Summary
Fly the Dassault Mirage F-1 in regular support of US Navy, Marine Corps, and US Air Force training and readiness missions. Fly in support of 4th and 5th Generation Fighter operational and conversion syllabus and continuation training missions. Support surface fleet pre-deployment training and large force employment missions.
Marine Contracts: Conduct flight operations from ATAC’S permanent facilities at Cherry Point, NC. Deploy as required to various locations.
Job Responsibilities
- Employ the ATAC fighter aircraft throughout their flight envelope as a surrogate Adversary, Red Air, Aggressor or Close Air Support pilot for Marine Corps large force employment exercise, or intercept controller training.
- Maintain FAA instrument currency, First Class medical certification, and adversary mission qualifications and associated mission currencies, to include low level, dynamic mission, and unlimited air combat tactics maneuvering in the high-G environment.
- Attend mass briefings, adversary coordination briefings and other pre-flight briefings. Plan and fly adversary missions. Accomplish flight debriefings and attend mass debriefings.
- Adhere to all training rules and pre-briefed maneuvering restrictions
- Collect and disseminate lessons learned.

What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using languages such as C#, C++, Java, and Python.
- Work with embedded systems, including microcontrollers, GPUs, and FPGA interfaces.

About This Role
The role requires AS9100-based Quality Management System (QMS) knowledge.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the QMS, managing the Quality Engineering group, program quality, and all quality metrics.
Must collaborate with Production Control, Manufacturing, Program Management, Contracts, Engineering, HR, and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
· Lead a team of Quality Engineers while developing the next generation of Quality Engineers and future technical and organizational leaders

About This Role
Textron Systems, Uncrewed Sea Systems, is looking for a highly organized individual to assist the Surface Vessel Engineering team in our Sea Systems division. This position provides administrative support to engineers in their daily activities. Tasks include tracking and managing engineering workflows & metrics, managing engineering meetings and minutes, reviewing and formatting engineering documentation, managing engineering purchases and expense reporting, interfacing with procurement and other departments within Textron Systems, and ensuring documents are under proper configuration management control.

Textron Systems is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design engineering team during the development phases of an emerging program. The individual will be responsible for developing new analog designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware. About This Role

SUMMARY

About This Role
The (EVMS) Compliance Analyst, will be primarily responsible for ensuring compliance with EVM guidance across the company. This includes applying project management oversight to assigned projects, developing/designing and implementing new or revised departmental policies, programs, techniques, and methods. Will provide financial and scheduling guidance to Program Management teams through the EV Core Team. Position requires a working knowledge of the Earned Value Management (EVM) Industry Standard, ANSI/EIA 748 (current version).
Responsibilities
· Supports program teams in the development and preparation of program baselines and financial forecasts, estimate at complete (EAC) development and reviews, preparation of financial packages, EVMS reporting and compliance support, audit support, baseline development and internal integrated baseline reviews, financial and investigative analysis, and real-time information and analysis to PMs, CAMs and Finance Management
· Closely supports PM team and collaborates with other functions including scheduling, contracts, procurement and central finance
· Leads and mentors’ financial analysts and program master schedulers
· Supports Textron Systems EVMS policy, process, tools, training and performance assessment in accordance with EIA748 Standard EVMS guidelines
