Job Summary
The Proto-Trak Machinist will produce machined parts by setting up and operating various pieces of CNC machinery including lathes and milling centers; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
About This Role:

• Set-up and operate Proto-Trak, CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers, mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets and compensation; including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry.
• Sets up Proto-Trak’s, CNC lathes by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets; indicating vices; tramming heads.
• Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces, adhering to international standards.
• Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; adjusting controls; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.

We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Project Engineer to support the development of electro-mechanical systems within a space grade weapons program. This role focuses on hands on engineering execution, technical integration, and cross functional collaboration. Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, analysis, and testing of electro-mechanical systems for space grade applications.
- Oversee the structural and thermal integrity of aerostructures and electro-mechanical assemblies through testing, modeling, and data evaluation.
- Execute engineering tasks including requirements development, design iteration, prototyping, verification, and validation activities.

About This Role

Applicants should have a strong background in Electrical Engineering, and possess a demonstrated ability in designing, developing, integrating, and deploying Special Test Equipment (ATE / STE). Commercial Instrumentation interfaces, as well as data acquisition and control, communications, and custom cabling and fixtures will be the prime applications to be designed and automated in our ATE systems. Responsibilities
- Design and release to Manufacturing Operations and/or Engineering custom ATE Test Stations, Interface Adaptors, Cabling and Fixtures for testing CCAs, Modules, and Systems
- Produce technical presentation packages for Design Reviews
- Collaborate with ATE Software developers to ensure hardware / software cohesion throughout the Integration and Debug phases

Position Overview:
Textron Weapon Systems is seeking a Senior ATE Project Technical Lead (Level IV) to drive the architecture, development, and deployment of mission-critical Automated Test Equipment (ATE). In this senior leadership role, you will guide interdisciplinary teams through the entire lifecycle of complex test systems, ensuring execution meets rigorous cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
This role combines high-level systems test engineering, hardware/software design oversight, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tracking. It is ideal for a veteran defense engineering leader who excels at bridging legacy Automatic Test Systems (ATS) frameworks with modern automated hardware/software solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead, oversee, and coordinate all interdisciplinary technical work across electrical, mechanical, and software design teams to deploy robust ATE solutions
- Full Lifecycle Development: Direct the design, integration, and deployment of test equipment utilizing Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) instrumentation, custom electrical/mechanical interfaces, and specialized software
- Legacy System Integration: Oversight of legacy Automatic Test Systems (ATS) architectures, including the development, validation, and integration of Test Program Sets (TPS)
- Programmatic Oversight: Serve as the Cost Account Manager (CAM), taking ownership of status reporting, tracking the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and utilizing EVMS to keep projects on time and on budget
- System Integrity & Compliance: Oversee comprehensive ATE Requirements Analysis, lead high-visibility Design Review presentations, and spearhead formal ATE Certification, Calibration, and Self-Test methodologies
- Team Cohesion: Foster strong intra- and inter-disciplinary collaboration, serving as the central technical point of contact for company personnel, leadership, customers, and external suppliers

- Design test events that support product maturation throughout all phases of product development
- Plan, coordinate, schedule, and lead test and evaluation activities to ensure that test requirements and objectives are met per customer/program requirements and engineering and quality standards
- Prepare and/or review test plans, test procedures, test readiness reviews, and test reports for functional, performance, environmental, and field tests

About This Role
The Sr. Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for performing detailed financial analysis and reporting for their assigned contracts. In this role, the Sr. Analyst maintains forecasts and provides EACs for various programs. Under the direction of a Finance Manager, the Sr. Analyst will generate and track monthly budgets, cost projections, and sales and profit estimates, in addition to various Earned Value reports.
Responsibilities
· Use analysis and financial data to advise program managers and business leaders during monthly reviews and during critical business decisions
· Serve as primary liaison between Finance and Program leadership teams
· Provide real-time information to Finance Manager regarding changes in program financials and execution
· Create and maintain standard financial reports: orders, sales, cost, profit and cash flow forecasts, Monthly Program Status Reports
· Create and maintain various Earned Value reports, including but not limited to: IPMDAR, CFSR, CSDR
· Ensure program financials are in accordance with SOX and Internal Controls
· Establish and maintain baselines and EACs in the Earned Value tool (Deltek Cobra)
· Analyze program data to ensure estimates are accurate and complete
· Mentor and train junior staff to ensure robust Program Finance talent pipeline
