About This Role
Textron Systems is looking for a member to join our Quality/Calibration Team. This team member is responsible for providing outstanding support to the staff while delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism to our internal and external customers. The Quality Rep will complete a variety of tasks to ensure that the Calibration Lab operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Duties:
(Administrative duties including but not limited to)
• Overall management (processing, adding, scrapping, repair, movement, ownership, etc.) of equipment turned into the Calibration Lab using a web-based database application (MET/TEAM).
o Issuing/managing Out-of-Tolerance Conditions (OTC).
o Location and ownership of asset.
o Inactivating and storing equipment.
o Approving No Calibration Required (NCR) request.
o Report and track equipment deemed lost by owners.
o Tracking expedite calibration request.
• Reviewing calibration certifications.
• Scheduling vendors to pick-up and drop-off equipment.
• Coordinating on-site calibrations between vendors and equipment owners.
• Communicating with internal and external customers for information and follow-up questions concerning calibration work orders.
• Sourcing quotes from vendors and working with Textron procurement teams to get quotes processed.
• Follow up on aging open work orders.
• Updating procedures and work instructions.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Document monthly metrics.
o Overdue tools month to month.
o Aging OTC forms.

About This Role:
A Level II NDT Specialist is responsible for the training, oversight, examination, and certification of Textron NDT Technicians in Visual, Liquid Penetrant, and Radiographic NDT methodologies.
Responsibilities:
• Fabrication Process experience required:
o Expertise in welding fabrication and associated NDT methods.
o Experience in composites and associated NDT methods.
o Experience in DOD or aerospace fabrication facility/programs.
• Proven ability to interpret military or commercial fabrication and NDT specifications is required, with ability to quickly adopt new specification requirements across multiple programs.
• Create, review, and verify processes and procedures for NDT methodologies (UT, PT and RT) to ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
• Evaluate Quality requirements for new programs perform gap analysis based on current capabilities.
• Assist Quality leadership with various audits and compliance projects.
o Experience supporting Nadcap audits is preferred.
• Willingness to travel between company sites as needed to support Level II activities across multiple programs.
• Willingness to inspect production weldments and hardware for acceptance as required.
• Hands on, Production floor mindset and approach.
• Review supplier NDT inspection techniques.

About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Project Engineer to join our team in the development of electronic controls for a space-grade weapons program. The successful candidate will be responsible for all technical aspects of the project while supervising a team of Electrical Engineers as direct reports. This position will ensure the integration of technical efforts across Cognizant Engineers and supporting organizations. This role also includes schedule planning and Cost-Account Management. This position requires strong technical leadership, financial oversight, organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence in engineering.

The Structural Engineering Analyst will be responsible for performing advanced structural analysis and design of flight vehicles in the Strategic Missiles Business Line. The Analyst will also be responsible for guiding and reviewing structural analysis performed by junior analysts. The position requires extensive expertise in Ansys for structural analysis as well as the use of Computer Aided Design (CAD) models and other analysis software. The analysis techniques used, as well as the compiled results, will be summarized in presentations and detailed design analysis reports.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior structural analyst performing complex static and dynamic structural analyses of flight vehicles in the strategic missiles and reentry vehicle area.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in structural analysis techniques and best practices. Review structural analysis models and results produced by the analysis team.
- Utilize a combination of ANSYS and other software tools (both COTS and Textron developed) to generate structural characteristics and responses.
- Define recommended changes to improve the performance/efficiency of structural design features.
- Summarize results and design application techniques during the above activities via presentations and design analysis reports.
- Up to 5% travel may be required.

This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design engineering team during the development phases of an emerging program. The individual will be responsible for developing new analog designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware. Senior ATE Mechanical Engineer, for Automated Test Equipment development. Applicant should have a strong background in designing and generating drawings for all aspects of ATE development, including release to Production.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Document Interconnect Diagrams, Rack Assemblies, Altered Items, Cable Assemblies, Interface Modules, Parts Lists / BOMs, and Interface Test Adaptors

Job Summary:
Textron has need for a full time Mechanical Engineering Specialist with a minimum of 15 years of experience in mechanical and specialized tooling/handling equipment design. The candidate should be comfortable as a cognizant designer of mechanical systems for military applications. The candidate should be familiar with manufacturing environments and understand the tooling and equipment needed to aid fabrication and assembly. The candidate should also be well versed in Siemens NX CAD design software and understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

Generate high quality 2D and 3D CAD files in NX
Prepare and update detail design drawings, assembly drawings, Indented Parts Lists primarily for military applications.

Responsibilities
To ensure the quality of the Technical Product Documentation by ensuring that all drawings are produced in accordance with both published national/international standards, and company design standards in a timely fashion in line with program release schedule.
Contribute to the identification of any identified technical shortcomings and recommend/propose solutions
Check and approve engineering drawings from the points of view of; technical completeness, clarity, conformance with standards, dimensional accuracy and the correct specification of materials and processes
Check and approve tolerance stack analyses for technical completeness and correctness
Assist Program Engineers with promoting and developing a generally higher level of engineering drawing, GD&T and tolerance stack analysis skills across the team through one-to-one mentoring and group training activities where required
