About This Role
The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will report directly to the Director of Strategic Operations and will focus on business systems execution. The role is specific to the Textron Systems ERP/Supply Chain/Business Systems knowledge in our Industry 4.0 journey, working alongside experienced analysts supporting across the enterprise (Textron Systems business domains, Lycoming, ATAC) to continue to understand the Textron Systems Business Systems and the touchpoints, to include the people, process, and tools. The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will support tool development, reporting, business systems integration and process improvement to drive standardization across the Textron Systems locations with the vision to enable an environment where the processes & tools are common and only customized for specific reasons. The preferred candidate will be an individual with bias for action, strategic thinking, data analysis, problem solving, exceptional customer focus, communications, and experience in manufacturing & supply chain environments.
Responsibilities
· To grow and understand Textron Business Systems to a level to be able to provide business system training to the Textron Systems companies to grow and foster the overall understanding of the business operating system.
· To work closely with IT business partners representing the business functions, to translate internal customer needs, and be the lead liaison for IT projects coordinating requirements (SOW), development of solutions, and testing (CRP, UAT, etc)

· Oracle upgrades & implementations
· New functionality/Sustainment support from business side> (Oracle, Solumina, Supply Chain software, RAMCO, etc)

· Work collaboratively across functions and businesses to understand the needs of the business and drive supply chain execution and accountability to improve the service level provided to operations and customers, including cost, quality, and delivery.
· Support each systems business with the focus on improved delivery & cost to drive waste out of the company – Removal of hidden factories
· Have experience, and or firm understand of bills of material, lead time management, pegging, utilization, efficiency, rated capacity, demonstrated capacity, bottleneck mitigations, critical resource identification and management, dependent vs. independent demand, capacity requirements planning, ERP / MRP II systems, supplier relationships.

About This Role
We are seeking a talented test engineer with a Mechanical or Test Engineering background to support a critical defense program. As a Test Engineer, you will perform planning, coordination, and execution of components, subsystems, and system level tests as well as other evaluation activities across the program. A strong candidate will possess at least 9+ years of experience related to mechanical testing. You will have the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplined team environment. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule test, integration, and evaluation activities to ensure that test requirements and objectives are met per customer/program requirements and engineering and quality standards.
- Prepare and/or review test plans, test procedures, test readiness reviews and test reports for functional, environmental, and field tests
- Support in-house and offsite data collection activities including setup and operation of data acquisition systems and sensors including NI PXIe, DTS Slice, accelerometers, strain gauges, high speed cameras, and other test instrumentation
- Lead and perform environmental testing of dynamic and static environments, including vibration, static loading, pyroshock, thermal cycling, humidity.
- Utilize and optimize tools such as LabView for instrumentation control. Real-time monitoring, and custom setup creation.

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist manages the recruiting life cycle for the organization to ensure that the right people are in place to meet the demands of the business. The TA Specialist employs a variety of creative sourcing strategies to identify a high quality candidate pool (internal and external) in an efficient, cost effective manner, interviewing and presenting pre-qualified candidates for all positions. The role partners with HRBPs and hiring managers to benchmark processes, adjust strategy, set expectations and drive the hire/no hire decision. The TA Specialist coaches hiring managers on selection strategy and behavioral interviewing and complies with all regulatory and legal requirements and company policies.

Textron Systems is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to focus on assembly and testing of products across the product life cycle spectrum. As part of our dedicated ISC team, Manufacturing Process Engineer’s principal responsibilities are to develop repeatable and reproducible assembly, inspection, and test instructions, identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes. The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for leading supply chain activities to effectively support all Textron Systems’ businesses. This includes establishing comprehensive and new supply chain strategies, leading optimal execution of purchasing activities, sub-contract management and supplier management. Summary
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites. The Aircraft Mechanic will also participate in inert ordnance loading, arming and downloading on ATAC’s aircraft.
Job Responsibilities
· Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
· Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
· Utilize AMS program
· Training of maintenance personnel
· Manage assigned maintenance programs
· Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)

· The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
· This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
· This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
· This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
· Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as; blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
· Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects.
· Additional responsibilities as delineated by Production Supervisor and Crew Chiefs

We are seeking multiple highly qualified candidates to lead and support our Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle (ARV) engineering projects supporting our internal development initiatives and our contract programs. The Project Engineers will work primarily with the engineering disciplines and program teams to plan and execute ARV project to achieve defined objectives within cost and schedule constraints. Project Engineers lead a multidisciplinary team and provide technical leadership and guidance on development efforts that impact on ground vehicles products and programs. As a member of ARV Project Engineering team, the ARV Project Engineers ensures that the engineering efforts meet customer and internal requirements.
ARV Project Engineer roles and responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with Program Management to tightly control program schedule and budget per customer Earned-Value Managements System requirements (EVMS)
• Resolve schedule, resource, and technical conflicts
• Navigate and lead multidiscipline teams through unusually complex technical problems and provide solutions
• Collaborate with functional managers to organize and delegate key tasks
• Interact daily with program managers, planners, engineers and technicians
• Generate statements of work and managing outside contractor performance
• Act as a technical interface between engineering development team, Integrated Product Teams, and Integrated Supply Chain for product and program needs
• Chair (or delegate) responsibilities to execute change control boards for your project /product
• Develop discretionary funding plans and requests outlining program needs for successful execution
• Provide recommendations to senior management regarding critical risk acceptance
• Develop proposals (cost and technical) and basis of estimates for new business opportunities

ARV Automotive Project Engineer Roles/Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing and coordinating all ARV Automotive and Vehicle specific-related activities, acting as a liaison between different teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
o Manage and coordinate Vehicle and Automotive Design, Development, Integration and Test Activities
o Supports Chief Engineer to drive technical risk and maturity into Vehicle/Automotive system designs and development
o Coordinate Engineering support of Vehicle of builds, outfitting, test and final delivery
o Responsible for delivery of associated technical artifacts including Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL’s)
o Support of all Vehicle, Survivability, and Automotive related Technical Customer Integrated Product teams (IPT’s) and Working groups (WG’s)
• Responsible for coordination and communication with Integrated Supply chain, Engineering, Program Management and Government customers on all ARV Automotive and Vehicle related tasks, activities, risks and issues.

About This Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Litigation Staff Attorney to support all aspects of litigation matters at Textron Systems, with a particular focus on commercial litigation and disputes. The Litigation Staff Attorney will also provide support to Textron Systems and its business lines in products liability cases, and advise on corporate governance matters, contract issues, regulatory inquiries, and commercial transactions. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent writing and communication abilities, and prior litigation experience. This role will report to the Associate General Counsel for litigation and will be based in Hunt Valley, MD.
Responsibilities
· Litigation:
o Represent and counsel Textron Systems and its business lines in all phases of litigation matters.
o Work with and oversee outside counsel to ensure alignment with business objectives.
o Review and help prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
o Prepare for and attend mediations, court hearings, and trials.
o Keep internal business teams updated on the status of and strategy for litigation matters.
· Corporate Governance:
o Provide advice, guidance, and support on corporate governance matters.
o Assist in the preparation and review of corporate filings, resolutions, and related documents.
o Ensure compliance with corporate governance-related regulatory and legal requirements.
· Commercial Transaction Support:
o Work with business partners and other members of the Legal Department to identify legal risks and issues in commercial proposals and ongoing programs.
o Perform legal review of contract terms and conditions for a wide variety of domestic and international agreements.
o Support complex transactions for Textron Systems’ programs and businesses in the U.S. and abroad.
o Participate in negotiations with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
