About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:
Specialist in Structural and Welding Inspection and defect identification through NDT methods including Visual Inspection and Dye Penetrant Inspection to determine adherence to standards, specifications, and drawing requirements. Prior experience in aluminum welding preferred, with capability to detect defects in both large weldments and small, detailed parts. Experience with MIL-STD or AWS acceptance criteria required. Marine experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Approach assignments with a high ethical resolve, ensuring reputable standing with our onsite customers.
- Capable of discerning rejectable weld defects by grading in accordance with given acceptance criteria.
- Ability to implement NDT inspection methods in accordance with written procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and process plans to determine product acceptability.
- Visual examinations by means of instruments, gauges, jigs, templates, or other measuring devices to include nondestructive test methods to ensure adherence to standards, specifications, drawing, etc.
- Experience conducting in-process weld inspections such as VT/PT of root/fill passes, backgouges. Etc.
- Generates Quality reports, completes Inspection Check Lists, nonconformance documents, calibration reports, x-ray, and other Quality documents/records as applicable to the specific area assigned.
- Adheres to all safety requirements, departmental instructions and TMLS Policies and Procedures.
- Interface directly with all levels of the organization, suppliers, and customers, as appropriate.
- Comfortable being audited on NDT Process adherence by Government customer.
- Performs any and all other duties assigned by management.

About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Ruggedized Test develops and produced RF and EO/IR devices that help insure that military aircraft can safely perform their missions. These devices test the communications and aircraft survivability equipment that keep the warfighter in the air
- Develop, enhance and maintain software code for advanced simulators and automated test equipment
- Design and maintain applications in various software languages, including C++, Java, Python, HTML, etc.

The A2PATS provides real RF simulations of signals and effects a radar receiver would experience when in operational use
§ Develop, enhance and maintain software code for advanced simulators and automated test equipment

- Welding of aluminum materials in all positions. Must be able to work from standing, sitting, lying and kneeling positions. Some work must be accomplished with the use of mirror welding.
- Climbing on and over bulkheads, up and down ladders.
- Tack welding (kneeling, standing, sitting, lying, overhead burning of steel, dragging torch line)
- Use of jacks, porta-powers and come-a longs; some of which can weigh as much as 25 lbs.
- Lifting of material and tools (jacks, porta-powers, come-a longs, etc. Also loading and unloading of parts.
- Crawling through craft on top of tees and through manholes
- Bending and twisting of your body as needed to get into different compartments.
- Operation of cranes, forklifts
- Use of power tools (gougers, skill saws, cut saws, grinders). All require two hands on tools to operate in safe manner
- Walking on tops of frames and tees (uneven walking surfaces)
- Need to be able to work with your hands.

About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking a Sr Strategy & Corporate Development Analyst to join our team of high-performing and diverse business development professionals to provide advanced capabilities for our nation’s warfighters. Candidates will primarily be focused on building data driven business cases and M&A pitches to help strengthen Textron Systems competitive value proposition. Secondary responsibilities will include helping to identify, develop and shape new business opportunities to provide comprehensive, mission-focused solutions to our domestic and international customers in support of assigned line of business/program areas.
Responsibilities
• Build and own business cases in support of key decisions and growth opportunities. Business cases include market research and assessment, financial appraisal and sensitivity analysis, cost-benefit analysis, core competency analysis, and go-to-market recommendations.
• Textron systems lead for evaluating targets as acquisition candidates.
o Work with relevant domain and finance teams to assess strategic fit and perform preliminary financial evaluation.
o Perform strategic financial alternatives analyses through M&A consequences, including accretion and dilution.
o Present recommendations to Textron Systems’ CEO, CFO, and SVP GMSS regularly.
o Focal point for interactions with Textron Corporate M&A team to include post deal integration planning.
• Supports metrics around opportunity generation, forecasted orders, etc.
o GMSS lead POC for Monthly Orders Review, Monthly Pipeline Review, etc.
• Attend industry days, trade shows, and site visits for major Textron Systems pursuits to stay up to date with where the DoD customer plans to invest.
o Locate M&A targets that strengthen our competitive position in both the near and long term for these pursuits.
• Research, data collection and analysis on existing and new business markets and associated news and geo-political activity
• Research and report on customer capability gaps, requirements and associate budgets
• Monitor customer messaging and databases, such as sam.gov, for relevant business opportunity announcements, requests for information (RFIs), quotations (RFQs) and proposals (RFPs) and support company response development to these requests

About This Role
• Assists the Logistics Supervisor in the supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and minimize cost of organization's supply chain.
• Provides recommendations on vendor's qualification and performance to ensure they meet company's requirements.
• Supports project/department milestones/goals while adhering to approved budgets.
• Extensive knowledge of department processes which may include loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping, returns, forklift/equipment operation, fabrication, and transportation of goods.
• Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported.
• Verify computations against physical count of stock.
• Maintains condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.). Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.
• Typically located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors that may cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness, such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes.
• The Material Specialist will coordinate the logistics of all aspects of the supply chain which consists of Issue, receipt, delivery, shipping, and the return system (for defective or unwanted products).
• The Material Specialist tries to minimize shortages and keep costs down.
• The position includes logistics managing, purchasing and inventory control.
• Responsible and expected to make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.

As Guard Force Commander you will be responsible for managing, supervising, and ensuring our Protective Security Officer (PSO) team maintaining the highest security standards in compliance with our industrial security program, customer expectations, and our company policies and procedures. Specifically, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Responsibilities
· Fostering the development of a positive and high-performance team of PSOs
· Ensuring compliance to all Company personnel and safety policies and ensures staff perform duties in a safe manner
· Managing the staffing of posts at the site in order to ensure complete coverage. This includes, but not limited to, coverage for vacations, illness, and call-offs
· Conducting Guard Mount and pass down information and ensuring guard force complies to federal, state, and local training and certification requirements
· Ensuring that all officers receive and understand new, changed, or special instructions
· Ensuring guard force follows the Company's professional uniform and grooming standards
· Ensuring accountability for the proper use and maintenance of all equipment used at all sites by assigned PSOs
· Ensuring clarity, completeness, accuracy, and legibility of all written reports, timesheets, and log entries
· Conducting investigations into security matters and report findings to chain-of-command
· Ensuring accuracy of start and end times, meal and break periods are documented on daily timekeeping systems
· Ensuring the safety of security force by complying with our company safety policies and procedures
