Job Responsibilities:
- Develop or implement and track metrics to generate reports for supply chain performance

The Manufacturing Program Manager (MPM) will serve as the primary Manufacturing Operations representative to program areas for both manufacturing and supply chain activities. This person will work across multiple supply chain disciplines and manufacturing operations, including multiple manufacturing locations to coordinate the timely, accurate, and complete execution of program requirements to include: IRAD, production, engineering development, and transition to production (TTP) activities.
Responsibilities to Include:
· Represent Operations on the Program IPT’s supporting assigned programs
· Represent program needs on the Operations Leadership team
o Coordinate between operations functional leaders to ensure successful execution
o Flow critical information both ways between operations and programs
o Communicate program schedule and cost priorities

About This Role
The Subcontract Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and managing subcontracts for a variety of high dollar, high complexity systems, materials and services in support of all product lines. This role will be responsible for supplier selection, negotiation and creation of subcontract and long term agreements, and management of large and complex supplier programs.
Responsibilities
· Lead several supply chain sourcing projects concurrently across programs
· Evaluate, analyze and assess trends and advancements in materials, technologies, sources of supply and the market to establish supply solutions
· Assist in identifying, evaluating and selecting potential suppliers/partners for systems, materials and services
· Insure proper assessments and audits are accomplished to confirm qualifications and capabilities of potential subcontractors.
· Prepares requests for proposals, obtains subcontractor proposals, supports cost proposals, prepares cost or price analysis and establishes negotiation strategy
· Negotiates all aspects of high-value, major subcontracts or long term agreement in collaboration with programs, including scope of work, pricing and payments, and all contract terms and conditions
· Prepares subcontract documents in accordance with appropriate company and customer requirements, including contract, statements of work, technical specifications, data requirements and special provisions as required.
· Take appropriate actions to ensure contract compliance and performance, including coordination with other departments as well as effective communications with subcontractors to assure their understanding of key issues, risks, objectives and milestones of the program.
· Manage multiple supplier contracts to ensure performance and execution to contract and program requirements, including regular program reviews.

About This Role
Provide (SUAS/Aerosonde) Air Vehicle Operator support to the various initiatives underway within Textron Systems ULA division. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting project engineering with all aspects of new product integration, implementation, and testing in both ground and flight environments, support of new integration flight tests, customer training and support, and system capability demonstration flights of production SUAS platforms at operational locations around the globe. About This Role
Textron Systems in Wilmington, MA is looking for a dedicated Program Master Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for programs in our Weapons Systems business segment. As a Program Master Scheduler, you will work cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations to develop, manage and report on Engineering Development and Production schedules. In this role you’ll also provide and develop scheduling best practices in Earned Value Management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plan/Schedule compliant to the DIDs, PASEG, GASP and WBS Standard. Assist in the development of program baselines, including assigning resources within work-breakdown-structures, assigning earned value methods, and verification of contract budget baseline.
- In depth knowledge of Organization, Planning, Scheduling & Budgeting and Analysis & Management Reports for EVM SSP guidelines and rules
- Hold meetings with PMs, CAMs and WPMs to obtain monthly accomplishments and future requirements.
- Establish logic, predecessors and successors, to develop an accurate critical path for a program.
- Develop, update, and maintain schedule performance metrics, related processes and management tools within the business units, including, but not limited to, critical path analysis and schedule risk assessment.
- Advises the Program Manager and Control Account Managers on schedule performance, forecasts and risks.

- Direct the implementation and tuning of navigation, guidance, and control algorithms, resilient navigation approaches, and closed-loop system validation.
- Manage system-level communications integration, ensuring robust data links, network interoperability, and compliance with operational and security requirements.
- Establish and refine integration processes, technical standards, and system verification strategies for complex UAS mission architectures.
- Lead simulation-based system validation, including high-fidelity modeling of autonomy, sensor performance, communication networks, and mission workflows to reduce risk prior to flight testing.
- Oversee test planning and execution across laboratory, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), field-test, and flight-test environments to validate integrated system performance under realistic operational conditions.
- Conduct sophisticated diagnostics and root-cause analyses across mechanical, electrical, software, and algorithmic domains to rapidly resolve integration challenges.

The Facilities Engineer will report to the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) Manager.
Job Overview:
Oversee the planning, execution, and standardization of ATC test cell facility projects pertaining to data acquisition systems, dynamometer control systems and engine testing cells and mechanical test fixtures.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Interact with electronics engineers and engine mechanics to resolve test facility issues.
· Monitor and correct facility standardization requirements.
· Create ATC facility documentation such as:
o ATC bulletins
o Facility drawings
o Inventory management processes
· Enter and track maintenance requests.
· Enter and track shop tooling requests.
· Specify and order parts for facility maintenance projects.
· Interface with outside contractors to coordinate facility upgrades and maintenance.
· Create and present training modules to communicate new documentation and standards.
