About This Role
Job Summary:
The Textron Systems Communications Strategist will partner with the company’s functional teams (i.e., Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Environmental Health & Safety, Supply Chain, Marketing & Communications) as assigned to assist in the development of employee and leader communications campaigns that support Textron Systems’ growth. Under the supervision of the Executive Director, Marketing & Communications, you will support the leaders of your assigned functional teams in two ways:
· To strategize and continuously improve communications within their organizations for engagement, retention and successful execution
· To strategize and continuously improve their teams’ communications to the entire business to ensure organizational alignment and successful execution
In addition, our Communications Strategists manage and continuously improve the company’s employee and leader communications channels, including but not limited to e-newsletters, digital signage and print materials. The Communications Strategist will also partner with the broader team to develop and execute external communications efforts, including but not limited to social media & owned content, to support functional team and brand efforts.
Our Communications Strategists also manage the vendors and tools we utilize to support this work, including our email distribution and measurement tool, digital signage solution and others.
Candidates should be detail-oriented and highly motivated, with the ability to think strategically, adapt quickly and work equally effectively individually or as part of a team. Excellent writing, editing and communication skills, as well as analytical abilities, are essential.

A Quality Control Inspector performs a variety of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and/or electronic inspection and test operations to determine adherence to standards, specifications, drawing requirements, procedures, etc. on any or all types of procured and production equipment, subassemblies, components, or assemblies as directed.
Responsibilities:
· Inspection and test of parts, materials, components, and systems in one or more of the following areas: Receiving, Shipping, Stores, Weld/Fabrication, Assembly, Testing, Calibration, Radiography, and Coating Inspections.
· Visually examinations by means of instruments, gauges, jigs, templates, or other measuring devices to include nondestructive test methods to insure adherence to standards, specifications, drawing, etc.
· May operate standard calibration and test equipment.
· Rejects parts, materials, assemblies, equipment, tooling, or components which do not meet requirements.
· Performs and may assist/train other inspectors in inspections, non-destructive testing, x-ray, calibration, coatings, and observations and functional testing (including electrical, mechanical, structural etc.)
· Reviews software data on vendor supplied items to determine acceptability.
· Generates Quality reports, completes Inspection Check Lists, nonconformance documents, calibration reports, x-ray, and other Quality documents/records as applicable to the specific area assigned.

About This Role
Textron Systems in Wilmington, MA is looking for a dedicated Program Master Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for programs in our Weapons Systems business segment. As a Principal Program Master Scheduler, you will work cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations to develop, manage and report on Engineering Development and Production schedules. In this role you’ll also provide and develop scheduling best practices in Earned Value Management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plan/Schedule compliant to the DIDs, PASEG, GASP and WBS Standard. Assist in the development of program baselines, including assigning resources within work-breakdown-structures, assigning earned value methods, and verification of contract budget baseline.
- In depth knowledge of Organization, Planning, Scheduling & Budgeting and Analysis & Management Reports for EVM SSP guidelines and rules
- Hold meetings with PMs, CAMs and WPMs to obtain monthly accomplishments and future requirements.
- Establish logic, predecessors and successors, to develop an accurate critical path for a program.
- Develop, update, and maintain schedule performance metrics, related processes and management tools within the business units, including, but not limited to, critical path analysis and schedule risk assessment.
- Advises the Program Manager and Control Account Managers on schedule performance, forecasts and risks.
- Ensure integration and synchronization of cost and schedule EVM data.

The Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all production, assembly, and quality-related records within the ERP/MRP system are accurate, complete, and fully compliant with contract requirements, OEM specifications, and internal quality procedures. Operating at the intersection of MRB support and shop floor control, this role maintains clear, traceable documentation of build activities and supports real-time workflow accuracy. This position works closely with Quality Engineering, Operations, Program Management, and Delivery teams to review, validate, and track production data, ensuring product conformance and readiness of the complete record and data package for customer delivery. The Quality Specialist proactively identifies discrepancies, supports nonconformance routing, and helps maintain a controlled and audit-ready digital record environment.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain, update, and audit electronic production records and supporting documentation within the ERP/MRP system.
· Create, update, and validate assembly status reports, including component tracking, time controlled parts, and time use/test data.
· Process and verify documentation for work order initiation, execution, and closeout to ensure complete, accurate, and compliant production records.

About This Role
Overview:
The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of all buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role ensures that the facility operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations. The Maintenance Technician coordinates vendor services and implements preventative maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily facility operations, including building maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Specific duties may also include electrical repairs, mechanic work and minor welding; light carpentry, laminating; adhesive bonding of wall panels; painting, maintenance; changing of light bulbs; general electrical and mechanical tasks such as changing oil filters on equipment, etc.
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure
- Supervise contractors; assign tasks and monitor performance
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and organizational policies by working with EHS/Safety Manager.
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues and coordinate timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, coordinate and manage maintenance services, manage asset tags and inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs

About This Role
An Associate EH&S Specialist will work to develop, implement, and enforce environmental, health, and safety policies to ensure a safe, compliant workplace (OSHA/EPA). Key duties include conducting hazard assessments, managing incident investigations, providing employee training, and supporting sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and drive the implementation of leading/proactive indicators /metrics.
Develop and drive the implementation strategy to reduce cost associated with job related injury and illness and regulatory compliance.
Examine the work environment for various physical, chemical, biological and environmental hazards/stresses.
Define corrective actions that reduce stresses that impair health and ability of worker efficiency.
Drive implementation of specific recommendations to the proper level of management.
Maintain currency with all applicable standards and regulations so as to advise management as to the changes impacting Textron Sea & Land Systems operations.
Direct the evaluation of areas for hazards and make recommendations for improvement or protective equipment requirements.
Advise management as to appropriate activities and controls measures.
Interprets OSHA standards/regulations and maintains cooperative relationship with OSHA.
Develop & conduct health and safety training courses for supervisors and employees as needed.
Assist in the investigation of safety and health complaints and incidents.
Provide technical expertise & assistance to Facilities and Equipment Engineering groups in the design of protective equipment for uses on processes and machinery: and where necessary, redesign equipment to eliminate/reduce safety and health hazards.
Provide technical expertise to the business unit regarding day-to-day process operations, process changes and /or relocations, new processes, new products, new technology, new facilities and/or equipment and interaction with contract personnel.

Analyze standards in terms of engineering concepts on which they are based and apply these standards to meet specific situations.
