aero-thermal computer codes. The analysis techniques used, as well as the compiled results, will be summarized in presentations and detailed design analysis reports.
Responsibilities
- Serve as aerodynamic analyst generating aerodynamic characteristics (pressures, loads and aero coefficients) in the strategic missiles and reentry vehicle area.
- Serve as aerothermal analyst generating aero heating environments to support thermal analyses of flight vehicles in the strategic missiles business line.
- Serve as thermal analyst generating the thermal profiles for exterior/interior structures and payloads, resulting from the environments developed in the flow fields surrounding flight vehicles over a wide range of flight conditions.
- Serve as thermal analyst performing steady-state and/or transient thermal analyses that include various methods of heat transfer, such as conduction, convection, and radiation.
- Utilize a combination of commercial shelf (COTS) tools (Siemens NX, Ansys Fluent, MATLAB) and Textron developed software tools to generate the aerodynamic, aerothermal and thermodynamic characteristics described above.
- Define recommended changes to improve the performance/efficiency of aero/thermodynamic design features.
- Summarize results and design application techniques during the above activities via presentations and design analysis reports.
- Up to 5% of travel may be required.

Summary
This position reports to the Director of Maintenance for the efficient and effective use of planning and scheduling all resources to conduct maintenance activities which result in minimum downtime and maximum productivity
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for cataloging, recording, and tracking engine and aircraft flight log data and component cards for all assigned Mirage F1 aircraft and ATAR 9K50 engines.
- Leads a team of database and aviation records administrators, coordinating the maintenance and upkeep of all paper records and electronic databases.
- Maintain the Aviation Management Program and provide training to appropriate employees
- Responsible for the full implementation of RAMCO software for TBO items
- Ensure accurate and updated aircraft status sheets and inform the proper employees of upcoming time change, overhaul, inspection and repair components to include ejection seats
- Accurately project future conditions in order to monitor and prepare for aircraft isochronal depot/phase inspections and subsequent required replacement parts in order to streamline the maintenance process
- Manage production planning and scheduling of material flow to meet production schedules and customer requirements
- Analyze demand requirements to identify production and supply bottlenecks and recommend actions for resolution
- Act as a liaison between the maintenance department and operation planning
- Actively participates as a senior member in inspection pre-dock meetings to highlight snags that may slow production, i.e. ordering parts, TBO items, NDI’s

Experienced Systems Engineer to support development of a variety of military based, complex systems.
Responsibilities
The Systems Engineer is responsible for ensuring overall requirements traceability, interface management, and risk management for the system. The selected individual will work alongside an integrated engineering team to:
- Conduct system modeling, operations analysis, and requirements decomposition in support of system design. Perform system level trade analysis of different design options including estimated development and operational costs.
- Develop system requirement specification for the overall system including verification plans
- Generate overall system architecture to satisfy customer, functional, reliability, and safety requirements.
- Address Engineering Lifecycle from development to manufacturing to fielding and support
- Ensure requirements traceability, interface management, and risk analysis for the system. Coordinate and execute milestone project reviews, technical reviews, and decision tradeoff analysis.

About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Subcontracts Program Manager to lead and coordinate the program management of our subcontractors. This role involves overseeing subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with project objectives, and driving successful project outcomes through effective subcontractor integration. The ideal candidate will have strong program management skills, deep experience working with subcontractors, and the ability to work with Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Program Oversight: Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of subcontractor engagement within programs, ensuring alignment with project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor subcontractor performance against established KPIs and project milestones. Implement corrective actions when performance issues arise.
• Coordination and Integration: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between subcontractors and internal project teams to ensure seamless integration and project execution. Function as the primary company subcontract interface to ensure program satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact in the program office for subcontractors. Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with subcontractor performance and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote and implement process improvements within subcontractor management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on subcontractor performance, program status, and key metrics to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Be the Cost Account Manager (CAM) for subcontractor activities in the program baseline IMS. CAMs are responsible for program subcontract management budget including development of budgetary baseline, review of actual costs and determining variance analysis, monthly Latest Revised Estimate updates and Estimate At Complete analysis.
• Strategic Planning: Ensure subcontractor direction and performance align with the overall program objectives.
• Scope Management: Write/Author the Statement of Work (SOW) for new sources and manage changes the SOW for change proposals. Assist with RFP generation and assist with technical evaluations and cost analysis of subcontractor bids.

About This Role
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.
Responsibilities
• Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
• Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
• Utilize AMS program
• Training of maintenance personnel
• Manage assigned maintenance programs
• Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
• Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
• The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
• This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
• This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
• This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
• Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as; blueprints or manufactures’ manuals

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assess and qualify new suppliers based on their capability to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement and supplier quality teams to conduct in-depth evaluations of supplier facilities, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead formal project assessments and manage all project lifecycle phases.
• Provide clear vision and strategy for supplier development to internal teams and suppliers.
• Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics, including quality, delivery, and responsiveness while ensuring suppliers comply with aviation industry standards such as AS9100 and FAA regulations.
