Summary:
The Plans and Schedules/Ramco Administrator will perform Aircraft Logs and Records duties, RAMCO database functions, and associated tasks as part of a team, implementing and maintaining the ongoing requirements of the Aircraft Maintenance Program.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accurate documentation of all Aircraft maintenance tasks in associated logs and records, monitors and updates Aircraft Flight Records, track and notify Maintenance Managers of aircraft component Life Limits, major inspections, and overhaul requirements throughout the life of the aircraft.
- Utilizes the RAMCO System and all supporting tools, content, and technologies, roles, users, security, internal system notifications and other instructional technology user accounts. Reviews the accuracy of documentation of RAMCO System support methods, procedures, and configuration.
- Troubleshoots routine RAMCO network problems. Evaluates and follows through on issues and problems until resolved or escalated. Reviews the accuracy of documentation of server support methods, procedures, and configuration.
- Training Material: Works with Logistics, Flight operations, Aircraft Maintenance, and Finance staff to provide help resources and training for users, how-to guides, and FAQs related to the usage of the learning of the RAMCO System.
- User & Technology Support: Establishes business relationships with both internal and external clients. Attend meetings, answer questions, and provides technical guidance and/or training to users to ensure the success of the RAMCO System and the tools used in conjunction with it.
- Documentation: Documents all project and task activity using the appropriate tools.

We are seeking highly skilled Test Engineers to join our dynamic engineering team. This is an interdisciplinary role, enabling the full life cycle development of our products. This role may include supporting development of new products and product upgrades, payload design, integration and test, and development of fielding solutions for our military and commercial customers. Required experience includes hardware and/or software integration, managing requirements derivation and allocation, and successfully working within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design, development, and execution of tests for products (hardware, software, systems) to ensure quality, functionality, and reliability, creating test plans, writing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams for fixes, ultimately ensuring products meet specifications and user needs before launch
- Test Planning & Design: Understand requirements, define scope, objectives, and resources, then create detailed test plans, strategies, and procedures

The Sea Systems team is seeking highly qualified candidates to function as an experienced Systems Engineer supporting our CUSV product development initiatives and our contract programs. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering leader to join the Crewed Land Systems team at our Slidell, LA facility. In this role, you will have the opportunity to experience the entire engineering lifecycle of military vehicles through design, build, test, and sustainment. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to design mechanical systems using 3D CAD, hands-on experience in a prototyping or production environment, a solid foundation in mechanical design principles, and a passion for automotive-related platforms.
IPT Lead Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of talented engineers through the development, integration, and test of mechanical and electrical components and subsystems.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your given IPT to ensure compliance to all applicable performance specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the business to ensure that performance, cost, and schedule targets are achieved throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead recurring IPT meetings, working groups, and design reviews both internally and with the Government customer.
• Review and release 3D models, 2D drawings, and reports to ensure we deliver quality products.

• Perform and/or oversee Human Systems Interface (HSI) analysis at the vehicle and subsystem level.
• Perform and/or oversee thermal and flow simulations in ANSYS and other tools.
Mobility IPT Lead Responsibilities & Skillset:
• Lead the mobility IPT including powertrain, drivetrain, suspension, steering, fuel system, and water propulsion.
• Perform and/or oversee powertrain performance calculations and vehicle dynamics simulations using commercial, Government, and internal software.
Structure IPT Lead Responsibilities & Skillset:
• Lead the structure IPT including hull, structural appendages, grilles, hatches, and armor.
• Experience with weld joint design, weld symbols, etc. for multiple material types and weld processes.
• Understanding of the weldability, formability, and machinability for different types of aluminum and steel alloys to balance cost, schedule, weight, and performance
• Experience with the design and fabrication of tactical or combat vehicle hull structures is desired.
• Perform and/or oversee structural analysis using SolidWorks Simulation and ANSYS.
• Experience with live-fire testing is desired.
• Active Secret clearance is desired.

About This Role

The Structural Engineering Analyst will be responsible for performing advanced structural analysis and design of flight vehicles in the Strategic Missiles Business Line. The Analyst will also be responsible for guiding and reviewing structural analysis performed by junior analysts. The position requires extensive expertise in Ansys for structural analysis as well as the use of Computer Aided Design (CAD) models and other analysis software. The analysis techniques used, as well as the compiled results, will be summarized in presentations and detailed design analysis reports.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior structural analyst performing complex static and dynamic structural analyses of flight vehicles in the strategic missiles and reentry vehicle area.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in structural analysis techniques and best practices. Review structural analysis models and results produced by the analysis team.
- Utilize a combination of ANSYS and other software tools (both COTS and Textron developed) to generate structural characteristics and responses.
- Define recommended changes to improve the performance/efficiency of structural design features.
