About This Role
The Sea Systems team is seeking highly qualified candidates to function as an experienced Systems Engineer supporting our unmanned surface vessel product development initiatives and our contract programs. The strong candidate will possess a broad knowledge base in multiple engineering disciplines and be able to execute in both R&D and production environments. Required experience includes hardware and/or software integration, managing requirements derivation and allocation, overseeing technical execution of engineering projects, and successfully working within a collaborative team environment. A desire to take ownership of design efforts to integrate new technology into our vehicles and payloads is essential.
Roles and responsibilities include:
• Lead full-life cycle engineering design and development activities for the CUSV platform.
• Lead and/or perform requirements analysis, systems modeling (SYSML), trade studies, requirements derivation, design review support, integration planning, test, verification, risk management, and engineering analysis.
• Development of systems architectures and concepts of operations.
• Use technical acumen and problem-solving skills toward the execution of systems engineering tasks.
• Perform a review of engineering work products to ensure technically accurate and quality work products.
• Prepare and present systems engineering work products to internal review teams and external customers at program IPT meetings and milestone reviews.
• Generate solid systems engineering task Basis of Estimates and manage Earned Value for systems engineering design/development cost accounts as Cost Account Manager.
• Generate subcontract statements of work and manage outside subcontractor performance.
• Provide tasking to junior systems engineering team on your program and mentorship to support task completion.
• Joint management of the CUSV JIRA Problem Change Report (PCR) Database and PCR adjudication and resolution process.
• Lead and/or perform systems engineering content for Engineering Change Proposals and Requests for Deviation.
• Interact daily with program managers, planners, engineers, and technicians.
• Drive tasks to completion independently.
• Travel in support of project execution and testing as required, up to 15%.

About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team in the development of electronic controls for a space-grade weapons program. The successful candidate will be responsible for all technical aspects of the project, ensuring the integration of technical efforts across Cognizant Engineers and supporting organizations. This role also includes schedule planning, Cost-Account Management, and the supervision of multi-disciplined direct reports. About This Role
Textron Systems, Uncrewed Sea Systems, is looking for a highly organized individual to assist the Surface Vessel Engineering team in our Sea Systems division. This position provides administrative support to engineers in their daily activities. Tasks include tracking and managing engineering workflows & metrics, managing engineering meetings and minutes, reviewing and formatting engineering documentation, managing engineering purchases and expense reporting, interfacing with procurement and other departments within Textron Systems, and ensuring documents are under proper configuration management control.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Compile and consolidate data from engineers
• Work with our Integrated Supply Chain to create and track material requisitions and inventory
• Purchase and track engineering equipment
• Generate documentation to support the business line
• Assist with the configuration management of Vessels, ground stations, and supporting equipment.

Seeking a senior ATE Project Lead, to support ATE development in the Textron Weapon Systems Line of Business. Applicants should have a strong background in all aspects of Test Equipment development and possess a demonstrated ability in leading technical teams. Responsibilities will include designing, developing, integrating, and deploying Automated Test Equipment. The successful candidate will have intimate technical knowledge of Commercial (COTS) Instrumentation, Test Equipment electrical design, mechanical design, software design, Calibration, and Self-Test methods, etc.

Experienced Systems Engineer to support development of a variety of military based, complex systems.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the systems engineering efforts and supporting the development of complex military systems. Your expertise and technical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the successful design, integration, and implementation of cutting-edge defense technologies. Conduct system modeling, operations analysis, and requirements decomposition in support of system design. Perform system level trade analysis of different design options including estimated development and operational costs.

Address Engineering Lifecycle from development to manufacturing to fielding and support
Ensure requirements traceability, interface management, and risk analysis for the system. Coordinate and execute milestone project reviews, technical reviews, and decision tradeoff analysis.
Expertise in one or more of the following optional areas will be useful in this position:
- Use of Model Based Systems Engineering principles to develop SysML Models
- Experience with DOORS requirement management tool

The candidate should be comfortable as a cognizant designer of complex printed circuit boards utilizing micro-processors & controllers, high efficiency power supply design, analog signal conditioning, sensors, and RF components. Description:
Principal Electrical Engineering Technician for production of newly developed and legacy products in Textron Systems Electronic Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Performing a variety of complex technical test functions related to the support of production activities. This includes set-up, operation, modification, calibrations, and testing of digital/analog/RF and electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) electronic assembly and sub-assembly processes.
- Diagnose and correct equipment and system malfunctions which fail to respond to standard corrective measures.
- Write and interpret specifications used in designing, maintaining, and calibrating electronic systems, chassis, or components.
- Prepare reports, charts and graphs as part of process documentation.
