About This Role
As a Trade Show & Events Co-op, you will work with the Marketing and Events team to plan and coordinate logistics for Textron Systems’ tradeshow presence throughout the calendar year. You will have an opportunity to build and refine skills within event and tradeshow planning, project management and execution, costing, marketing, relationship development, work prioritization and time management, intrapersonal communication, etc.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Working with Manager of Tradeshows & Events and other team members on annual tradeshow planning for Textron Systems
· Conducting research and analysis of proposed tradeshows and costs, and present findings to team for review and consideration.
· Coordinating aspects of assigned events:
o Coordinate event and attendee logistics; track and meet show organizer deadlines and vendor deadlines including housing, badge passes, tradeshow logistics, invitation, graphics, video, shipping, etc.
o Collaborate with events team members and marketing colleagues to offer creative solutions and ideas
o Plan event details with assigned budget in mind, process show related invoices for payment and record spending
o Provide weekly updates to the tradeshow manager on the status of all projects and tasks
o Update show plans, coordinate planning meetings with key stakeholders pre-show and post-show. Assist with post-show survey logistics and ROI analysis.
o Help maintain inventory of tradeshow properties and event materials
· Utilize meeting scheduling tools to record customer engagements and meeting schedule updates, flow of meetings and use of conference room at select events
· Support event activity with all levels of management and key stakeholders at various stages of show planning, execution, and post-show

About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to focus on electronics/electrical manufacturing assembly and testing of products across the product life cycle spectrum. As part of our dedicated ISC team, Manufacturing Process Engineer’s principal responsibilities are to develop repeatable and reproducible assembly, inspection, and test instructions, identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes. Responsibilities will also include other upstream activities such as capital equipment, facility requirements, existing and emerging manufacturing technologies, tool design, cost estimating, and configuration control. Job Summary:
The Supplier Development Engineer is responsible for delivering strategic and tactical supply chain activities for our supply base to effectively support all Textron Systems’ businesses across all site locations with a focus on overall external supply chain improvement.
Each team member will develop optimized external supply chain capability, enabling the highest levels of competition among the highest performing suppliers, geographically located; to optimally support our business throughout all phases of the product life cycle with a particular focus on Quality.
This role includes performing: - supplier assessments and development evaluations, supplier identification, and supplier management tasks. Working collaboratively across all product domains to understand the needs of the business and drive supply chain execution and accountability to the highest attainable level

The Supplier Development Engineer is specifically responsible for driving results with our suppliers across multiple supply categories including mechanical and/or electrical parts and assemblies in all facets of performance, including cost, delivery and quality. This role will report directly to the Manager of Supplier Development within the Supply Chain organization.
Key responsibilities:
· Develop Relationships throughout the Supply Base and connect that network with Internal customers and drive Quality into the foundation for execution
· Perform and/or participate in source qualification by performing quality management system surveys and special process surveys.
· Solicit supplier inputs into product design, considering design for manufacturability, cost, reliability, parts availability, and more.
· Perform Manufacturing Readiness Assessments (MRA) as appropriate for suppliers.
· Coordinate the effective flow-downs of contractual requirements to suppliers along with alignment on quality codes and performance expectations.
· Execute supplier development strategies balanced across all domains.
· Partner with Sourcing Engineering, Supplier Management, Buyers, and Quality Engineering to ensure a smooth transition to the identified source enabling seamless execution via leading effective Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM).
· Coordinate with Quality Engineering inspection requirements of suppliers and execute inspection requirements such as first article inspection, managing nonconforming materials, troubleshooting, processing material review board actions, etc.
· Lead management of critical supplier issues to improve overall execution.
· Lead risk assessments via FMEA/Risk Cubes, RCCA, countermeasures and supplier scorecard reviews.
· Perform data analysis and issue reports on supplier performance to ensure suppliers meet and maintain expected performance levels inclusive of quality and delivery.

Job Summary
Textron Systems is seeking an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Sourcing Engineer focused on Design for Manufacturing and Assembly as part of the Strategic Outsourcing Strategy. The focus will be to engage with the internal customers to understand the business opportunities, collaborate with Strategic Sourcing Managers to help provide an effective, stable, and successful roadmap for Partnerships and Suppliers for Supply Chain. This individual will support required engineering input (technical producibility/DFX, evaluations, assessments, etc.) for new product development with internal customers, building and acting as a conduit to set up the supply base and with the goal to help mature the manufacturing readiness. The Associate Sourcing Engineer will identify, build, help manage and maintain capable supplier sources, and grow their network and knowledge. They will help drive the optimization of design for supplier manufacturability, design for supplier assembly, outsourcing design to cost & quality, and further support prototyping validation/readiness leading to a successful product roadmap for stable transition to production. Responsibilities will also include the collaboration and integration of the outsourcing strategy with other roles within the Supply Chain and Operations Team and provide Sourcing Engineering value in the establishment of suppliers. The Associate Sourcing Engineer will support upstream activities, such as Bill of Material (BOM) development, Plan for every Part initiative (PFEP), inclusion of emerging manufacturing technologies, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), cost validation & estimating. The Associate Sourcing Engineer will work closely with Design Engineering Team/IPT, Engineering Prototype and Test Teams, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality to help complete initial prototype builds, analyze supplier results, and provide technical guidance in the supplier management process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with Sourcing Management and with internal customers (Business Development, Programs, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.) and provide technical outsourcing recommendations that will support the maturation of business opportunities and program development goals.

