About This Role
Textron Systems Weapon Systems is looking for an experienced Engineering Drawing Checker to support a major US Air Force Program and emerging programs.
Responsibilities
To ensure the quality of the Technical Product Documentation by ensuring that all drawings are produced in accordance with both published national/international standards, and company design standards in a timely fashion in line with program release schedule.
Contribute to the identification of any identified technical shortcomings and recommend/propose solutions
Check and approve engineering drawings from the points of view of; technical completeness, clarity, conformance with standards, dimensional accuracy and the correct specification of materials and processes
Check and approve tolerance stack analyses for technical completeness and correctness
Assist Program Engineers with promoting and developing a generally higher level of engineering drawing, GD&T and tolerance stack analysis skills across the team through one-to-one mentoring and group training activities where required
Manage checking request log, quickly adjusting to changing priorities of multiple design teams
Ownership of program review checklists to track approved formatting and notifying design team of common findings

About This Role?
The Associate Program Master Scheduler is responsible for development, coordination, and implementation of the Program Master Schedules and their integration into the program work products. The position will be a part of the program team and work day-to-day with the program managers and control account managers.?
Develop and maintain the Program Integrated Master Plan/Schedule associated with the entire project lifecycle from RFP to program closeout that are compliant to applicable DIDs, PASEG, GASP and WBS Standards?
Lead regular status review meetings to capture accomplishments, resource and duration adjustments as well as maintaining interdependencies?
Ensure integration and synchronization of cost and schedule data?
Advises the Program Manager and Control Account Managers on schedule performance, forecasts, and risks?
Identifies, negotiates, and resolves conflicts between the stakeholders in the scheduling process?
Participate in external and internal reviews of the schedule, including surveillance and audits?

About This Role?
A Day in the Life of an Associate Production Planner:
Prepare and control the Production Schedule; coordinate the internal & external supply chain requirements to ensure appropriate flow of materials to support on time delivery of finished goods.
Advises management on the status of work in progress, material availability, potential production or capacity issues, and risks to the schedule.
Monitors internal and external supply chain alignment - identifies and resolves potential constraints, prepares work orders and purchase requisitions to support the master production schedule.?
Reviews and communicates supply vs. demand imbalances to Program Manager; provides input to Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Plays an integral role on Integrated Product Teams (IPT) effectively interfacing and communicating with internal customers on a regularly scheduled basis.
Schedules and expedites the movement of materials by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders.?
Supports the Product Manager / Account Manager by providing program work completion dates and / or risks.
Analyzes pegging reports (and other system tools) to determine critical path constraints. Performs product lead time analysis.

About this Role
We are seeking a hands-on Software/Embedded Systems Engineer to join our UAS development team. This role focuses primarily on developing C++ software running on embedded Linux platforms, integrating sensors and avionics, and working closely with hardware. Candidates should be comfortable working directly with physical systems, performing hardware/software integration, and developing applications using frameworks such as ROS/ROS2. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys practical engineering, system-level debugging, contributing to advanced UAS capabilities, and supporting both next-generation technologies and proven platforms used to protect deployed warfighters.
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain C++ software for UAS systems running on embedded Linux platforms.
· Implement and integrate ROS/ROS2 nodes for autonomy, perception, control, mission management, or sensor handling.
· Participate in software development across all phases of the lifecycle—from concept development through lab integration, evaluation, and field testing.
· Perform hands-on hardware integration, including connecting sensors, payloads, communication modules, compute hardware, and embedded control systems.
· Troubleshoot system-level issues involving software, hardware interfaces, networking, and real-time constraints.
· Work cohesively on multi-functional teams to deliver reliable, performant, and well-validated system functionality under dynamic, fast-paced program needs.
· Participate in design reviews and contribute to software architecture, system design improvements, and development best practices.
