Primary Function:
Lead strategic sales efforts to help maintain and grow Lycoming’s market positions by identifying, sizing and developing business relationships with target customers.
Act as a liaison between the field and the factory to communicate the voice of the customer.
Work collaboratively with functional leaders and executives to facilitate the creation of new promotions, product offerings and refined distribution strategies to best align with changing market conditions, competitive product offerings and emerging market opportunities.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead efforts related to international sales retention and growth. Manage account interface opportunities with respect to International OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) accounts and Lycoming’s Aftermarket pursuits and activities.
- Research and meet with customers to uncover and cultivate new business opportunities and relationships. Assist in defining the best product and/or service for each opportunity.
- Develop and present business plans based on customer needs, changes in regional market conditions and emerging market opportunities.
- Facilitate new product offerings into new and existing customer and channel product and service offerings.
- Insure financial and non-financial company objectives are met or exceeded.
- Participate in the development of Annual Sales Forecasts and Long-Range Planning.
- Oversight of International distribution network dynamics (performance, challenges, variations, etc.) to evaluate, propose and implement necessary changes.
- Liaison between the field and the factory to ensure processes (both internal and external) and sales strategies remain customer focused.
- Improve organizational (internal) understanding of aftermarket/distribution dynamics to improve cross-functional coordination.
- Attend and represent Lycoming at select key trade shows.
- Maintain an effective knowledge of external market factors, including competitive information, in order to make recommendations and informed decisions.
- Maintain, identify, and build key customer relationships to drive new business.
- Proactively follow-up and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure information is flowing to address and resolve opportunities.
Organization Relationships:
This position reports to the Director of International Sales and will directly interface with internal Strategy/Marketing/Communications, other Regional Sales Managers, Customer Service and Product Support departments to resolve issues and optimize opportunities.
The person in this role will interface on a regular basis with Lycoming’s Authorized Distributors, industry peers, OEM teams, engine shops, and End Users.

Textron Systems is hiring a highly skilled and experienced embedded software engineer to join our team and serve as a software architect and developer. The candidate will assist the lead software engineer with the planning, designing, and oversight of the implementation and test of embedded software systems throughout the full software development lifecycle. The candidate will work closely with the software test lead as well to ensure proper verification of software requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software design and architecture of embedded software systems, as well as experience with software documentation that conform to Data Item Descriptions (DIDs).
The team’s goal is to create scalable and optimized software systems for defense applications to support modernization efforts for the US military. While the candidate’s primary focus will be the architecture and design, the candidate will be responsible for software peer reviews and implementation tasks. Textron systems is developing highly complex systems using microprocessor, ARM, and/or DSP architectures where some aspects are safety critical. The candidate must be able to work independently on individual assigned tasks and well as collaborate with software, systems, safety, and electrical lead engineering team members throughout the project. The candidate must have a good understanding of electrical design and how it affects the software design. The candidate must be able to interpret schematics and be able to understand how electrical components interact and affect the software implementation. This position requires that the candidate be a US citizen with or capable of receiving a secret level security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development of 1 or more of the CSCIs within the program’s overall system software plan
- Capture and document the software design in a clear and concise manner in UML using system model-based tools such as Magic Draw.
- Implement unit testing of software features and integrate into a CI/CD pipeline
- Lead software assurance efforts
- Coordinate the authoring and revisioning of CDRLs in accordance with DFARS software documentation requirements using DIDs format.
- Prepare presentations to the customer on the software design and architecture for embedded systems.
- Work with the software engineering team to ensure that the software meets the requirements of the system.
- Stay up to date on the latest software technologies and trends, especially those related to embedded systems.

