About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineering Applications Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing access and accounts for various engineering applications, troubleshooting installation and license issues, and interfacing with vendors to resolve problems. About This Role
Responsibilities:
- Working with senior management in coordinating daily activities, team communications, and other functionally specific initiatives
- Providing administrative support including meeting management, calendar management, travel arrangements, expense report management, maintaining office equipment and supplies, mail distribution, and other critical daily functions to support the business

Job Summary:
The Manager of Supplier Development is responsible for leading strategic and tactical supply chain activities to effectively support all Textron Systems’ businesses across all site locations with a focus on overall external supply chain performance and improvement. This includes supporting comprehensive and new sourcing strategies, supplier assessments and development, supplier rationalization, and supplier management with a particular focus on supplier quality. This leader will work collaboratively across multiple functions and domains to understand the needs of the business and drive supply chain Supplier Development activities to execution and accountability to improve the service level provided to operations and internal customers. The role will require significant investment in customer and supplier relationship management, provide outstanding customer and inter-personal service, clear and timely communications and facilitate clear paths to successful team closure on Supplier Development assignments.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and lead a high-performing supplier development team of technical engineering and supplier management professionals
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing and Sourcing Engineering to progress Supply Chain 2.0 initiative, with specific focus on the Performance stage of the lifecycle
• Balance supplier development requirements workload across all Domains with a focus on high-impact, high-value solutions for the overall business
• Establish supplier development strategies balanced across all domains.
• Work closely with program management, engineering, manufacturing and operations to ensure we meet the needs of the business in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Partner with Sourcing Engineering, Supplier Management, Buyers, Sub-Contract, and Quality Engineering to ensure a smooth transition to the identified source enabling seamless execution via leading effective Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM).
• Establish and maintain supplier assessments and development processes to support the identification of new sources while improving and rationalizing existing sources.
• Perform outsourcing Manufacturing Readiness Assessments (MRA) as appropriate for suppliers and partners.
• Coordinate the effective flow-downs of contractual requirements to suppliers along with alignment on quality codes and performance/deliverable expectations.
• Coordinate with quality engineering inspection requirements of suppliers and execute inspection requirements such as first article inspection, managing nonconforming materials, troubleshooting, processing material review board actions, etc.
• Lead risk assessments via FMEA/Risk Cubes, RCCA, counter-measures and supplier scorecard reviews
• Execute Quality and Process audits of supply base to ensure compliance and capability of new sources of supply.
• Direct aim of the supplier development team with focused drive for results and accountability to progressively improve the external supply sources and yield continuous improvement.
• Lead management of critical supplier programs to improve execution.
• Travel up to 50% of time and be willing to travel internationally if required
• Effective management of the Supplier Development team Skill Matrix and Task List
• Ensure that all team members record task activity in an approved repository

About This Role

The Manufacturing Program Manager (MPM) will serve as the primary ISC representative to program areas. This person will work across multiple ISC disciplines and multiple manufacturing locations to coordinate the timely, accurate, and complete execution of engineering development and transition to production (TTP) activities.
Responsibilities to Include:
- Represent ISC on the Program IPT
· Lead cross functional, multi-site team through the various TTP activities including facilities and resource planning, manufacturing readiness, supply chain health, quality requirements, and process development.
· Establish overall manufacturing schedule and coordinate details to each location along with tracking to ensure on time completion
· Coordinate design schedule with the manufacturing and supply chain
· Establish and track TTP metrics across the sites and report metrics to ELT as needed
· Coordinate key purchases/sub-contracts with external supply chain to include flow down of all contract and quality requirements

- Willing and able to occasional travel to other locations in support of cybersecurity test activities and network troubleshooting (less than 10%)

Responsibilities
· Perform systems engineering activities for complex electronic systems, from concept to deployment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, project requirements, and industry standards.

About This Role
The Electronic Systems Project Manager is a key player, working in a team environment, to support customers after the initial sale of an Aftermarket product.
This role reports directly to the Program Manager, Aftermarket and works closely with the Engineering and Operations teams to execute Aftermarket upgrade/repair/calibration operations in addition to Aftermarket sales forecasting and spares planning. They are required to lead cross-functional teams to propose, contract, expedite and control all Aftermarket projects in order to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. This includes but is not limited to customer interface, quoting, project planning, risk identification and mitigation, on-time-delivery, financial management and reporting. This is a career progression position into Program Management or Business Development.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates all aspects of Aftermarket operations, including but not limited to repair work, spares delivery and calibration services
- Supports quoting and proposal activity for customer support requests for designated product lines, working closely with Program Managers and the Contracts team
- Assists with sales forecasting, spares forecasting, and securing spares on a Company Risk Funding to anticipate and respond to customer product support requirements
- Works creatively to solve customer problems and expedite company response time
- Tracks all work activities in Salesforce and routinely runs metrics between Salesforce and ERP to ensure project profitability.

Job Summary:
The Certified Repair Station (CRS) Manager is responsible for overseeing maintenance, repair, and overhaul services. The successful candidate will provide leadership and manage a skilled workforce to exceed customer expectations while meeting the requirements of the Federal Aviation Regulations and other international aviation regulatory standards. The CRS Manager is responsible for compliance with all procedures outlined in Lycoming Engines’ Repair Station and Quality Control Manual as appropriate to any engine being inspected, maintained, repaired, overhauled, or altered by the Repair Station.
Responsibilities Include:
· Direct operational aspects of Lycoming Engines’s Part 145 Repair Station, ensuring adherence to FAA regulations and organizational policies, and serve as primary contact to the FAA regarding Lycoming Engines’ Repair Station
· Ensure that Repair Station staff have requisite training, knowledge, and experience to perform maintenance in compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
· Lead and develop the Repair Station team, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
· Establish safety standards and ensure safety precautions are observed and adhered to.
· Coach, train, develop, direct, mentor, and counsel employees in a fair and consistent manner.
· Ensure all maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities are carried out in accordance with approved FAA data, Lycoming Engines’ procedures, and FAA/AS9100 quality requirements.
· Develop and maintain scorecard of Key Performance Indicators and presents results to leadership in formal and informal sessions, including quarterly business reviews
· Plan, direct, and coordinate training activities within the repair station, including training for Lycoming Engines’ bargained workforce.
· Assist in implementing Lean competences into Repair Station operations.
· Administer the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and collaborate with union leaders in the resolution of shop issues.
· Assist with selection, installation, operation and on-going maintenance of equipment and systems.

Summary
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.
Job Responsibilities
· Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
· Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
· Utilize AMS program
· Training of maintenance personnel
· Manage assigned maintenance programs
· Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
· Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
· The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
· This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
· This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
· This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
· Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
· Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
· Additional responsibilities as delineated by Production Supervisor and Crew Chiefs
· Manage programs as assigned.
