About This Role

Provide electrical support for the design, integration, and maintenance of electrical systems on a variety of technologies, ranging from land robotics to unmanned air systems for commercial and military programs in a fast-paced environment. These systems are experimental and cutting-edge technological advancements that are intended to protect the warfighter in various theaters as well as provide civil support to many commercial applications. This individual will have an opportunity to travel, execute experimental military and civil hardware testing, and grow in their role. The position involves supporting lab operations of component integration, modifications, assembly and test, of ground vehicles, air vehicles, and surface vessels. Individual must be willing to support at remote test sites to include serving as a crew chief, safety lookout, and support and maintenance crew member during field testing. Individual must be able to work from assembly documentation (i.e. work instructions, drawings etc.), parts lists, and diagrams to assemble, wire and install a wide variety of components. May assemble by hand or operate semiautomatic assembly equipment. Operates electronic and mechanical test equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and operate unmanned systems and support equipment

Summary
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.
Job Responsibilities
• Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
• Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
• Utilize AMS program
• Training of maintenance personnel
• Manage assigned maintenance programs
• Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
• Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
• The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
• This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
• This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
• This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
• Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
• Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
• Additional responsibilities as delineated by Production Supervisor and Crew Chiefs
• Manage programs as assigned.

· The Pricing & Estimating Financial Analyst will support the Proposal Manager and Pricing Analyst in the development of cost proposals and various pricing exercises. The Analyst will help to develop fully-supported, compliant proposals that are current, accurate, and complete in accordance with customer requests, Federal Acquisition Regulations and company policies.
· Analyze labor hour estimates, material estimates, travel, and other cost and pricing data to ensure values are well supported; will input this data into ProPricer.

The Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Supervisor manages a team of Manufacturing Engineers who will be focused on developing tooling, resolving and preventing issues in production, and incorporating design changes. This individual will work with their team to correct errors in work instructions and parts allocations real time, eliminating production downtime and inefficiencies. The ME Supervisors will also restructure work scope between build stations as required to maintain an efficient product flow and support production by providing on-the-spot coverage for questions and clarifications on work scope, technical details, or blueprint interpretation. This individual will guide the team in effective review of Engineering Change Notice (ECN) content to prevent future issues from reaching production.
The ME Supervisor will ensure production support departments work together to meet schedule and objectives, develops and maintains relevant team performance metrics and implement corrective actions to address deficiencies. In coordination with the ME manager, provides strategic direction for short and long-term improvements regarding safety, quality, and cost. This individual must have a passion for innovation, standardization, and quality accompanied by exceptional communication skills, power to positively influence and develop others and be a result-oriented leader.

The Manufacturing Program Manager (MPM) will serve as the primary Manufacturing Operations representative to program areas for both manufacturing and supply chain activities. This person will work across multiple supply chain disciplines and manufacturing operations, including multiple manufacturing locations to coordinate the timely, accurate, and complete execution of program requirements to include: IRAD, production, engineering development, and transition to production (TTP) activities.

· Represent program needs on the Operations Leadership team
o Coordinate between operations functional leaders to ensure successful execution
o Flow critical information both ways between operations and programs
o Communicate program schedule and cost priorities
· Lead cross functional, multi-site teams through the various execution activities including facilities and resource planning, manufacturing readiness, supply chain health, quality requirements, and process development.
· Establish overall manufacturing schedule and coordinate details with operations Master Scheduler to ensure on time completion
· Coordinate program and design schedules with the manufacturing and supply chain
· Establish and track execution metrics across operations and supply chain and report metrics to ELT as needed
· Coordinate key purchases/sub-contracts with external supply chain to include flow down of all contract and quality requirements
· Execute Operations CAM EVMS planning and execution for execution tasks including Operations labor, both support and touch, and material.

About This Role
This position will report to the Vice President of Business Process Controls and will interface will all levels of Textron personnel across the businesses, Textron Corporate personnel and the US Government (USG). The ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management within Textron and the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and other USG agencies is critical for this position. This position is expected to work independently and effectively manage staff within the BPC group.
This position will be responsible for documenting and supporting compliance with Textron processes related to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARS) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). This position will also be responsible for continuously evaluating existing processes for improvement. Additionally, this position will be responsible for resolving issues with the USG customer.
Responsibilities
· Support various Textron business units with USG audits of business systems, incurred cost submissions, forward pricing rates, and all other USG audits
· Assist Textron business units and Textron Corporate with maintaining CAS Disclosure Statements
· Continuously evaluate compliance with CAS and other regulatory requirements
· Assess any proposed accounting changes and develop cost impacts and/or General Dollar Magnitudes (GDM) to quantify potential impacts
· Support requests for information from DCAA, DCMA and other USG agencies
· Review USG audit reports and develop robust responses
· Be a liaison between the company and USG customers
· Develop strategies to resolve complex issues
· Support Direct Assist Audits of Textron USG regulated business systems, as defined in DFARS 7002, and interact with Defense Contract Audit Agency and Defense Contract Management Agency personnel and management
· Support creation and presentation of Textron position, as it relates to USG compliance, in response to various USG audits
