About This Role
The position will be responsible for the setup, calibration, and operation of equipment used in production, engineering and field support departments. Requires working from verbal or written instructions, diagrams, or models. Responsible for capturing the calibration outcome and data using a web-based database application. Technicians will also create calibration processes and procedures for new equipment. Performing maintenance or small repairs of equipment as required.
Performs one or more technical functions related to the support of engineering such as set-up, operation, testing, detailing and/or calibration of systems or specialized equipment. Follows established policies and procedures. You may assist senior technicians or engineers in basic process development or evaluation and requires basic knowledge of procedures and technical theory in assigned product areas.
The Sr. Calibration Technician position is responsible for execution of work orders within the calibration lab based on established frequency schedules. Included in the calibration execution is required but not limited to meters, scopes, generators, hi/low/vacuum pressure gauges, temperature equipment, counters, analyzers, power supplies, RF equipment, test tools, amplifiers, probes, tools, indicators, torque wrenches, ESD benches, and weight scales.

JOB SCOPE:
· Set-up and operate computer and/or electronic controlled machines. Work from operation sheets, specifications, blue prints, manuals, etc. Use shop mathematics, handbook formulas and a variety of precision instruments and a working knowledge of the cutting qualities of material, machine feeds and speeds to perform necessary functions to operate machine i.e. load, locate and align part in fixture. Install specified numerical control tape at designated position in tape reader place all console on operation station switches, selectors and controls in proper sequence and various operations necessary to complete machine operations. Must determine cause of malfunction and make necessary adjustments. Review Cordax readouts, assist Tool Design, as needed, in new fixture, program readouts, and setup during the period of operation for required quality of parts. Maintain the set-up during the period of operation and correct tooling faults and tryout set-ups.

Welder - About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role you will be responsible for:
- MIG Weld is a minimum, TIG Weld preferred.
- Welding of aluminum and other metal materials in all positions. Must be able to work from standing, sitting, lying and kneeling positions.
- Climbing on and over vehicles, up and down ladders.
- Tack welding (kneeling, standing, sitting, lying, overhead burning of steel, dragging torch line)
- Use of jacks, porta-powers and come-a longs; some of which can weigh as much as 25 lbs.
- Lifting of material and tools (jacks, porta-powers, come-a longs, etc. Also loading and unloading of parts.
- Crawling through craft or on top of.
- Bending and twisting of your body as needed to get into different compartments.
- Operation of cranes, forklifts.
- Use of power tools (gougers, skill saws, cut saws, grinders). All require two hands on tools to operate in safe manner.
- Walking on tops of frames and tees (uneven walking surfaces)
- Need to be able to work with your hands.

About This Role
A Production Planner will develop and manage the execution of the production schedule as a result of line of balance output, taking into consideration the available capacity, material availability and program delivery commitments. A Production Planner communicates to leadership and program managers the manufacturing status, expected completion dates and production risk analysis based on internal and external supply.
Responsibilities:
· Partners with procurement, production manager, quality, engineering, and program management, and other supply chain disciplines to proactively plan, schedule, and effectively manage development, production, and aftermarket support environments.
· Manages and own the execution of items associated with their planner code, to include release of internal jobs to the program, factory, release of purchase requisitions, manage disruptions in the internal factory (shortages, MRB, internal and external constraints), and provides feedback to internal customers.
· Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
· Monitors internal and external supply chain alignment – identifies and resolves potential constraints, maintains line of balance (build through) and purchase requests for the production or purchase of components / parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements.
· Plays an integral part of product Integrated Product Teams (IPT) by effectively interfacing with internal customers.
· Assists management in the development and execution of plans for assigned products to maximize scheduled on-time completion. Analyzes supply and demand data and reports to determine critical path constraints.
· Manages manual demand for top/down & bottom-up releases, facilitates ECN/ECP changes and coordinates production cut-ins. Reviews excess material for possible consumption in other jobs. Creates material transfers, borrow/payback transactions and PO change requests.
· Respond to ad hoc requests from management and other departments, providing timely and accurate analysis and reports.

Position Summary
The CNC Machinist – ProtoTRAK will set up, program, and operate ProtoTRAK mills and CNC lathes while producing precision components to engineering specifications. The successful candidate will perform first-piece inspections, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain equipment, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams.

A Sr Maintenance Mechanic, under general supervision, is required to perform any and all tasks assigned by management based on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and repair tasks related to facility structure and equipment using diagnostic devices (i.e., torque wrenches, volt / ohm meter, etc.) which are provided by the Company.
Primary work includes troubleshooting/repair of forklifts and vehicles. Needs experience in hydraulics and engine repairs. May include engine tune-ups or other vehicle maintenance with minimal supervision. Certification a plus.
Specific duties may also include mechanical repairs, tubing mechanic work and minor welding; light carpentry, laminating; adhesive bonding of wall panels; painting; changing of light bulbs; general electrical and mechanical tasks such as changing oil filters on equipment, etc.

May direct the activities or tasks of other employees.
