Supporting the Human Resources team with ongoing and/or new projects
Assigned projects will support one or more of our HR center of excellence (talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards or HR operations) or with HR business partner work.
Being involved in related business, meetings, and processes
Reporting on your experience at the completion of the intern assignment.

Day in the Life of a Human Resources Associate
Learn, administer, and optimize HR processes to support one or more of the areas on our Total Rewards team (compensation and analytics, benefits, HR operations and compliance) in compliance with state and federal regulations
Partner with other HR professionals and business clients throughout Textron Systems and Textron to develop, implement, and assess the effectiveness of solutions
Manage human resources policies, procedures, and programs
Use data to make informed decisions
Always maintain confidentiality and discretion
