We are seeking a talented test engineer with an Electrical Engineering background to support a major US Air Force Program. As a Test Engineer, you will perform planning, coordination, and execution of electronic component, subsystem, and full system tests as well as other evaluation activities across the program. Responsibilities
Oversee and execute functional and environmental testing of electronics, including directing and guiding junior test engineers
Coordinate, schedule and lead test activities to ensure that test requirements and objectives are met per customer/program requirements and engineering and quality standards.
Lead both in-house and field data collection activities including setup and operation of high-speed cameras, telemetry systems, onboard instrumentation, and data recorders.
Generate Test Plans that provide verification method of system requirements and identify necessary test equipment, fixtures, and facilities.
Perform Test Readiness Reviews and produce Test Reports
Perform preliminary “quick-look” analysis and provide post-test de-brief to engineering team and customers
Analyze electrical program requirements for consistency and completeness, resolve discrepancies.

Provide acceptance criteria specified as measurable parameters for validation of system requirements including digital, analog, and timing outputs

Analyze and document for test hardware and software engineers strategies for implementation of tests in real world performance conditions including for example min/max parameter limits

Collaborate with multi-discipline design team to produce Test Procedures and Data Collection methods.

We are seeking an experienced Sr Materials Specialist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to join our highly skilled team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical components, subassemblies, and systems, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong aptitude for working with tools, blueprints, and technical specifications.
About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
§ Create and maintain complete material kits, ensuring all components are properly labeled and packaged.
§ Stage kits in designated areas and deliver to production based on schedule and priority.
§ Accurately pick and verify parts, ensuring correct quantities, lot traceability, and revision levels.
§ Accurately store materials in designated warehouse locations following inventory control procedures
- Maintain inventory accuracy using ERP or warehouse management systems
- Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation activities
§ Coordinate kitting and distribution of materials across multiple programs or projects

The Manufacturing Program Scheduler will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and analyzing integrated manufacturing schedules to ensure program milestones, production commitments, and delivery requirements are achieved.
This role requires excellent organization, teamwork, and communication skills to ensure program execution meets mission objectives. A successful candidate in this role will be self-driven, action-oriented, have strong written and verbal communication, and exhibit a team mentality. This position will report to the Manufacturing Program Manager within the Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed manufacturing schedules in support of all program phases, from development through full-rate production.
- Integrate production schedules with material availability, work center capacity, labor planning, and engineering release plans.
- Track progress against baseline schedules and identify risks, deviations, and potential impacts to key program milestones.
- Coordinate with functional teams to gather inputs, resolve conflicts, and improve schedule accuracy and predictability.
- Support manufacturing readiness activities, including build sequencing, lead-time management, and production change planning.
- Participate in risk and opportunity assessments related to schedule performance.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and internal schedule management requirements.
- Utilize tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or enterprise planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to manage data and generate deliverables.

The Weapon Systems business is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager for the Wilmington, MA location. The Manufacturing Project Manager will perform Earned Value management for the Operations group while assisting the Manufacturing Program Manager with executing operational commitments and completing contract deliverable documents. The Manufacturing Project Manager will also own their own projects and will coordinate with key stakeholders to execute activities across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Production Control and Logistics and Planning.

Textron Systems Wilmington, MA is seeking a a hands-on Composite Materials professional to support the development and production of advanced aerospace structures utilizing 3D woven, laminated, and resin-infused materials. This role operates at the intersection of engineering and manufacturing, with significant time spent on the shop floor and in the lab executing builds, refining processes, and conducting material testing. You will contribute to translating design requirements into repeatable manufacturing methods, troubleshooting defects, improving quality, yield, and throughput.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, low-volume/high-mix setting while collaborating closely with engineering, quality, and production teams. You must be hands-on; comfortable working in lab and production environments and be a problem solver who can iterate quickly and make data-driven decisions
About This Role
Work with design engineering to lead manufacturing development and production of advanced composite materials (3D woven, laminated, resin-infused systems).
You will be closely working with engineering on the following:
· Translate material and design requirements into robust manufacturing processes and work instructions
· Plan and execute material fabrication including layup, preforming, infusion (VARTM/RTM), and curing
- Develop and optimize process parameters (resin systems, flow media, vacuum strategy, cure cycles)
- Design and support tooling for complex preforms and infusion setups
- Perform hands-on builds, trials, and process validation on the shop floor
- Develop and execute material test plans (mechanical, thermal, environmental)
- Analyze test data to characterize material properties and drive process improvements
- Support qualification efforts (process qualification, first article support)
- Investigate defects (voids, dry spots, delamination) and lead root cause/corrective actions
- Collaborate with design engineering on material selection, stack-ups, and DFM/DFA
- Interface with suppliers for fibers, resins, and preforms; support material down select and qualification
- Ensure compliance with aerospace/defense standards and specifications
- Identify emerging manufacturing technologies and perform cost/benefit analysis for implementation.

Textron Systems Wilmington, MA is seeking an Electrically focused Manufacturing Engineer in a hands-on, production-facing role responsible for launching new electrically complex defense products into manufacturing. This person will serve as the primary manufacturing engineering support during prototype and initial production builds.
The ideal candidate will work initially with engineering on design reviews and once material is available will work on the shop floor alongside technicians, quality inspectors, and test personnel to ensure safe, repeatable, compliant builds. This is not a documentation-only role. You will be building, troubleshooting, iterating, and improving in real time alongside technicians and design engineers. You will close the gap between engineering intent and production reality.
