A culture of inclusion helps to drive the most ingenious outcomes for those we're honored to serve. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are instrumental to fostering engagement and inclusion in our workplaces. Our ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups that provide a supportive forum, as well as opportunities for professional development, networking and giving back to our local communities. We are proud to sponsor five ERGs: Room For All, Women's Network, Veterans Network, Fusion and the Young Professionals Association. Every ERG is inclusive of all employees.

VETNET

Veterans Network (VETNET)

Our mission is to solidify our Textron Veteran population to engage in events that emphasize the needs of others, while building new personal & professional relationships inside and outside of the company.

Women's Network

Women's Network

The Women's Network aims to foster a supportive environment at Textron Systems for the personal and professional development of the women who work here. This group works to support the success and growth of women in the workplace.

Young Professionals Association

Young Professionals Association (YPA)

The YPA is a group that allows young professional employees, as well as those "young at heart", to make measurable and significant impacts in both their personal and professional life.

Fusion

Fusion's mission is to help shape our workplace by creating a safe and welcoming environment for employees who identify as LGBTQ+ and their allies.

Room For All

Room For All (RFA)

RFA is a multicultural Employee Resource Group dedicated to celebrating diversity, fostering awareness and promoting inclusivity.
