Job Summary:

Responsible for the oversight of operations within the warehouse and shipping facility to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule. This includes the planning, coordinating, and monitoring of warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the required support groups and manufacturing to deliver materials on time for production needs.
• Establish warehouse and shipping practices and protocols to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Continuously drive improvement of critical metrics such as safety, product quality, delivery performance, cost and growth. Develop and implement strategies that result in significant inventory turn/reduction improvements without compromising on-time delivery performance.
• Lead the team in setting and achieving team goals, conducting efficient team meetings and effective problem solving.
• Facilitate member commitment, contribution, and innovation with careful and consistent application of group leadership techniques.
• Interface with the leader's counterpart from the customer's organization to ensure necessary communication, identification of issues, and management of action items with the customer.
• Provide supervisory direction, counseling, instruction, training, and development for the assigned Team Members as required.
• Position supports the development of presentations, strategy, performance metrics and information in response to Operations management or program-initiated requests. 
• Audit and report inventory while making recommendations for continuous improvements.

About This Role

A Welding Engineer III develops, manages, recommends, and coordinates the implementation of a sound welding program and processes through improved weld processes, design specification review, techniques, inspections, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and document welding processes in accordance with national and military standards and/or specifications.
• Review welding procedures, processes, and documentation.
• Develops and executes weld qualification procedures.
• Creates, submits, and manages Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) documents.
• Works with management to identify problems and recommend resolutions of welding processes, issues and concerns.
• Directly interface with the product design engineering team to ensure design for process and manufacturing requirements are addressed and met.
• Assist and support manufacturing, other support groups, and training center as it relates to weld processes, weld related defects (to include the assistance with repair/rework dispositions to address defects), weld sequencing, and any other weld related needs.
• Keep abreast of state-of-the-art welding technologies and safety procedures used throughout the industry.
• Performs all other job-related duties as assigned by management.

Howe & Howe, Inc. is looking for a mechanical engineering intern. Our interns are integral members of the design team, and work under the supervision of lead mechanical engineers. Daily responsibilities include developing mechanical design concepts, performance calculations, creation of engineering drawings, and hands-on support of fabrication, assembly, testing and troubleshooting tasks.

Summary
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
• Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
• Utilize AMS program
• Training of maintenance personnel
• Manage assigned maintenance programs
• Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
• Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
• The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
• This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
• This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
• This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
• Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as; blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
• Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
• Additional responsibilities as delineated by Production Supervisor and Crew Chiefs
• Manage programs as assigned
