A Sr Quality Inspector is performing a variety of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and/or electronic inspection and test operations to determine adherence to standards, specifications, drawing requirements, procedures, etc. on any or all types of procured and production equipment, subassemblies, components, or assemblies as directed.
Responsibilities:
• Inspection and test of parts, materials, components and systems in one or more of the following areas: Receiving, Shipping, Stores, Weld/Fabrication, Assembly, Testing, Calibration, Radiography, and Coating Inspections.
• Visually examinations by means of instruments, gauges, jigs, templates or other measuring devices to include nondestructive test methods to ensure adherence to standards, specifications, drawing, etc.

About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team in the development of electronic controls for a space-grade weapons program. The successful candidate will be responsible for all technical aspects of the project, ensuring the integration of technical efforts across Cognizant Engineers and supporting organizations. The Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) and Senior Compliance Specialist position encompasses the requirements to ensure that procurement activity is consistently within the guidelines set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DoD FAR applicable government/customer regulations, processes and procedures. This position serves as a subject matter expert on all Supply Chain Management (SCM) audit and compliance matters or concerns. Coordination with internal functional management, departments, staff and external customers (both Government and applicable Customers) is a normal occurrence. This position functions as a liaison with government agencies for matters involving SCM and Procurement for all audits, data collection, reporting and process change controls involved. In performing this role, the Senior Compliance Specialist will:
Responsibilities
· Perform SBLO duties to include:
o Act as resource for small businesses seeking to do business with large business.
o Coordinate the establishment of goals for the organization, and, if applicable, for subcontracting plans.
o Monitor performance to goals (actuals) both internally and externally
o Lead subcontracting plan efforts.
o Issue internal and external Small Business program reports.
o Interface with customer and government Small Business representatives.

The Manufacturing Program Manager (MPM) will serve as the primary Manufacturing Operations representative to program areas for both manufacturing and supply chain activities. - Oversee the development and integration of advanced mission payloads, including EO/IR and AI-enabled perception systems, ensuring compatibility with onboard processing, data pathways, and vehicle command-and-control.
- Direct the implementation and tuning of navigation, guidance, and control algorithms, resilient navigation approaches, and closed-loop system validation.
- Manage system-level communications integration, ensuring robust data links, network interoperability, and compliance with operational and security requirements.
- Establish and refine integration processes, technical standards, and system verification strategies for complex UAS mission architectures.
- Lead simulation-based system validation, including high-fidelity modeling of autonomy, sensor performance, communication networks, and mission workflows to reduce risk prior to flight testing.
- Oversee test planning and execution across laboratory, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), field-test, and flight-test environments to validate integrated system performance under realistic operational conditions.
- Conduct sophisticated diagnostics and root-cause analyses across mechanical, electrical, software, and algorithmic domains to rapidly resolve integration challenges.
- Provide technical leadership in cross-functional design reviews and ensure alignment of mission requirements, system architecture, and verification plans across all UAS subsystems.
