About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team in the development of electronic controls for a space-grade weapons program. The successful candidate will be responsible for all technical aspects of the project, ensuring the integration of technical efforts across Cognizant Engineers and supporting organizations. This role also includes schedule planning, Cost-Account Management, and the supervision of multi-disciplined direct reports. This position requires strong technical leadership, financial oversight, organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence in engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with program goals and engineering standards.
- Ensure the integrity and performance of electronic assemblies through rigorous testing and validation processes.

About this Role:
Textron Systems is seeking an experienced PWB/PWA/Flex Design Engineer to join our team developing and improving product designs to support advanced emerging programs. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design team developing electronic systems for Space Applications.
Responsibilities:
The individual will be responsible for developing new PWB/PWA/Flex designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware. The Structural Engineering Analyst will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design of flight vehicles in the Strategic Missiles Business Line. The position requires expertise in the use of Computer Aided Design (CAD) models, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools, and other structural analysis software. The analysis techniques used, as well as the compiled results, will be summarized in presentations and detailed design analysis reports.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a structural analyst performing static and dynamic structural analyses of flight vehicles in the strategic missiles and reentry vehicle area.
- Utilize a combination of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) tools (Siemens NX, Ansys, MATLAB) and Textron developed software tools to generate structural characteristics and responses.
- Define recommended changes to improve the performance/efficiency of structural design features.
- Summarize results and design application techniques during the above activities via presentations and design analysis reports.
- Up to 5% travel may be required.

We are seeking a talented test engineer with a Mechanical or Test Engineering background to support a major US Air Force Program. As a Test Engineer, you will perform planning, coordination, and execution of component, subsystem, and system level tests as well as other evaluation activities across the program. • Plan, coordinate, and schedule test and evaluation activities to ensure that test requirements and objectives are met per customer/program requirements and engineering and quality standards

About This Role
Performs Quality Engineering assignments requiring independent evaluation, selection, and application of standard Quality Engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment and ingenuity in making adaptations and modifications. Work with a test Engineering team in the validation of test requirements from Test Readiness assessment thru Test support and observation, and Test validation and reporting. Work is performed on moderately complex contracts requiring independent execution within a defined set of skills or knowledge area. The Quality Engineer supports product design activities, planning for quality, production and test activities, data analysis and development of metrics, root cause and corrective action, and process and product improvement.

Communicates to business product support managers and program managers the manufacturing status, expected completion dates and production cost /schedule risk analysis.

- Partner with procurement, production manager, quality, engineering, and program management, and other supply chain disciplines to proactively plan, schedule, and effectively manage development, production, and aftermarket support environments.
- Manages and has ownership of execution of items associated with their planner code, to include:
- Release of internal jobs to the factory
- Release of purchase requisitions
- Manage disruptions in the internal factory (shortages, MRB, internal and external constraints)
- Provides feedback to internal customers
- Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
- Monitors internal and external supply chain alignment – identifies and resolves potential constraints, maintains line of balance (build through) and purchase requests for the production or purchase of components / parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements.
- Plays an integral part of product Integrated Product Teams (IPT) by effectively interfacing with internal customers on a daily basis, schedules and expedites the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders.
- Assists management in the development and execution of action/ workaround plans for assigned products/value streams to maximize scheduled on-time completion. Analyzes supply and demand data and reports to determine critical path constraints. Performs product lead time analysis.
- Manages manual demand for top/down & bottom-up releases, facilitates ECN/ECP changes and coordinates production cut-ins. Reviews excess material for possible consumption in other jobs. Creates material transfers, borrow/payback transactions and PO change requests.
