About This Role
Howe and Howe Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Waterboro Maine facility. The Project Manager will own a subset of a major defense program, under the supervisor of a Sr. Program Manager, and work within a highly collaborative and dynamic team.
This role requires excellent organization, teamwork, and communication skills to ensure program execution that meets mission objectives. A successful candidate in this role will be action-oriented, have strong written and verbal communication, and exhibit a team mentality.
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will have responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
- Managing the financial, technical, and schedule requirements of program components to deliver products that are technically acceptable on time and in a cost-effective manner.
- Developing and presenting formal briefs to internal and external audiences, reviewing and editing content from other stakeholders, and leading internal dry runs prior to the event.
- Understanding the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and critical path for a subset of the program and executing any mitigation efforts to ensure on time / early completion of tasking.
- Supporting Control Account Managers (CAMs) in execution to a baseline budget – ensuring accurate Estimates to Complete and robust variance reporting from all CAMs supporting a subset of the program.
- Interfacing with critical suppliers and Textron Systems’ internal Procurement organization to communicate program updates / changes to and from the supplier.
- Working creatively to solve customer problems and communicating program progress both internally and externally.
- Assisting with proposal generation and submittal to the customer.
- Work hand in hand with engineering and assembly technicians on the floor.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Program Manager to join our team in supporting strategic weapon system and subsystem technical design solutions for our Advanced Programs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the design, planning, execution, and test and evaluation aspects of advanced programs, ensuring that all technical requirements are met and that programs are completed on time and within budget.

As a Program Master Scheduler, you will work cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations to develop, manage and report on Engineering Development and Production schedules. In this role you’ll also provide and develop scheduling best practices in Earned Value Management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plan/Schedule compliant to the DIDs, PASEG, GASP and WBS Standard. Assist in the development of program baselines, including assigning resources within work-breakdown-structures, assigning earned value methods, and verification of contract budget baseline.
- In depth knowledge of Organization, Planning, Scheduling & Budgeting and Analysis & Management Reports for EVM SSP guidelines and rules
- Hold meetings with PMs, CAMs and WPMs to obtain monthly accomplishments and future requirements.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented?CDRL (Contract Data Requirements List) Lead?for the T-7A Maintenance Training System program. The role is responsible for managing all contractual data deliverables, ensuring compliance with defense regulation. Serving as a liaison between government customers, contractors, and internal teams, the CDRL Lead ensures accurate, timely, and secure data delivery while optimizing workflows to meet critical program objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary authority for managing all CDRL deliverables, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and customer contract specifications.
· Interpret and analyze government contracts (DIDs, CDRLs) and establish workflows to meet all requirements.
· Develop and maintain CDRL data tracking processes in line with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring timely delivery.
· Partner with program management, technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate contributions for all deliverables in alignment with program milestones.
· Perform reviews for accuracy, formatting, completeness, and compliance with contractual or legal criteria.
· Closely supports PM team and collaborates with other functions including engineering, scheduling, contracts, procurement, manufacturing and finance