As part of a strong, passionate, and accomplished team of security experts, the Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) will lead, supervise, and direct security measures necessary for implementing applicable security requirements for various SAP programs. The CPSO will be New Business, a forward-thinking professional with creativity in mind as they introduce security into multiple environments and life-cycle phases, including proposals efforts, and production. The CPSO will interface with business partners, teammates, and customer personnel. The CPSO will interpret and convey Department of Defense (DoD), Special Access Program (SAPs), and Intelligence Community (IC) requirements. The CPSO will report to Textron Systems Corporation (TSC) Government Sr. Program Security Manager (SPSM), serve as the primary point of contact for assigned programs, solidify a strong security posture, and instill security as a critical process to TSC employees. The CPSO will use security expertise to guide and advise personnel.
The CPSO must have substantial security-related experience and knowledge of government security regulations, manuals, and processes, including those outlined in the 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICD-704, 705, etc.), DoD 5205.07, and other applicable manuals. The CPSO will know about Operations Security (OPSEC), Insider Threat Management (ITM), and Physical Security, to include Tempest requirements. The CPSO will be required to travel and cross-train in different security-related areas. The position will require extreme dedication and commitment, as it will directly impact the protection of program technologies and help bring us closer to the goal of safe and repeatable operations.

· Welding of Ballistic Steel materials in all positions. Must be able to work from standing, sitting, lying and kneeling positions. Some work must be accomplished with the use of mirror welding. Some work will have to pass RT,PT NDT type testing.
· Climbing on and over bulkheads, up and down ladders.
· Tack welding (kneeling, standing, sitting, lying, overhead burning of steel, dragging torch line)
· Use of jacks, porta-powers and come-a longs; some of which can weigh as much as 25 lbs.
· Lifting of material and tools (jacks, porta-powers, come-a longs, etc. Also loading and unloading of parts.
· Crawling through craft on top of tees and through manholes
· Bending and twisting of your body as needed to get into different compartments.
· Operation of cranes, forklifts
· Use of power tools (gougers, skill saws, cut saws, grinders). All require two hands on tools to operate in safe manner
· Walking on tops of frames and tees (uneven walking surfaces)
· Need to be able to work with your hands.

Summary
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.
Job Responsibilities
• Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
• Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
• Utilize AMS program
• Training of maintenance personnel
• Manage assigned maintenance programs
• Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
• Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
• The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
• This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
• This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
• This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
• Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
• Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
• Additional responsibilities as delineated by Production Supervisor and Crew Chiefs
• Manage programs as assigned.

This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design engineering team during the development phase of an emerging program. The individual should be fluent in the VHDL code techniques. The individual will be responsible for developing new FPGA designs with an emphasis on simulation and verification, and the transition of those designs into ASICs.. Our Design Engineering team is focused on developing and improving new product designs to support advanced emerging programs for military customers.
Responsibilities
· Design, prototype, and develop FPGA systems, including RTL design and coding, simulation, modeling, test bench verification, and IP block integration.
· Develop HDL code from evolving System Requirements with minimum oversight.
· Collaborate with PCB designers to support FPGA connectivity and functionality.
· Investigate new technologies that could be used in the future products.
· Conduct prototype testing, integration testing, and design verification and validation testing
· Document design, analysis, and verification results with accurate and concise reports

- Performing the duties of a Structural Shipfitter daily.
- Job duties include but are not limited to measuring, laying out, cutting, grinding, forming and drilling of assorted materials (aluminum, steel, stainless, gasket, rubber, screen, etc.).
- Works from Engineering drawings, sketches and written and verbal instructions.
- Reading from computer screens to retrieve work instructions, blueprints or other documents
- Maintains records, forms and logs as required.
- Typical tools and equipment used in the performance of duties are: MIG and TIG welders, manual hand tools, mechanical, pneumatic, cordless and electric tools including porta power, come a long, clamps, hammers and mauls, gougers, grinders, saws, band saws, drills, tapes and scales.
- Must be capable of handling chemicals and solvents including alcohol, cleaning solvents, cutting oil, tool oil, etc.
- Housekeeping of shop and work area (keeping work area neat and clean) daily.
- Must visually inspect work to drawings and sketches for completeness and dimensional correctness.
- May direct the activities or tasks of helpers, as assigned.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
