About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Read and interpret basic drawings and weld symbols
- Passing Textron’s aluminum MIG (GMAW) weld test procedure
- Perform as a productive working team member that meets daily goals set by the supervisor.
- MIG welding of aluminum materials in all positions. Must be able to work from standing, sitting, lying and kneeling positions. Some work must be accomplished with the use of mirror welding.
- Use of power tools (gougers, circular saws, grinders) in a safe, compliant manor
- Operate cranes and forklifts
- Assist supervisor to maintain control of department equipment and its maintenance.
- May instruct and mentor less-skilled welders, as assigned
- Works with a sense of urgency, efficiency and productive out put
- Maintains safe work practices and adheres to safety policies and procedures
- Ensure correct construction procedures are adhered to
- Ability to work shifts or overtime as required, must be flexible
- Maintain general housekeeping, keep materials and equipment stowed in an orderly manner
- Monitors working environment for compliance with quality, safety, environmental and health regulations and report deficiencies to supervisor
- Demonstrated ability to weld fillets for material thicknesses 4mm- 10mm
- Demonstrated ability to weld frame wraps and terminations with minimal blending required
- Demonstrated ability to weld T-Bar wraps and terminations with minimal blending required.
- Demonstrated ability to weld into corners / vertical intersections with minimal blending required
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and correct basic weld pick up, with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to weld groove/butt joints with satisfactory radiographic testing (NDT)
- Demonstrated ability to back step and sequence weld based upon provided information and/or good welding practices

About This Role
This role is in Textron System’s Land Systems - Crewed Land business area.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, testing and support of future Family of vehicles for Land systems, as well as integration of vehicular components, sub systems, in conjunction with new design, product improvement, field and production problem resolution.
- Creating electrical schematics, harnessing design, and drawings in CAD system such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Performing engineering calculations, writing specifications, formulating sketches, testing criteria, failure analysis, and cost estimates.
- Providing technical support to both internal and external customers for technical data package delivery.
- Supporting Prototype build, troubleshooting and documentation as required.
- Understanding customer requirements, and provide design solutions
- Familiarity with Military standard and specifications then incorporating them into the system design
- Interest in automotive design related field

About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design engineering team during the development phases of an emerging program. The individual will be responsible for developing new analog designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware. The individual should be familiar with Mixed Signal electronics design, switching power supply design, ordnance initiation and high density PWAs. The individual should be familiar with using OrCAD Capture, PSPICE or LTSpice and other simulation products. Job Summary
Textron Systems Wilmington, MA is seeking a a hands-on Composite Materials professional to support the development and production of advanced aerospace structures utilizing 3D woven, laminated, and resin-infused materials. This role operates at the intersection of engineering and manufacturing, with significant time spent on the shop floor and in the lab executing builds, refining processes, and conducting material testing. You will contribute to translating design requirements into repeatable manufacturing methods, troubleshooting defects, improving quality, yield, and throughput.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, low-volume/high-mix setting while collaborating closely with engineering, quality, and production teams. You must be hands-on; comfortable working in lab and production environments and be a problem solver who can iterate quickly and make data-driven decisions
About This Role
Work with design engineering to lead manufacturing development and production of advanced composite materials (3D woven, laminated, resin-infused systems).
You will be closely working with engineering on the following:
· Translate material and design requirements into robust manufacturing processes and work instructions
· Plan and execute material fabrication including layup, preforming, infusion (VARTM/RTM), and curing
- Develop and optimize process parameters (resin systems, flow media, vacuum strategy, cure cycles)
- Design and support tooling for complex preforms and infusion setups
- Perform hands-on builds, trials, and process validation on the shop floor
- Develop and execute material test plans (mechanical, thermal, environmental)
- Analyze test data to characterize material properties and drive process improvements
- Support qualification efforts (process qualification, first article support)
- Investigate defects (voids, dry spots, delamination) and lead root cause/corrective actions
- Collaborate with design engineering on material selection, stack-ups, and DFM/DFA
- Interface with suppliers for fibers, resins, and preforms; support material down select and qualification
- Ensure compliance with aerospace/defense standards and specifications
- Identify emerging manufacturing technologies and perform cost/benefit analysis for implementation.

The Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for performing detailed financial analysis and reporting for their assigned contracts. In this role, the Analyst will interact closely with the program team and functional departments to ensure the accuracy of monthly cost projections, and sales and profit forecasts.
Responsibilities
· Supporting assigned programs with timely analysis, financial modeling and recommendations for decision making.
· Conducting program analysis, maintain forecasts, and provide monthly Estimate at Completion (EACs)
· Responsible for establishing and maintaining Corporate Financial Reports, Program Status Reports, and Earned Value reports
· Ensure program financials are accurate and complete and are in accordance with SOX and internal corporate controls
· Use analysis to identify and investigate program issues and advise on appropriate course of action.
· Provide real-time program financial status to Finance Manager as well as Ad-hoc financial analysis
· Present financial data during monthly and quarterly reviews to an audience consisting of front line and executive level management.
· Be an integral part of the program team, keeping the Program Manager up to date on the financial status of the programs and providing suggestions to help mitigate future risk

Job Summary:
Textron Systems, Electronic Systems is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to develop solutions for a variety of technical challenges. The Electrical Engineer will engage in a variety of technical projects including electro-optical/infrared and laser systems, printed circuit board design, control systems, and multidisciplinary technical leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as technical lead for EO/IR system architecture, simulation design, system modeling, optical analysis, and performance optimization.
- Designing and integrating optical systems, microcontrollers, servo motors and the physical systems that encompass them.
- Developing control loops, processing algorithms and simulation environments for optical systems.
- Architecture planning and system level design. Perform system-level analysis, data interpretation, and performance assessments to validate and improve EO/IR designs.
- Solving complex problems that may require research and analysis of alternatives involving many factors.
- Working independently to determine and develop innovative solutions.
- Contributing to and/or leading a team for the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.
- Writing interface control documents, specifications, and test procedures for designs.
- Reporting status including schedule progress and problems/issues.
- Working closely with hardware in a lab setting, and debugging using lab equipment (e.g. optical testbench, Digital Oscilloscope) in a laser-safe environment.
- Engineering resource for production to debug and troubleshoot anomalies (including power and circuit board issues).
You will be part of highly skilled team and need to interface with other team members, including those of other engineering disciplines. Additional job duties could include systems level requirements analysis, design, and proposal input. You may also be involved in system testing for products you’re a part of and aid with fielding and/or training of the customer. Experienced engineers will rely on you to lead a project and mentor junior engineers.
