We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join the Crewed Land Systems team as Program Manager, Manufacturing. This position directs all manufacturing-related scope for the ARV from inception to completion, including the transition to production. This role will establish readiness of the entire manufacturing value chain including internal and external operations for the required deliverables. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver program performance and results. Specific responsibilities and job duties include:
· Creates, implements and executes the manufacturing plan per contract requirements
· Drives manufacturing quality assurance implementation and readiness for production
· Creating, implementing, maintaining and executing program plans to achieve cost, schedule and quality objectives for assigned scope
· Leads coordination with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure program requirements are met and result in end-user success
· Leads efforts for major program reviews related to manufacturing and supply efforts including process verifications and supplier production readiness reviews
· Detects program issues and risks, and implements corrective actions and mitigation strategies to realign efforts with project goals
· Identifies program opportunities for improvements and defines promotion plans
· Serves as a Point of Contact with external and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and potential challenges of assigned scope
· Coordinates manufacturing program forecasting, resource planning, and budgeting

• Manage all phases of programs from inception through completion, Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. About This Role
Textron Systems Electronic Systems (TSES) group is looking for a Sr Operations Project Manager to join our growing Program Management team and help us in providing services and support to our hardware and software customers around the globe.

- Integrating the TSES Business Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and annual inventory forecasts to keep business positioned ahead of supply chain impacts and customer needs.

Role Overview

Responsibilities:
• Supports the development and preparation of program plans, schedules, baselines, estimates at complete (EAC) and estimates to complete (ETC) development and reviews
• With appropriate background and experience, acts as a Control Account Manager?(CAM) for assigned scope
• Supports baseline development, audit support, financial and investigative analysis, and real-time information and analysis to PMs, technical leads and finance

This role works closely with the Engineering and Operations teams to execute program planning and control activities for various customers. Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented?CDRL (Contract Data Requirements List) and Integrated Digital Environment (IDE) Lead?for a large-scale program. The role is responsible for managing all contractual data deliverables, ensuring compliance with defense regulations, and overseeing the effective deployment and use of the IDE for digital collaboration and data management. Serving as a liaison between government customers, contractors, and internal teams, the CDRL and IDE Lead ensures accurate, timely, and secure data delivery while optimizing workflows to meet critical program objectives.
This role requires someone with a deep understanding of government contracting, defense program requirements, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a classified or security-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. CDRL Management:
• Serve as the primary authority for managing all CDRL deliverables, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and customer contract specifications.
• Interpret and analyze government contracts (DIDs, CDRLs) and establish workflows to meet all requirements.
• Develop and maintain CDRL data tracking processes in line with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring timely delivery.
• Partner with technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate contributions for all deliverables in alignment with program milestones.
• Perform reviews for accuracy, formatting, completeness, and compliance with contractual or legal criteria.
2. IDE Deployment and Oversight:
• Lead the design, deployment, and continuous management of the IDE used for collaboration and data management between internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and government stakeholders.
• Oversee configuration management processes within the IDE to ensure proper version control and traceability throughout the program lifecycle.
• Manage user access controls and establish governance policies to maintain compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements (e.g., NIST 800-171, CMMC).
• Troubleshoot IDE technical issues and serve as the point of contact between program teams and IT support.
• Monitor IDE utilization and recommend improvements to streamline complex workflows.
3. Contract Compliance and Risk Management:
• Monitor all program deliverables to ensure compliance with defense industry standards and other contractually obligated requirements.
• Identify potential risks (e.g., late submissions, non-compliance) and work with IPTs to implement mitigation strategies in alignment with the program risk management plan.
• Act as a liaison to clarify requirements, provide status updates, and address evolving program needs.
• Provide management and leadership teams with consistent reporting on CDRL schedules, IDE progress, and deliverable metrics.
