Job Description:
The Principal Contracts Specialist shall proactively provide support to contract management and directors of a particular Business Unit in administering government, international and commercial contracts. S/he will support all aspects of contract management throughout the contracting process, from pre-proposal activities through contract closure. In performing this role, the Principal Contracts Specialist will:
- Support the review and risk analysis of solicitations and terms and conditions and coordinate with their supervisor.
- Participate in bid/no bid decisions and proposal review meetings.
- Review cost proposals, maintain cost and pricing data records for TINA compliance, support fact-finding and DCAA audits, and support negotiations.
- Proactively administer a variety of contracts (government/commercial, domestic/international) of all types (cost reimbursement, fixed price, incentive, award fee, IDIQ, time and material, etc.) and modifications thereto. Prepare and coordinate business correspondence, generate required contract-related reports, and maintain accurate and complete contract files and records for the company.
- Remain actively engaged with (and serve as an integral member of) designated program teams and develop strong interfaces with Hunt Valley personnel in other functional areas.
- Participate in program reviews, monitor program performance (contract schedules, deliverables, funding, invoicing, and payments), and notify contract managers or directors of potential non-compliances or other problems that could have an adverse impact on the company.
- Identify and administer contract changes, and coordinate resolution of contract issues with your supervisors.
- Actively administer the closeout of completed contracts.
- Ensure contract management activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and customer requirements.
- Ensure coordination with Legal on contract matters that may have legal significance (such as, identifying to Legal non-standard or potentially high-risk terms and conditions) prior to advising management of contractual risks, rights and obligations, and terms and conditions interpretations.
- Perform other contract-related duties as assigned.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Be the initial IT point of contact for end user services, using critical thinking and process adherence to quickly assess and triage incoming requests and incidents

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Data Architect/Senior Data Engineer with deep expertise in architecting and delivering modern data platforms using Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, and Medallion Architecture. The ideal candidate has strong experience in data warehousing, lakehouse best practices, ACID transaction processing, and designing scalable data ecosystems that support advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning workloads.
Responsibilities
Data Architecture & Platform Engineering
- Design, develop, and implement large-scale data processing systems and solutions using Azure Databricks.
- Architect and build Medallion Architecture layers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) to ensure efficient data pipeline processing from raw data to cleaned and enriched datasets.
- Build ACID-compliant pipelines leveraging Delta Lake features such as transaction logs, schema enforcement, time travel, and versioning.
- Develop and optimize ELT (Extract, Load, Transact) processes using Databricks and other Azure services to support data warehousing, analytics, and reporting requirements.
- Create data architectures that support AI and machine learning cases, including feature engineering pipelines, large-scale data preprocessing, and high-performance data retrieval for model training inference.
- Apply data modeling best practices including Kimball vs Inmon methodologies, 3NF normalization, denormalization, dimensional modeling, and hybrid lakehouse patterns.

The Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Supervisor manages a team of Manufacturing Engineers who will be focused on developing tooling, resolving and preventing issues in production, and incorporating design changes. This individual will work with their team to correct errors in work instructions and parts allocations real time, eliminating production downtime and inefficiencies. The ME Supervisors will also restructure work scope between build stations as required to maintain an efficient product flow and support production by providing on-the-spot coverage for questions and clarifications on work scope, technical details, or blueprint interpretation. This individual will guide the team in effective review of Engineering Change Notice (ECN) content to prevent future issues from reaching production.
The ME Supervisor will ensure production support departments work together to meet schedule and objectives, develops and maintains relevant team performance metrics and implement corrective actions to address deficiencies. In coordination with the ME manager, provides strategic direction for short and long-term improvements regarding safety, quality, and cost. Textron Systems, leading developers of high performance Unmanned Systems and a proven partner for both military and commercial applications, is offering a full-time opportunity for an Electrical Technician to provide electrical support for the design, integration, and maintenance of electrical systems on a variety of technologies, ranging from Unmanned Air Systems for Commercial and Military programs as well as Naval Surface Systems, in a fast-paced environment. These systems are experimental and cutting-edge technological advancements that are intended to protect the warfighter in various theaters as well as provide civil support to many commercial applications. This individual will have an opportunity to travel, execute experimental military and civil hardware testing, and grow in their role. This individual reports to the Unmanned Systems Engineering Support Manager. The position involves supporting lab operations of component integration, modifications, assembly and test, of air vehicles, naval surface vessels, and ground support equipment. Individual must be willing to support at remote test sites of UAVs and on water operations of surface vessels to include serving as a crew chief, small craft operator, safety lookout, and support and maintenance crew member during field testing. Individual must be able to work from assembly documentation (i.e. Work Instructions, Drawings etc.), parts lists, and diagrams to assemble, wire and install a wide variety of components. May assemble by hand or operate semiautomatic assembly equipment. Operates electronic and mechanical test equipment. Use small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers and pliers. Identify and document work order instruction or drawing errors, provide technical troubleshooting, inspections, as well as the proper notation of logbooks and flight records to Unmanned Systems operations. May assist engineering in basic process development or evaluation. Requires basic knowledge of procedures and technical theory in assigned product areas.
