Responsibilities:
• Perform hardware engineering activities within a team of Mechanical, Electrical, and Software Engineers.
• Develop imaginative, thorough, practicable technical solutions to a wide range of difficult Mechanical Engineering problems.
• Contribute to concept development as part of internal cross-functional design teams, including prototyping, production, and test support.
• Perform detailed design of mechanical structures and subsystems using solid modeling, requirements analysis, trade studies, mechanical engineering analysis (including structural, dynamics, and thermal), drafting and tolerance analysis, and human interface design.

About This Role

- Disburses material or parts to internal customers requesting storeroom transactions.
- Verifies parts or material and amounts against information on the purchase or manufacturing orders, checks for required inspection stamps, and checks for correct finish on parts.

Job Summary:
Textron Systems Wilmington, MA is seeking an Electrically focused Manufacturing Engineer in a hands-on, production-facing role responsible for launching new electrically complex defense products into manufacturing. This person will serve as the primary manufacturing engineering support during prototype and initial production builds.
The ideal candidate will work initially with engineering on design reviews and once material is available will work on the shop floor alongside technicians, quality inspectors, and test personnel to ensure safe, repeatable, compliant builds. This is not a documentation-only role. You will be building, troubleshooting, iterating, and improving in real time alongside technicians and design engineers. You will close the gap between engineering intent and production reality.

About This Role:
Experienced Systems Engineer to support development of a variety of military based complex systems.
Responsibilities:
The Systems Engineer is responsible for ensuring overall requirements traceability, interface management, and risk management for the system. The selected individual will work alongside an integrated engineering team to:
- Conduct system modeling, operations analysis, and requirements decomposition in support of system design. Perform system level trade analysis of different design options including estimated development and operational costs.
- Develop system requirement specification for the overall system including verification plans
- Generate overall system architecture to satisfy customer, functional, reliability, and safety requirements.

The Proto-Trak Machinist will produce machined parts by setting up and operating various pieces of CNC machinery including lathes and milling centers; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

• Set-up and operate Proto-Trak, CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers, mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets and compensation; including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry.
• Sets up Proto-Trak’s, CNC lathes by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets; indicating vices; tramming heads.

JOB SCOPE:
· Assemble and teardown engines in accordance with established procedures utilizing hand and power tools, and necessary measuring tools to ensure proper fit of components. Paint components, sub-assemblies and engines using all methods such as spraying, brushing and dipping; wash engines, mask/unmask and wipe machined surfaces. Use all tools necessary to make any sub-assemblies of aircraft engine parts including stud driving, pressing in, drilling, reaming and pinning of bushings.
· Remove slave parts then Alox and trim engines. Touchup engine paint using all methods such as spraying, brushing; wash engines and wipe engine surfaces. Use all tools necessary to complete rework tasks. Prepare engine for shipment.
· Technical skills required in applying finishes, reading and utilizing blueprints, Bill of Material, processes, and measuring instruments to complete tasks.

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior HR Compliance Specialist. This position combines expertise in regulatory HR compliance, with a focus on the Service Contract Act (SCA), project management to managing all phases of project execution, including needs assessment, risk evaluation and setting goals and objectives to ensure compliance. The ideal candidate acts as a leader, working to problem-solve, while influencing others at all levels of the organization. This role involves overseeing, managing projects, and maintaining compliance for service contracts, particularly those involving federal government contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance and Administration Expertise:
- Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant with all relevant requirements
