About This Role
The Weapons Program Management (PM) team is seeking a Project Specialist to help maintain a high level of excellence on recurring program activities and support the PM team. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment, be very well organized, and is passionate about serving the warfighter.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Subcontract Data Requirements List (SDRL) deliverables for a major DoW contract
- Ensure on-time submittal of recurring SDRL deliverables to the customer, including coordination with various functional groups – Engineering, Quality, PM etc.
- Forecast and spearhead SDRL efforts for major program events, such as Critical Design Reviews
- Capture meeting minutes and action items in monthly Program Status Reviews with the customer for submittal via official program SDRLs
- Serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for all budgetary SDRL scope
- Maintain a program-wide risk register and host effective monthly Risk Review Boards with program leadership
- Serve as the CAM for Engineering Software (cost, renewal terms, # of licenses etc.) and Program Security (labor and material)
- Coordinate content and meeting logistics for Monthly Program Status Reviews (MPSRs) with internal Textron leadership and monthly Program Status Reviews (PSRs) with the customer.
- For customer meetings: gather customer attendee lists, produce agendas, coordinate content reviews with internal leadership etc.
- Lead program Pre-Ship Readiness Review (PSRR) events and SDRL creation, ensuring timely completion to support on-time hardware delivery to our customer

About This Role
Performs Quality Engineering assignments requiring independent evaluation, selection, and application of standard Quality techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment and ingenuity in making adaptations and modifications. The Quality Engineer II supports product design activities, planning for quality, production activities, data analysis and development of metrics, root cause and corrective action, and process and product improvement.

We believe people should love what they do – in this role, the Principal Business Operations Analyst serves as the senior architect for designing and governing the foundational systems, data structures, and operational workflows that enable effective execution across the Weapons Operations organization. The position leads development of resource and planner codes, Oracle ERP frameworks, bill-of-process models, and digital process mappings that ensure accurate system inputs, full cross-functional alignment, and seamless integration with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program Management. By establishing core operations metrics, standardized workflow, and future-state operational roadmaps, this team member drives transformation initiatives that strengthen data integrity, improve planning accuracy, and optimize end-to-end business flow. The role also partners closely with technical and operational teams, mentoring analysts and engineers while interfacing with IT/ERP stakeholders to implement automation, enhance system logic, and scale business processes across programs.
Responsibilities
· Serve as the senior operational architect responsible for developing, implementing, and governing new resource codes, planner codes, and Oracle system structures across the emerging Weapons Operations organization.
· Establish standardized operational workflows that ensure accurate system inputs, cross-functional alignment, and seamless integration between Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program Management.
· Define and implement core operations metrics, dashboards, and data structures used to measure execution performance, schedule adherence, resource utilization, and operational readiness.

A Day in the Life of a Manufacturing Engineer II:
· Support development and improvement of manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for fabrication and assembly of detail parts and end-item products.
· Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot build issues, resolve manufacturing problems, and support day-to-day operations.
· Assist with creation and updates of work instructions, standard work, and basic tooling concepts.

· Performs quality planning activities including development of Quality Plan, Quality Assurance Directives and Inspection Plan documents as required by the assigned project(s).
· Interfaces with Supplier Development and Sourcing Engineering to provide guidance and support for supplier issues.
· Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineers to define, validate, and implement process controls, data collection standards, and inspection gates that guarantee traceability.

· Lead root-cause analysis, failure investigations, and corrective action implementation on high-impact issues involving critical assemblies and subsystems.

We are seeking highly skilled Test Engineers to join our dynamic engineering team. This is an interdisciplinary role, enabling the full life cycle development of our products. This role may include supporting development of new products and product upgrades, payload design, integration and test, and development of fielding solutions for our military and commercial customers. Required experience includes hardware and/or software integration, managing requirements derivation and allocation, and successfully working within a collaborative team environment. A desire to take ownership of design efforts to ensure integration of new technology into our vehicles is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design, development, and execution of tests for products (hardware, software, systems) to ensure quality, functionality, and reliability, creating test plans, writing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams for fixes, ultimately ensuring products meet specifications and user needs before launch
- Test Planning & Design: Understand requirements, define scope, objectives, and resources, then create detailed test plans, strategies, and procedures
- Test Case Development: Write specific test cases and scripts for various tests (functional, performance, security, etc.).
- Test Execution: Run tests, monitor the development and production process, and manage controlled testing environments.
- Defect Management: Identify, document (using bug trackers), report, and track software/hardware and product defects.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Work with developers, process engineers, and management to provide insights, suggest improvements, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Reporting: Analyze results, document findings, Preparing and presenting Test engineering work products to internal review teams and external customers at program milestone reviews.
