About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to execute the successful completion of major projects in support of strategic priorities and complex technical objectives, the Manufacturing Engineer IV, either alone or by leading a team, applies advanced manufacturing technical principles, theories and concepts to the development of innovative manufacturing technology on existing or advanced designs, concepts, processes, systems and tools. Exercising considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of an assignment, the individual possesses company unique Manufacturing Engineering knowledge and expertise in multiple specialty and advanced manufacturing technical areas with project management-oriented implementation skills. Represents Manufacturing Engineering as prime manufacturing technical contact on advanced projects and/or programs coordinating manufacturing technology deliverables between functional organizations.

- Able to coordinate cognizant design engineering and operations teams to perform producibility analysis and manufacturing trade studies to determine cost effective solutions to complex manufacturing technical objectives and support formal CCB reviews.
- Able to self-educate and reach out to SMEs to work toward goals and objectives on complex issues with minimal guidance.
- Work and deliverables reviewed and checked through peer reviews and management reviews.
- Mentors and shares manufacturing technology expertise with teammates and colleagues.
- Perform make/buy analyses for new designs.
- Knowledge and/or expertise in several manufacturing technologies/methods to include, but not limited to the following:
- Electrical and/or Mechanical Systems – New Product Introduction including fixture design, prove out, development of manufacturing processes, tool integration, equipment, and product verification.
- Knowledge of DFX principles, specifically: Manufacturability, Assembly, Testability, Reliability, Cost and Quality.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and appropriate tolerance methodology with Model Based Definition files in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of machining best practices
- Knowledge of J-STD-001 and IPC-610 is a plus
- Support and/or lead efforts with internal and external suppliers to address manufacturability improvements and resolve issues.
- Tool and Equipment Integration – Facility requirements, ergonomics, safety, environmental,
- Electrical and/or Mechanical Systems – New Product Introduction including fixture design, prove out, development of manufacturing processes, tool integration, equipment, and product verification.
- Ability to detect and analyze potential design issues, and to apply logical or scientific solutions to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
- Ability to visualize and comprehend critical elements of a manufacturing environment, and to understand the interactions of various factors that affect engineering designs. Able to apply engineering design and analysis knowledge to evaluate discrepancies and anomalies.
- Manufacturing specific computer skills: ERP and MRP (e.g. Oracle); PLM (e.g. Matrix); MES (e.g. Solumina) or equivalent
- Experience with CAD software (UG NX 10+).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office tools of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Outlook

The Manufacturing Master Scheduler, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. The scheduler will assist in all capacities to maintain supply/demand balance relative to labor capacity, externally supplied material lead times and ensure on time delivery to the customer need. Translate program demand plans into ERP system forecasts and then, upon project funding, release executable demand and drive schedule fidelity through to customer delivery. The preferred candidate will be an individual with bias for action, strategic thinking, data analysis, problem solving, exceptional customer focus, communications, and a sound foundation in Material Planning and Production Control practices.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create program specific forecasts in the Oracle ERP system and support proposal activities by providing scheduling and lead time analysis
Review MRP output of time phased requirements, compare against total shop load and standard lead times, adjust forecast as necessary to avoid overloading/constraining work centers or compressing material procurement
Communicate need dates for funding/demand release along with schedule commitments back to the program
Convert forecast to released system demand upon program authorization
Identify supply/demand imbalances and resolve them through collaboration with ISC cross-functional team
Re-schedule released demand per agreed upon recovery schedule worked out with production management
Prepare and speak to PowerPoint slides highlighting schedule risks and mitigation actions
Maintain product family forecasts of funded and un-funded work across all businesses extending out 24-36 months into the future
Lead Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning (SIOP) process and report-out meetings to executive leadership
Perform data extraction and analysis to determine focus areas of improvement and accurate decision-making.
Participate in continuous improvement activities that span various factory areas and locations

About This Role
A Maintenance Weld Technician, under general supervision, is required to perform any and all tasks assigned by management based on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
· Primary duties may include performing complex troubleshooting and repairs on welding equipment, maintaining welding machines and welding machine accessories, providing production support as needed and performing equipment preventative maintenance related to production equipment.
· Additional duties may include performing light mechanical duties, light electrical duties, painting, light carpentry, and general equipment preventative maintenance.
· Perform preventative and repair tasks related to facility equipment using diagnostics devices (i.e. welding machine load bank, multimeter, amp probe, phase meter, etc.) which are all provided by the Company.
· Be able to read and work from electrical schematics and to trace electrical wiring.

About ATAC
Textron Systems - ATAC provides tactical flight training and adversary aggressor services for U.S.
Navy, Marine and Air Force pilots, and is the only organization certified to train the Navy’s
TOPGUN program. ATAC operates simultaneously across eight sites and two continents and
comprises the world’s largest outsourced civilian, tactical airborne training organization and
proudly provides the highest quality live training to Squadrons, Air Wings, and Battle Groups.

Summary:
The Plans and Schedules/Ramco Administrator will perform Aircraft Logs and Records duties,
RAMCO database functions, and associated tasks as part of a team, implementing and
maintaining the ongoing requirements of the Aircraft Maintenance Program.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the accurate documentation of all Aircraft maintenance tasks in
associated logs and records, monitors and updates Aircraft Flight Records, track and
notify Maintenance Managers of aircraft component Life Limits, major inspections, and
overhaul requirements throughout the life of the aircraft.
• Utilizes the RAMCO System and all supporting tools, content, and technologies, roles,
users, security, internal system notifications and other instructional technology user
accounts. Reviews the accuracy of documentation of RAMCO System support methods,
procedures, and configuration.
• Troubleshoots routine RAMCO network problems. Evaluates and follows through on
issues and problems until resolved or escalated. Reviews the accuracy of documentation
of server support methods, procedures, and configuration.
• Training Material: Works with Logistics, Flight operations, Aircraft Maintenance, and
Finance staff to provide help resources and training for users, how-to guides, and FAQs
related to the usage of the learning of the RAMCO System.
• User & Technology Support: Establishes business relationships with both internal and
external clients. Attend meetings, answer questions, and provides technical guidance
and/or training to users to ensure the success of the RAMCO System and the tools used
in conjunction with it.
• Documentation: Documents all project and task activity using the appropriate tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of aviation systems administration experience
• Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Database Systems (RAMCO, NALCOMIS, AMS)
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
• Experience using complex tracking systems in an aircraft maintenance environment,
• Knowledge of Cloud solutions such as Azure
