About This Role
The Uncrewed Land and Air Systems team in Hunt Valley is seeking a passionate and skilled Systems / Test Engineer to join our team to work on innovative products in our ground robotics and unmanned air systems domain. Our team is engaged in multiple cutting-edge development programs for defense applications, and we are looking for engineers who are eager to apply a diverse set of technologies and skills to create indispensable robotic solutions. This interdisciplinary role involves supporting the full life cycle development of our products; including new product development, product upgrades, payload design, a heavy emphasis on integration and test, and fielding solutions for military and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in hardware and/or software integration, managing requirements derivation and allocation, and working successfully within a collaborative team environment. A strong desire to take ownership of design efforts to ensure the integration of new technology into our vehicles is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Engineering Design and Development:
- Support full-lifecycle engineering design and development activities on established and disruptive new products.
- Work across engineering disciplines to develop conceptual designs that solve complex problems.
- Perform requirements analysis and derivation to understand customer needs.
- Develop architecture models utilizing SysML to support requirements development and derivation.
- Use requirements management and test tools to decompose program requirements.
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE):
- Develop and maintain system models using MBSE methodologies and tools.
- Utilize SysML for creating and managing system architecture models.
- Integrate MBSE practices into the overall systems engineering process to improve design, analysis, and verification activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure MBSE models accurately represent system requirements and design.
- Systems Integration and Testing:
- Perform hands-on integration of components and subsystems into Ground Vehicles.
- Develop integration test plans and procedures to verify product integration.
- Perform analysis of data extracted from testing.
- Define methods, processes, and evaluation criteria for verifying systems, subsystems, and work products against their requirements.
- Formal validation test planning, execution, risk management and engineering analysis
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Prepare and present systems engineering work products, including test plans, procedures, and reports, to internal review teams and external customers at program milestone reviews.
- Interact daily with technical leads, program managers, planners, technicians, and other engineers.
- Collaborate with others within the workgroup, with other departments, and with customers.
- Project Management and Technical Direction:
- Participate in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities based on evaluation of all necessary development and operational considerations.

About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in a Test Engineering role, you will be responsible for:
-Testing and integrating new technology into our family of USV products throughout the lifecycle of the program.
-Leading a team of 2-4 test engineers including allocation and monitoring of daily tasking and overall responsibility for daily testing operations related to the program for which you are assigned.
-Executing test engineering tasks – including (but not limited to) requirements analysis, design review support, test planning, readiness reviews, integration, verification, test/failure review board management, risk management, and engineering analysis.
-Preparing and presenting test engineering work products – including (but not limited to) test plans, procedures, and reports to internal review teams and external customers.

Education & Experience

Job Summary:
A Production Planner will develop and manage the execution of the production schedule as a result of line of balance output, taking into consideration the available capacity, material availability and program delivery commitments. A Production Planner communicates to leadership and program managers the manufacturing status, expected completion dates and production risk analysis based on internal and external supply.
Responsibilities:
• Partners with procurement, production manager, quality, engineering, and program management, and other supply chain disciplines to proactively plan, schedule, and effectively manage development, production, and aftermarket support environments.
• Manages and own the execution of items associated with their planner code, to include release of internal jobs to the factory, release of purchase requisitions, manage disruptions in the internal factory (shortages, MRB, internal and external constraints), and provides feedback to internal customers
• Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
• Monitors internal and external supply chain alignment – identifies and resolves potential constraints, maintains line of balance (build through) and purchase requests for the production or purchase of components / parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements.
• Plays an integral part of product Integrated Product Teams (IPT) by effectively interfacing with internal customers.
• Assists management in the development and execution of plans for assigned products to maximize scheduled on-time completion. Analyzes supply and demand data and reports to determine critical path constraints
• Manages manual demand for top/down & bottom-up releases, facilitates ECN/ECP changes and coordinates production cut-ins. Reviews excess material for possible consumption in other jobs. Creates material transfers, borrow/payback transactions and PO change requests.

- Assists team with implementing corrective actions and mitigation strategies to realign efforts with project goals

About This Role
The (Associate) Program Master Scheduler is responsible for development, coordination, and implementation of the Program Master Schedules and their integration into the program work products. The position will be a part of the program team and work day-to-day with the program managers and control account managers.
- Develop and maintain the Program Integrated Master Plan/Schedule associated with the entire project lifecycle from RFP to program closeout that are compliant to applicable DIDs, PASEG, GASP and WBS Standards
- Lead regular status review meetings to capture accomplishments, resource and duration adjustments as well as maintain interdependencies
- Ensure integration and synchronization of cost and schedule data
- Advises the Program Manager and Control Account Managers on schedule performance, forecasts, and risks

The Pricing & Estimating Sr Manager is responsible for the overall department performance and growth of personnel. Will oversee staff in developing fully supported pricing proposals that will be submitted in response to government and other customer requests, manages the workload of direct reports, and coordinates pricing efforts with management and other departments. Duties include leading the Pricing & Estimating team through proposal development, pricing analysis, pricing strategy, compliance with company policies and government requirements, fact-finding, audits, negotiations, problem solving, and training of personnel. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams such as business development, program management, contracts, finance, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing to fully understand the customer RFP and to develop a compliant pricing proposal for submittal. Must be capable of managing the department workload and deliverables against strict timelines and meeting expectations in a detail-oriented, performance-driven, business environment. Responsible for the development of the financial analysis for management reviews on all proposals, including margin analysis, risks and opportunities, and cash flow schedule. Desirable qualities for the ideal candidate would include excellent organizational skills, ability to work concurrently on multiple and varied projects, strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to utilize good common sense, strong leadership abilities, sound judgment, and ability to effectively interface with both internal and external customers.

A Test Flight Electrician performs all tasks associated with electrical/electronic system testing and maintenance as assigned by management.
Responsibilities:
- Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Electrical/Electronic system test conduct
- Electrical/Electronic system troubleshooting & resolution
- Conduct maintenance on electrical/electronic systems
- Electrical/Electronic support for craft operations – on ramp & underway
- Cable fabrication, electrical panel assembly, wire stripping, electrical schematics layouts, hook-ups, and soldering
- Must be able to work from Engineering drawings, sketches, blueprints, schematics and follow written/verbal instructions.
- Perform job duties with the use of basic hand tools such as screw drivers, pliers, wire cutters, drill motors, sand and grinding tools, etc.
- Maintain records, forms, and logs as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
JOB SCOPE:
· Perform cleaning in offices, shop, yards and bathroom facilities, including trash removal in designated areas. Maintain supplies that are job appropriate. Scrub, polish, vacuum, etc., as required.
· Perform groundskeeping work that includes: lawn mowing, weed whacking, landscaping, cleaning up outside trash, snow and ice removal with shovel and/or snowblower or other equipment excluding pickup truck with plow.
