About This Role
The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will report directly to the Director of Strategic Operations and will focus on business systems execution. The role is specific to the Textron Systems ERP/Supply Chain/Business Systems knowledge in our Industry 4.0 journey, working alongside experienced analysts supporting across the enterprise (Textron Systems business domains, Lycoming, ATAC) to continue to understand the Textron Systems Business Systems and the touchpoints, to include the people, process, and tools. The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will support tool development, reporting, business systems integration and process improvement to drive standardization across the Textron Systems locations with the vision to enable an environment where the processes & tools are common and only customized for specific reasons. The preferred candidate will be an individual with bias for action, strategic thinking, data analysis, problem solving, exceptional customer focus, communications, and experience in manufacturing & supply chain environments.
Responsibilities
· To grow and understand Textron Business Systems to a level to be able to provide business system training to the Textron Systems companies to grow and foster the overall understanding of the business operating system.
· To work closely with IT business partners representing the business functions, to translate internal customer needs, and be the lead liaison for IT projects coordinating requirements (SOW), development of solutions, and testing (CRP, UAT, etc)
· Including the following but not limited to:
· Oracle upgrades & implementations
· New functionality/Sustainment support from business side> (Oracle, Solumina, Supply Chain software, RAMCO, etc)
· Teamcenter Implementation
· Work collaboratively across functions and businesses to understand the needs of the business and drive supply chain execution and accountability to improve the service level provided to operations and customers, including cost, quality, and delivery.
· Support each systems business with the focus on improved delivery & cost to drive waste out of the company – Removal of hidden factories
· Have experience, and or firm understand of bills of material, lead time management, pegging, utilization, efficiency, rated capacity, demonstrated capacity, bottleneck mitigations, critical resource identification and management, dependent vs. independent demand, capacity requirements planning, ERP / MRP II systems, supplier relationships.

Primary Function: To perform checks, tests, gauging, and instrument inspections of materials, goods in process, and finished goods.
Job Duties:
- Performs audits, tests, and inspections of materials, goods in process, or finished goods within the value stream (receiving through final system assembly) assuring quality first by determining compliance to drawings, procedures, and specifications.
- Applies established inspection procedures and uses simple inspection/testing tools and instruments of a “go/no go” nature.
- Develops and/or uses test and inspection set-ups utilizing mechanical and/or electrical test measurement equipment.
- Inspection methods and limits require good judgment and interpretation.
- Requires interpretation of inspection plans, tests and procedures.
- Recommends changes to procedures, processes, and drawings to improve efficiency and/or quality of the product.
- Identifies and documents nonconforming material in accordance with applicable procedures.

About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing cybersecurity engineering support on both next generation technologies and proven platforms that support and protect our deployed warfighter across Air, Electronic, Land, Sea, and Weapon Systems products
- Contributing to the efforts of the Cyber Security and Infrastructure Support (CSIS) team to support the assessment and authorization of products in accordance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) to achieve an Interim Authorization To Test (IATT) or Authorization To Operate (ATO)
- Participating in cyber security development of new products across all phases of the design lifecycle from concept development to lab integration and evaluation concepts
- Utilizing vulnerability scan, port scan, and compliance checker tools (e.g., ACAS, Nessus, NMAP, and SCC), and
- Conducting in-depth analysis of the results against Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Security Requirement Guides (SRGs)
- Developing remediation and mitigation plans, and creating packages for the implementation of those plans
- Willing and able to occasional travel to other locations in support of cybersecurity activities (less than 10%)
- Working both individually and cohesively on a team with exciting technologies and products in a dynamic engineering environment

Provide electrical support for the design, integration, and maintenance of electrical systems on a variety of technologies, ranging from land robotics to unmanned air systems for commercial and military programs in a fast-paced environment. These systems are experimental and cutting-edge technological advancements that are intended to protect the warfighter in various theaters as well as provide civil support to many commercial applications. This individual will have an opportunity to travel, execute experimental military and civil hardware testing, and grow in their role. · The Pricing & Estimating Financial Analyst will support the Proposal Manager and Pricing Analyst in the development of cost proposals and various pricing exercises. The Analyst will help to develop fully-supported, compliant proposals that are current, accurate, and complete in accordance with customer requests, Federal Acquisition Regulations and company policies.
· Analyze labor hour estimates, material estimates, travel, and other cost and pricing data to ensure values are well supported; will input this data into ProPricer.
· Assist in preparing management review slides.

Textron Systems, leading developers of high-performance Unmanned Systems and a proven partner for both military and commercial applications, is offering a full-time opportunity for a Field Service Representative to support our growing family of unmanned naval products. Our teams are engaged in multiple cutting-edge development and sustainment programs including both domestic and international programs and locations. This position provides an opportunity to travel, support fielded systems in sustainment, execute experimental military hardware testing, and develop new skills. This position reports to the lead FSR for the Common Unmanned Surface Vessel (CUSV) program.
The strong candidate will have hands-on experience in the test, integration, and maintenance of electrical systems and will be ready to work in a fast-paced environment. The position also includes supporting on-water operations of surface systems and payloads, serving as a small craft operator, safety lookout, or support crew member. Position will require a strong working knowledge of mechanical applications as well as electrical.
Responsibilities
· Proactively engages in planning and coordination of logistical sustainment and operations at remote test sites and/or Navy field support sites.
· Monitors system and support equipment readiness for operations so that malfunctions and their causes can be identified proactively and corrected.
· Manages inventory databases, local stock levels, and executes supply chain functions.
· Performs field level preventative maintenance as well as troubleshooting, fault isolation, and corrective actions on systems including but not limited to: computer systems, electrical systems, networks, radios, diesel engines, marine drivetrain, propulsion (sterndrives), cooling systems, and power generation systems.
· Provides end-user reach-back support for troubleshooting and operations of fielded systems.
· With training, operates the USV and installed payload(s) from a diagnostic computer, handheld controller, and via the remote operator interface station.
· Performs software and firmware installations and upgrades for the CUSV and payload systems, spares, and associated support equipment.
· Conducts maintenance work orders and technology insertions for CUSV and payload assets.
· Operates test equipment (chase crafts, cable spooling equipment, broadband radios).
· Responsible for test or inspection data management, data collection, and generation of reports.
· Use of small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screw drivers and pliers.
· Use of large tools including specialized equipment for maintenance of stern drives and engines.
· Provides general logistics functions to include shipping and receiving.
· Performs field upgrades to enhance system capabilities and provide additional features.
· Troubleshoots technical problems and issues and determines technical solutions with equipment listed, but not limited to: Digital Multi-meter, Oscilloscope, Amp clamps, Spectrum Analyzers, and borescopes, TDR’s.
· Prepares technical reports on equipment failures, systems diagnostics, design analysis, and logs daily craft activities.
· Be able to deploy both domestically and internationally. Minimum travel expectation is 50%, but travel of 100% may be required for deployment scenarios. Deployments may include periods of living aboard a Navy ship, typically rotations of 3 weeks at sea followed by 1 week on land.
· Responsible for assisting in training of new FSR hires and training of customer where needed and required.
· Follow and enforce all safety protocol.
· Responsible for performing quality control functions to ensure craft readiness and repair quality.
