About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the enterprise Labor Supply and Demand process across Air, Land, and Sea to ensure effective balancing of labor supply and demand.
- Leading the Air Systems Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure effective balancing of production and material supply and demand.
- Leading the Direct Working Indirect (DWI) management process to ensure indirect projects and efforts are executed within budget.
- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing Business Operations and Engineering process tools, including Power BI dashboards, reports, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Translating complex data into actionable insights that drive improved operational execution and best-practice adoption.

About This Role
The Wilmington, MA Master Scheduler will lead demand management and production scheduling for our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our MRP/ERP data, including MDS demand & 12100 Forecast loading, make/buy alignment, routing and manufacturing lead-time coordination with Factory Manager, Manufacturing Engineering, and cross-functional communication with Production Planning, Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the site has a clear and accurate build plan that aligns customer demand with material availability, capacity, and execution readiness.
Responsibilities
SIOP & Demand Ownership
· Lead the site’s SIOP process, including monthly data package preparation, facilitation of cross-functional reviews, (Pre-SIOP & Executive SIOP), and consolidation of demand, supply, capacity, and associated risks
· Translate SIOP decisions into clear, accurate MDS and MRP signals in Oracle/ARMS
· Own the creation, loading, review, and maintenance of MDS and 12100 Forecast; ensure demand reflects accurate configuration, quantities, and delivery dates per Program/Customer requirements
· Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, and schedule adherence through SIOP cadence
Make/Buy Governance & Sourcing Rules
· Govern the make/buy planning attributes in ARMS in partnership with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Planning to ensure system sourcing rules reflect the current execution strategy
· Coordinate cross-site sourcing rules (HV/WIL) to ensure accurate demand flow and prevent misalignment; serve as the WIL point of contact for cross-site demand alignment and sourcing rule exceptions
· Identify discrepancies between system sourcing rules and actual execution; lead resolution through structured cross-functional reviews
Routings, Lead Times, & Planning Parameters
· Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to ensure BOMs, Routings, and operation times are released, accurate, and production-ready
· Maintain planning parameters (lead times, lot sizes, yields, safety stock, planning time fences) to support accurate MRP, back-scheduling, and DJ release timing
· Conduct routine data integrity audits to ensure DJ schedules and MRP recommendations are valid and actionable
Material & Production Scheduling
· Build and maintain a coherent master schedule that supports the business, reflects capacity constraints, material availability, and program priorities
· Review/validate MRP-generated DJ and purchase requisition recommendations; coordinate with Planners to resolve exceptions and risks
· Support Line of Balance (LOB) visibility, consolidating demand, WIP, inventory, and PO coverage; identify gaps between demand and supplier coverage and drive mitigations with Production Planning & Supply Chain
Risk, Visibility & Communication
· Facilitate cross-functional demand/supply reviews to surface risks, schedule disconnects, design/config changes, and sourcing impacts
· Provide Master Schedule visibility to leadership (e.g., schedule adherence, demand changes, material risks, capacity constraints, plan vs. actual)
· Drive standard work for demand loading, parameter governance, and change control to stabilize planning outputs
Continuous Improvement
· Improve & document site planning and scheduling processes, planning data quality, and system utilization (Oracle/ARMS).
· Support integration of new products, engineering changes, and configuration updates into the production schedule with minimal disruption

About This Role
The Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for performing detailed financial analysis and reporting for their assigned contracts. In this role, the Analyst will interact closely with the program team and functional departments to ensure the accuracy of monthly cost projections, and sales and profit forecasts.
Responsibilities
· Supporting assigned programs with timely analysis, financial modeling and recommendations for decision making.
· Conducting program analysis, maintain forecasts, and provide monthly Estimate at Completion (EACs)
· Responsible for establishing and maintaining Corporate Financial Reports, Program Status Reports, and Earned Value reports
· Ensure program financials are accurate and complete and are in accordance with SOX and internal corporate controls

