A Sr Maintenance Mechanic, under general supervision, is required to perform any and all tasks assigned by management based on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and repair tasks related to facility structure and equipment using diagnostic devices (i.e., torque wrenches, volt / ohm meter, etc.) which are provided by the Company.
Primary work includes troubleshooting/repair of forklifts and vehicles. Needs experience in hydraulics and engine repairs. May include engine tune-ups or other vehicle maintenance with minimal supervision. Certification a plus.
Specific duties may also include mechanical repairs, tubing mechanic work and minor welding; light carpentry, laminating; adhesive bonding of wall panels; painting; changing of light bulbs; general electrical and mechanical tasks such as changing oil filters on equipment, etc.
Work from Engineering drawings, sketches and written and verbal instructions.
May direct the activities or tasks of other employees.
Maintain records, forms and logs as required.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.

About This Role
The Senior Compliance Specialist (Supply Chain) position encompasses the requirements to ensure that procurement activity is consistently within the guidelines set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DoD FAR applicable government/customer regulations, processes and procedures. This position serves as a subject matter expert on all Supply Chain Management (SCM) audit and compliance matters or concerns. Coordination with internal functional management, departments, staff and external customers (both Government and applicable Customers) is a normal occurrence. This position functions as a liaison with government agencies for matters involving SCM and Procurement for all audits, data collection, reporting and process change controls involved. In performing this role, the Senior Compliance Specialist will:
Responsibilities
- Review, record and debrief the results of Purchase Order audits to the responsible individuals for all procurement actions performed.
- Ensure adherence with all applicable government, customer and company processes and procedures.
- Ensure during debriefing of SCM purchase orders/subcontracts, all Recommendations, Corrective & Preventative Actions are appropriate, are implemented/corrected as planned and have the intended effectiveness.
- Perform ongoing in-process PO and subcontract audits. Capture trends and provide training on gap correction. Identifies recurring events and ensures appropriate actions are taken, such as Management notification utilizing weekly and quarterly upper management reporting/briefings.
- Assist with the preparation of data for and support external audit actions by US Government auditors to include DCAA, DCMA and other agencies. Assists with all internal audit actions.
- Keep team members informed of the status of assigned work. Monitoring work products and coordinating with management for findings/issues identified
- Lead, manage, write and participate in posting all process/procedure changes for supply chain management.
- Ensure timely and accurate notices of all process changes are provided for all affected individuals.
- Lead and participate directly in the investigation/audit process.

We are seeking multiple highly qualified candidates to lead and support our Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle (ARV) engineering projects supporting our internal development initiatives and our contract programs. The Project Engineers will work primarily with the engineering disciplines and program teams to plan and execute ARV project to achieve defined objectives within cost and schedule constraints. Project Engineers lead a multidisciplinary team and provide technical leadership and guidance on development efforts that impact on ground vehicles products and programs. As a member of ARV Project Engineering team, the ARV Project Engineers ensures that the engineering efforts meet customer and internal requirements.
ARV Project Engineer roles and responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with Program Management to tightly control program schedule and budget per customer Earned-Value Managements System requirements (EVMS)
• Resolve schedule, resource, and technical conflicts
• Navigate and lead multidiscipline teams through unusually complex technical problems and provide solutions
• Collaborate with functional managers to organize and delegate key tasks
• Interact daily with program managers, planners, engineers and technicians
• Generate statements of work and managing outside contractor performance
• Act as a technical interface between engineering development team, Integrated Product Teams, and Integrated Supply Chain for product and program needs
• Chair (or delegate) responsibilities to execute change control boards for your project /product

ARV Automotive Project Engineer Roles/Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing and coordinating all ARV Automotive and Vehicle specific-related activities, acting as a liaison between different teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
o Manage and coordinate Vehicle and Automotive Design, Development, Integration and Test Activities
o Supports Chief Engineer to drive technical risk and maturity into Vehicle/Automotive system designs and development
o Coordinate Engineering support of Vehicle of builds, outfitting, test and final delivery

About This Role
The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for leading supply chain activities to effectively support all Textron Systems’ businesses. This includes establishing comprehensive and new supply chain strategies, leading optimal execution of purchasing activities, sub-contract management and supplier management. An Associate EH&S Specialist will work to develop, implement, and enforce environmental, health, and safety policies to ensure a safe, compliant workplace (OSHA/EPA). Key duties include conducting hazard assessments, managing incident investigations, providing employee training, and supporting sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities

Job Summary:
A Production Planner will develop and manage the execution of the production schedule as a result of line of balance output, taking into consideration the available capacity, material availability and program delivery commitments. A Production Planner communicates to leadership and program managers the manufacturing status, expected completion dates and production risk analysis based on internal and external supply.
Responsibilities:
• Partners with procurement, production manager, quality, engineering, and program management, and other supply chain disciplines to proactively plan, schedule, and effectively manage development, production, and aftermarket support environments.
• Manages and own the execution of items associated with their planner code, to include release of internal jobs to the program, factory, release of purchase requisitions, manage disruptions in the internal factory (shortages, MRB, internal and external constraints), and provides feedback to internal customers.
• Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
• Monitors internal and external supply chain alignment – identifies and resolves potential constraints, maintains line of balance (build through) and purchase requests for the production or purchase of components / parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements.
• Plays an integral part of product Integrated Product Teams (IPT) by effectively interfacing with internal customers.
• Assists management in the development and execution of plans for assigned products to maximize scheduled on-time completion. Analyzes supply and demand data and reports to determine critical path constraints.
• Manages manual demand for top/down & bottom-up releases, facilitates ECN/ECP changes and coordinates production cut-ins. Reviews excess material for possible consumption in other jobs. Creates material transfers, borrow/payback transactions and PO change requests.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from management and other departments, providing timely and accurate analysis and reports.

The Test and Evaluation (T&E) Project Manager oversees T&E activities throughout all project lifecycle phases to ensure alignment with cost, schedule, and performance baselines. This position reports to the Program Management Lead for the Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle (ARV) Pre-Production Development program.
T&E Project Manager Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the technical and program team to develop and maintain a master T&E schedule, including development of test plans, procedures and execution of test and evaluation events.
Establish and manage schedule, financial and performance baselines for T&E activities, including resource allocation across manpower, materials, and subcontractors. Oversee the T&E effort through application of earned value principles.
Support the creation of comprehensive test plans and procedures outlining test objectives, methods, equipment, and exit criteria for developmental, verification and production testing.
Ensure proper setup and execution of testing processes across product lifecycle stages (e.g., component-level to full-system evaluation).
Coordinate test execution at facilities and field locations, managing logistics and resolving site-specific issues
Identify risks related to testing activities, such as potential technical issues, site logistics challenges, or equipment availability. Establish tracking, reporting, and mitigation plans to address test-specific risks and uncertainties.
