Responsibilities:
• Providing solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity on both current and next generation technologies in support of our family of Sea Vehicle products

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr Materials Specialist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to join our highly skilled team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical components, subassemblies, and systems, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong aptitude for working with tools, blueprints, and technical specifications.
About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
§ Create and maintain complete material kits, ensuring all components are properly labeled and packaged.
§ Stage kits in designated areas and deliver to production based on schedule and priority.
§ Accurately pick and verify parts, ensuring correct quantities, lot traceability, and revision levels.
§ Accurately store materials in designated warehouse locations following inventory control procedures
- Maintain inventory accuracy using ERP or warehouse management systems
- Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation activities

About This Role
Textron Systems, leading developers of high-performance Unmanned Systems and a proven partner for both military and commercial applications, is offering a full-time opportunity for a Field Service Representative to support our growing family of unmanned naval products. Our teams are engaged in multiple cutting-edge development and sustainment programs including both domestic and international programs and locations. This position provides an opportunity to travel, support fielded systems in sustainment, execute experimental military hardware testing, and develop new skills. This position reports to the lead FSR for the Common Unmanned Surface Vessel (CUSV) program.
The strong candidate will have hands-on experience in the test, integration, and maintenance of electrical systems and will be ready to work in a fast-paced environment. The position also includes supporting on-water operations of surface systems and payloads, serving as a small craft operator, safety lookout, or support crew member. Position will require a strong working knowledge of mechanical applications as well as electrical.
Responsibilities
· Proactively engages in planning and coordination of logistical sustainment and operations at remote test sites and/or Navy field support sites.
· Monitors system and support equipment readiness for operations so that malfunctions and their causes can be identified proactively and corrected.
· Manages inventory databases, local stock levels, and executes supply chain functions.
· Performs field level preventative maintenance as well as troubleshooting, fault isolation, and corrective actions on systems including but not limited to: computer systems, electrical systems, networks, radios, diesel engines, marine drivetrain, propulsion (sterndrives), cooling systems, and power generation systems.
· Provides end-user reach-back support for troubleshooting and operations of fielded systems.
· With training, operates the USV and installed payload(s) from a diagnostic computer, handheld controller, and via the remote operator interface station.
· Performs software and firmware installations and upgrades for the CUSV and payload systems, spares, and associated support equipment.
· Conducts maintenance work orders and technology insertions for CUSV and payload assets.
· Operates test equipment (chase crafts, cable spooling equipment, broadband radios).
· Responsible for test or inspection data management, data collection, and generation of reports.
· Use of small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screw drivers and pliers.
· Use of large tools including specialized equipment for maintenance of stern drives and engines.
· Provides general logistics functions to include shipping and receiving.
· Performs field upgrades to enhance system capabilities and provide additional features.
· Troubleshoots technical problems and issues and determines technical solutions with equipment listed, but not limited to: Digital Multi-meter, Oscilloscope, Amp clamps, Spectrum Analyzers, and borescopes, TDR’s.
· Prepares technical reports on equipment failures, systems diagnostics, design analysis, and logs daily craft activities.
· Be able to deploy both domestically and internationally. Minimum travel expectation is 50%, but travel of 100% may be required for deployment scenarios. Deployments may include periods of living aboard a Navy ship, typically rotations of 3 weeks at sea followed by 1 week on land.
· Responsible for assisting in training of new FSR hires and training of customer where needed and required.
· Follow and enforce all safety protocol.
· Responsible for performing quality control functions to ensure craft readiness and repair quality.
· Can work within a team or independently.

About This Role
The Principal Export/Import Compliance Analyst will proactively oversee all export compliance matters for Textron Systems. S/he will interact with employees at all levels and will work both independently and with other members of the business and members of the Legal, Contracts & Compliance Department staff on a variety of interesting international trade compliance matters. The role requires successful management of a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• May serve as an Empowered Official
• Provide a full range of proactive export compliance guidance to program management, contracts, procurement, business development, shipping, security and other functional areas within the Company
• Prepare and submit DDTC and Commerce license applications, Technical Assistance
• Assist in the research and interpretation of export compliance regulations
• Agreements, Manufacturing License Agreements and Warehousing Distribution Agreements
• Determine the applicability of ITAR exemptions, ECCNs and use of Commerce exceptions
• Work collaboratively with in-house attorneys and outside counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support responses to Customs queries such as CF28s & CF29s.
• Provide support in connection with internal/external audits and investigations
• Track application status, maintain database of granted export approvals, satisfy record-keeping requirements, and prepare required reports
• Perform self-assessments
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date Export Compliance Policies, Procedures and Manuals

About This Role
The Program Master Scheduler is responsible for development, coordination, and implementation of the Program Master Schedules and their integration into the program work products. The position will be a part of the program team and work day-to-day with the program managers and control account managers.
· Develop and maintain the Program Integrated Master Plan/Schedule associated with the entire project lifecycle from RFP to program closeout that are compliant to applicable DIDs, PASEG, GASP and WBS Standards
· Lead regular status review meetings to capture accomplishments, resource and duration adjustments as well as maintain interdependencies
· Ensure integration and synchronization of cost and schedule data
· Advises the Program Manager and Control Account Managers on schedule performance, forecasts, and risks
· Identifies, negotiates, and resolves conflicts between the stakeholders in the scheduling process

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join the Crewed Land Systems team as Program Manager, Manufacturing. This position directs all manufacturing-related scope for the ARV from inception to completion, including the transition to production. This role will establish readiness of the entire manufacturing value chain including internal and external operations for the required deliverables. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver program performance and results. Specific responsibilities and job duties include:
· Creates, implements and executes the manufacturing plan per contract requirements
· Drives manufacturing quality assurance implementation and readiness for production
· Creating, implementing, maintaining and executing program plans to achieve cost, schedule and quality objectives for assigned scope
· Leads coordination with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure program requirements are met and result in end-user success
· Leads efforts for major program reviews related to manufacturing and supply efforts including process verifications and supplier production readiness reviews
· Detects program issues and risks, and implements corrective actions and mitigation strategies to realign efforts with project goals
· Identifies program opportunities for improvements and defines promotion plans
· Serves as a Point of Contact with external and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and potential challenges of assigned scope
