About This Role

The Quality Engineer I performs assignments that necessitate independent evaluation, selection, and application of standard Quality Engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, employing judgment and ingenuity to make necessary adaptations and modifications. This role involves working on moderately complex contracts, requiring autonomous execution within a defined set of skills or knowledge areas. The Quality Engineer supports various activities, including product design, quality planning, production processes, data analysis, and metric development. Additionally, the role involves identifying root causes of issues, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous process and product improvements to enhance overall quality.
Responsibilities:
· Reviews customer contracts on simple to moderately complex projects; responsible for requirements analysis, identification, and definition.
· Performs quality planning activities including development of Quality Plan, Quality Assurance Directive and Inspection Plan documents as required by the assigned project(s).
· Uses knowledge of inspection tools and techniques to define inspection requirements.
· Participates in product development and design document reviews targeting DFX

The Manager, Manufacturing Engineering (ME) manages a team of Manufacturing Engineers who will be focused on developing tooling, resolving and preventing issues in production, and incorporating design changes. This individual will work with their team to correct errors in work instructions and parts allocations real time, eliminating production downtime and inefficiencies. The ME Supervisors will also restructure work scope between build stations as required to maintain an efficient product flow and support production by providing on-the-spot coverage for questions and clarifications on work scope, technical details, or blueprint interpretation. This individual will guide the team in effective review of Engineering Change Notice (ECN) content to prevent future issues from reaching production.
The ME Supervisor will ensure production support departments work together to meet schedule and objectives, develops and maintains relevant team performance metrics and implement corrective actions to address deficiencies. In coordination with the ME manager, provides strategic direction for short and long-term improvements regarding safety, quality, and cost. This individual must have a passion for innovation, standardization, and quality accompanied by exceptional communication skills, power to positively influence and develop others and be a result-oriented leader.

About This Role
The Financial Analyst position conducts analysis, maintains forecasts, and provides EACs for various programs. Under the direction of a Finance Director, the Analyst will generate and track monthly budgets, cost projections, and variance analysis, in addition to various Earned Value reports within the Land Systems Operating Unit.
Level II Responsibilities
- Support assigned programs with timely analysis, financial modeling and recommendations for decision making.
- Use analysis to identify and investigate program issues and advise on appropriate course of action.
- Conduct program analysis, maintain forecasts and provide monthly Estimate at Completion (EACs).
- Establish and maintain standard corporate financial reports and program Earned Value status reports.
- Provide real time information to Finance Director regarding changes in program financials and execution.
- Analyze program data to ensure estimates are accurate and complete and are in accordance with SOX and Internal Controls.
- Other duties as assigned.
Level III Responsibilities
- Use analysis and financial data to advise program managers and business leaders during monthly reviews and during critical business decisions.

About This Role
The Program Master Scheduler is responsible for development, coordination, and implementation of the Program Master Schedules and their integration into the program work products. The position will be a part of the program team and work day-to-day with the program managers and control account managers.
· Develop and maintain the Program Integrated Master Plan/Schedule associated with the entire project lifecycle from RFP to program closeout that are compliant to applicable DIDs, PASEG, GASP and WBS Standards
· Lead regular status review meetings to capture accomplishments, resource and duration adjustments as well as maintain interdependencies

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join the Crewed Land Systems team as Program Manager, Manufacturing. This position directs all manufacturing-related scope for the ARV from inception to completion, including the transition to production. This role will establish readiness of the entire manufacturing value chain including internal and external operations for the required deliverables. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver program performance and results. Specific responsibilities and job duties include:
· Creates, implements and executes the manufacturing plan per contract requirements
· Drives manufacturing quality assurance implementation and readiness for production
· Creating, implementing, maintaining and executing program plans to achieve cost, schedule and quality objectives for assigned scope

About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking a project engineer to technically lead the Mobile Strike Force Vehicle (MSFV) program. For this program, Textron Systems has secured an effort to update and build 65 MSFVs to provide allied forces vehicles to Ukraine. Project engineers will work primarily with the engineering disciplines and program teams to plan and execute the MSFV project to achieve defined objectives within cost and schedule constraints. Project Engineers lead a multidisciplinary team and provide technical leadership and guidance on development efforts that impact on ground vehicles products and programs. As a MSFV Project Engineer, the Project Engineer ensures that the engineering efforts meet customer and internal requirements.
MSFV Project Engineer roles and responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with Program Management to tightly control program schedule and budget
• Resolve schedule, resource, and technical conflicts
• Navigate and lead multidiscipline teams through unusually complex technical problems and provide solutions
• Collaborate with functional managers to organize and delegate key tasks
• Interact daily with program managers, planners, engineers and technicians
• Generate statements of work and managing outside contractor performance
• Act as a technical interface between engineering development team, Integrated Product Teams, and Integrated Supply Chain for product and program needs
• Chair (or delegate) responsibilities to execute change control boards for your project /product

We are seeking highly skilled Test Engineers to join our dynamic engineering team. This is an interdisciplinary role, enabling the full life cycle development of our products. This role may include supporting development of new products and product upgrades, payload design, integration and test, and development of fielding solutions for our military and commercial customers. Required experience includes hardware and/or software integration, managing requirements derivation and allocation, and successfully working within a collaborative team environment. A desire to take ownership of design efforts to ensure integration of new technology into our vehicles is essential.
Responsible for design, development, and execution of tests for products (hardware, software, systems) to ensure quality, functionality, and reliability, creating test plans, writing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams for fixes, ultimately ensuring products meet specifications and user needs before launch
Test Planning & Design: Understand requirements, define scope, objectives, and resources, then create detailed test plans, strategies, and procedures
Test Case Development: Write specific test cases and scripts for various tests (functional, performance, security, etc.).
