About This Role:
· Support the review and risk analysis of solicitations and terms and conditions and coordinate with their supervisor.
· Participate in bid/no bid decisions and proposal review meetings.
· Review cost proposals, maintain cost and pricing data records for TINA compliance, support fact-finding, DCAA audits, and negotiations.
· Proactively administer a variety of USG DoD contracts of all types (cost reimbursement, fixed price, incentive, award fee, IDIQ, time and material, etc.) and modifications thereto.
· Prepare and coordinate business correspondence, generate required contract-related reports, and maintain accurate and complete contract files and records for the company.
· Remain actively engaged with (and serve as an integral member of) designated program teams and develop strong interfaces with Hunt Valley personnel in other functional areas.
· Participate in program reviews, monitor program performance (contract schedules, deliverables, funding, invoicing, and payments), and notify contract managers or directors of potential non-compliances or other problems that could have an adverse impact on the company.
· Identify and administer contract changes, and coordinate resolution of contract issues with your supervisors.
· Actively administer the closeout of completed contracts.
· Ensure contract management activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and customer requirements.
· Ensure coordination with Legal on contract matters that may have legal significance (such as, identifying to Legal non-standard or potentially high-risk terms and conditions) prior to advising management of contractual risks, rights and obligations, and terms and conditions interpretations.
· Perform other contract-related duties as assigned.

About This Role
Textron Systems Weapon Systems is seeking a full-time Modeling & Simulation Engineer with experience in structural and dynamic simulation, preferably using LS-DYNA, to support advanced weapon system development programs in Wilmington, MA. The candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills and be comfortable working within a multidisciplinary engineering team. This position requires that the candidate be a U.S. citizen with, or capable of receiving, a Secret level security clearance.
Responsibilities

• Developing and executing high-fidelity structural, dynamic, and impact simulations using finite element analysis (FEA) tools, with LS-DYNA preferred.
• Building, validating, and maintaining physics-based models to predict weapon system performance across a range of operational and environmental conditions.
• Conducting trade studies and parametric analyses to support design decisions and system optimization.
• Correlating simulation results with physical test data to validate and improve model fidelity.
• Generating simulation-based predictions in support of system qualification, certification, and proposal activities.

Job Summary
The Textron Systems – Weapons team is seeking a Configuration Management Manager to lead configuration management activities across multiple programs at our Wilmington, MA location. The successful candidate will guide and support our Program & Engineering teams in applying industry standard configuration management practices throughout the product lifecycle.
In this role, you will lead a team of CM analysts, oversee CM processes and tools across the business, and ensure compliance with internal, industry, and Government standards. You will serve as the primary authority for configuration identification, baseline management, change control, status accounting, and configuration audits to support program execution and product integrity.
About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Lead and manage CM activities across all programs, ensuring cost, quality, and schedule objectives are supported.
Oversee configuration identification, baseline management, change control, status accounting, and configuration audits in accordance with AS9100D, MIL-HDBK-61A, and EIA-649.
Interpret complex specifications, contractual data, and hardware and software requirements, and provide expert guidance to program teams.
Serve as the owner of CCB processes across the business; delegate chair responsibilities as needed while ensuring consistent and compliant execution.
Coordinate and participate in Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs), ensuring delivered products meet approved baseline requirements; assemble audit data packages and manage actions.
Oversee documentation creation and change activities to ensure proper application of PLM/ERP requirements during release.
Manage the preparation, assembly, and review of periodic Technical Data Package (TDP) deliveries to Government and customer entities.
Support updates and improvements to configuration management policies and procedures in alignment with evolving standards and program needs.
Ensure compliance with internal quality system requirements and participate in internal and external audits as required.
Oversee CM tools and systems, ensuring data integrity, effective workflows, and continuous improvement of CM processes.
Manage, mentor, and develop configuration management team members; provide leadership, direction, and performance oversight.
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and external customers to ensure seamless configuration control throughout the product lifecycle.

About This Role
We are seeking a talented test engineer with a Mechanical or Test Engineering background to support a critical defense program. As a Test Engineer, you will perform planning, coordination, and execution of components, subsystems, and system level tests as well as other evaluation activities across the program. A strong candidate will possess at least 9+ years of experience related to mechanical testing. You will have the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplined team environment. With opportunities to lead, mentor, and contribute your expertise to large formal testing environments, you will be at the center of innovation and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule test, integration, and evaluation activities to ensure that test requirements and objectives are met per customer/program requirements and engineering and quality standards.
- Prepare and/or review test plans, test procedures, test readiness reviews and test reports for functional, environmental, and field tests
- Support in-house and offsite data collection activities including setup and operation of data acquisition systems and sensors including NI PXIe, DTS Slice, accelerometers, strain gauges, high speed cameras, and other test instrumentation
- Lead and perform environmental testing of dynamic and static environments, including vibration, static loading, pyroshock, thermal cycling, humidity.
- Utilize and optimize tools such as LabView for instrumentation control. Real-time monitoring, and custom setup creation.
- Apply MATLAB for signal processing, data filtering, and post test data analysis
- Perform preliminary “quick look” analysis and provide post-test debriefs to engineering team and customers
- Coordinate with appropriate programs, engineering, and external organizations during test planning, execution, analysis and reporting phases