Job Summary:
Textron Systems, Electronic Systems is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to develop solutions for a variety of technical challenges. The Electrical Engineer will engage in a variety of technical projects including electro-optical/infrared and laser systems, printed circuit board design, control systems, and multidisciplinary technical leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as technical lead for EO/IR system architecture, simulation design, system modeling, optical analysis, and performance optimization.
- Designing and integrating optical systems, microcontrollers, servo motors and the physical systems that encompass them.
- Developing control loops, processing algorithms and simulation environments for optical systems.
- Architecture planning and system level design. Perform system-level analysis, data interpretation, and performance assessments to validate and improve EO/IR designs.
- Solving complex problems that may require research and analysis of alternatives involving many factors.
- Working independently to determine and develop innovative solutions.
- Contributing to and/or leading a team for the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.
- Writing interface control documents, specifications, and test procedures for designs.
- Reporting status including schedule progress and problems/issues.
- Working closely with hardware in a lab setting, and debugging using lab equipment (e.g. optical testbench, Digital Oscilloscope) in a laser-safe environment.
- Engineering resource for production to debug and troubleshoot anomalies (including power and circuit board issues).

The Director of Finance – Weapons serves as the technical financial authority for the business, responsible for long-range financial architecture, portfolio-level cost performance, and EVMS oversight across development and production programs. This role defines financial systems, drives disciplined cost and schedule integration, and ensures data-driven decision support for engineering, operations, and program leadership. The director leads the Program Finance and Scheduling organizations and establishes the processes and models used to evaluate program performance and investment decisions.
Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Architecture & Technical Planning
· Senior finance leader supporting the SVP of Weapons and program leadership.
· Lead financial architecture development, including long-range planning, investment modeling, and multi-scenario analysis.
· Build integrated financial models incorporating funding profiles, labor/capacity constraints, supply-chain readiness, and competitive factors.
· Own AOP, LRP, and SBR planning cycles, ensuring plans align with technical roadmaps and capacity requirements.
Forecasting Systems & Performance Analytics
· Oversee all forecasting systems, ensuring accuracy across revenue, cost, margin, staffing, capital, and indirect rates.
· Implement continuous-update forecasting tied to actual execution data, risk models, schedule performance, and engineering burn-rates.
· Provide analytic outputs supporting pricing strategies, make/buy assessments, material commitments, staffing models, and technology investment decisions.
· Manage forecasts for cash flow, backlog, revenue recognition, and working capital; ensure synchronization with FP&A models.
Program Finance & EVMS Technical Oversight
· Serve as senior authority for cost control and program financial health.
· Lead independent EAC development using trend analysis, risk quantification, schedule drivers, and earned value metrics.
· Produce high-fidelity program performance assessments that connect execution drivers to financial outcomes.
· Represent the business in customer reviews, including EVMS surveillance, IBRs, and executive-level program briefings.
Technical Integration with Engineering & Operations
· Partner with Engineering and Operations to align cost models with technical baselines, execution plans, hardware flows, and supply-chain constraints.

A Sr Material Handler - Expeditor utilizes Oracle and Solumina to perform a variety of duties. These duties will include electronically moving Discrete Jobs through process steps, issuing material from inventory, stocking material, and closing Discrete Jobs. A main function of this role is to partner with Production Control and Planning to prioritize and distribute material to Production at the point of use. Additionally, a Sr. Material Handler - Expeditor is responsible for the coordination and physical movement of material as outlined in the “Responsibilities” section below.
Responsibilities:
· Electronically processes Discrete Jobs within Oracle and Solumina to delivery, stock, and move material throughout the floor and complete Discrete Jobs.
· Coordinate and execute critical part movement with the warehouse, support material movement to MRB, and support the return to vendor process when needed.
· Stages material such as: kits for items originating from other facilities, parts or kits originating within the same facility and delivering to the proper work-centers on the Production floor.
· Ordering Point of use materials from the warehouse such as: Free bin, Min Max, Hazardous consumables, and any other related materials.
· Coordinates with Manufacturing Engineers, Production Control Analysts and Quality Control on material problems found on the Production floor (non-conforming material, lost parts, items routed incorrectly, return to stocks etc.)
· Troubleshoots DJ order releases, material requirements, routings, and availability with Production Control, Manufacturing Engineering, and Material Planning groups.
· Troubleshoots systems-based issues with Oracle, Solumina, eMatrix, Zebra Devices, etc.
· Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain management on OVF (outside vendor forming) and OSP (outside supplier processing) related functions
· Delivers material to production work areas, between work areas, and any other applicable locations.
· Maintain inventory records, logs, signatures, and other data as required.
· Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management.