· When requested, provide inputs, support and review technical evaluation documentation, populate capability development documentation and participate in Design Reviews (TRR, TIM, PDR, CDR, etc.).
· Collaborate with Supply Chain buyers and Sub-Contract and estimating team to develop outsourcing should-cost analysis.
· Work with preferred suppliers and internal team members to develop products and processes and make effective recommendations to optimize producibility and cost.
· Identify and support resolution of supplier/partner gap analysis based on technical & manufacturing readiness assessments to mature the product into a smooth Transition to Production (TTP)
· Perform requirements validations for capability and manufacturability, manage and perform Suppler Issue/risk assessments (DFMEA/PFMEA), and identify mitigation strategies that improve cost, schedule, and quality performance.
· Help identify performance tracking metrics, developing standardized processes and tools for Product Readiness Reviews (PRR) for assessment analysis & tracking.
· Collaborate supplier/part manufacturing and sourcing plans with IPT (Integrated Project Team), including Sub-contract and Buyers.
· Support the identification of cost savings and cost avoidance information for sourcing improvement opportunities.
· Build, maintain and grow a database of potential supplier sources that meet performance criteria based on business mission objectives.
· Benchmark & work with key suppliers to establish effective yield metrics and performance indicators.

Job Summary:
Provide information systems security support from a managerial and technical standpoint for DoD and Non-DoD classified systems and networks. Standing up and maintaining accreditations for classified systems and networks. Classified Systems & Networks range in complexity and size to include multi-platform computing (Linux, Windows, Solaris, VMWare), virtual environments, and mobile systems. Extensive experience with eMASS, NISPOM Chapter 8, DCSA DAAPM, DISA STIGs. Assemble and maintain security plan accreditation packages per Risk Management Framework (RMF).
ISSO Responsibilities, but are not limited to:
· Provide technical and procedural Information System (IS) Security advice to government and industrial teams.
· Understand, implement, and enforce the security policies and processes that are required by: the NISPOM, DCSA DAAPM, System Security Plans (SSPs), NIST Security Controls.
· Coordinate with PSO or cognizant security official on approval of External Information Systems (e.g. guest systems, interconnected system with another organization).
· Oversee any ISSO/ISSE or Security Analysts under their purview to ensure they follow established IS policies and procedures.
· Assume ISSO/ISSE responsibilities in the absence of other ISSO/ISSE; maintain required IA certifications
· Understand, implement, and enforce security policies and processes to maintain the with respect to: Removable Media Creation, Trusted Download, Safeguarding Classified Information, Classified Markings, Wireless Devices, and relevant System Security Plans (SSPs).
· Perform Systems Administration for Linux/Windows operating systems.
· Serve as the lead for Windows/Linux security configurations and interact with Textron Systems and Government Approving Authorities for all inspections of these systems.
· Utilize a variety of accredited security software tools to conduct vulnerability assessments, continuous monitoring scans, and those employed to maintain OS configurations.
· Coordinate IS security inspections, tests, and reviews
· Ensure CM policies and procedures for authorizing the use of hardware/software on an IS are followed. Any additions, changes or modifications to hardware, software, or firmware must be coordinated with the appropriate AO prior to the addition, change or modification
· Maintain a working knowledge of system functions, security policies, technical security safeguards, and operational security measures
· Working experience with High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptors/TACLANE
· Analyze security audits for non-standard events and media write control logs. Assist in investigations involving anomalies
· Validate systems & networks are patched in accordance with IAVM guidelines for patching and executing Continuous Monitoring activities
· Maintain a working knowledge of Textron Systems security policies and procedures and the requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Success in this role means you can develop, implement, and maintain secure, cost-efficient environments supporting the warfighters. Program teams rely on your collaboration and guidance to define computing requirements and develop solutions to solve infrastructure problems. Knowledge of Windows and Linux desktop and server operating systems is required. The System Administrator is responsible for information system patching, anti-virus updates and installations, vulnerability management, and user account management. You will work with Cybersecurity professionals, such as ISSM, ISSO to maintain security compliance requirements. This candidate will perform desktop support, resetting passwords, installing, network configuration and troubleshooting, upgrading applications, and respond to incidents that occur on the information systems.
Systems Administrator Responsibilities, but are not limited to:
• The ability to maintain an Active SECRET Clearance.
• 3+ years of Windows and/or Linux System Admin experience, certifications and degree considered in lieu of experience.

Textron System, Electronic Systems is seeking an experienced Digital Design Engineer with strong leadership skills to develop solutions for a variety of technical challenges. The Digital Design Engineer will not only engage in a variety of technical projects including Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) hardware and firmware design, and embedded microcontroller design and development, but will also lead projects and manage a team of engineers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a team of engineers, providing guidance and oversight on their tasks and ensuring successful project completion.
- Designing Digital Signal Processing code for FPGAs (Altera/Intel or Xilinx/AMD).
- Developing code for embedded microcontrollers (Atmel, Microchip, etc).
- Architecture planning and system level design.
- Solving complex problems that may require research and analysis of alternatives involving many factors.
- Working independently to determine and develop innovative solutions.
- Contributing to and/or ensuring the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.
- Writing interface control documents, specifications, and test procedures for designs.
- Reporting status including schedule progress and problems/issues.
- Working closely with hardware in a lab setting, and debugging using lab equipment (e.g. Spectrum Analyzer, Digital Oscilloscope).

About This Role

The candidate should be comfortable as a cognizant designer of complex printed circuit boards utilizing micro-processors & controllers, high efficiency power supply design, analog signal conditioning, sensors, and RF components. There is also a desire that the applicant have experience designing systems to initiate ordnance under the rigor required by the safety community. Experience with FPGA design in VHDL or Verilog is a bonus. This position requires that the candidate be a US citizen with or capable of receiving a secret level security clearance.
