About This Role
Textron Systems, Uncrewed Sea Systems, is looking for a highly organized individual to assist the Surface Vessel Engineering team in our Sea Systems division. This position provides administrative support to engineers in their daily activities. Tasks include tracking and managing engineering workflows & metrics, managing engineering meetings and minutes, reviewing and formatting engineering documentation, managing engineering purchases and expense reporting, interfacing with procurement and other departments within Textron Systems, and ensuring documents are under proper configuration management control.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Compile and consolidate data from engineers

• Purchase and track engineering equipment
• Generate documentation to support the business line

About This Role
The Electronic Systems (ES) engineering team has an immediate opening for a mid-senior level Systems Engineer to support the growing Simulation and Training Team. As a member of the Simulation and Training Team, the systems engineer supports engineering development projects to deliver on our program commitments and release the capabilities to our military customers. The strong candidate will possess a broad knowledge base in multiple engineering disciplines and be able to execute in both R&D and production environments. As a systems engineer, you will perform a variety of assignments including requirements analysis, architecture design, systems integration, new product integration, and system test.
Responsibilities:
- Support full-life cycle engineering design and development activities on ES programs.

About This Role
Reporting to the Production Planning Manger, the Logistics Supervisor will lead a team of material specialists, material handlers, and shippers responsible for storing, inventorying, transacting and shipping materials, tools, equipment, and parts. The Logistics Supervisor has high visibility across the organization and works with cross functional teams in the Operations, Planning, Program and Finance departments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise logistics operations across the warehouse, shop floor, and shipping departments.
- Provide leadership to ensure safe work areas, environments, practices, and behaviors.
- Manage resources to optimize productivity, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance and execution associated with the Quality Management Systems, Textron Systems MMAS procedures, ITAR/EAR regulations, and Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR).

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented?CDRL (Contract Data Requirements List) and Integrated Digital Environment (IDE) Lead?for a large-scale program. The role is responsible for managing all contractual data deliverables, ensuring compliance with defense regulations, and overseeing the effective deployment and use of the IDE for digital collaboration and data management. Serving as a liaison between government customers, contractors, and internal teams, the CDRL and IDE Lead ensures accurate, timely, and secure data delivery while optimizing workflows to meet critical program objectives.
This role requires someone with a deep understanding of government contracting, defense program requirements, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a classified or security-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. CDRL Management:
· Serve as the primary authority for managing all CDRL deliverables, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and customer contract specifications.
· Interpret and analyze government contracts (DIDs, CDRLs) and establish workflows to meet all requirements.
· Develop and maintain CDRL data tracking processes in line with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring timely delivery.
· Partner with technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate contributions for all deliverables in alignment with program milestones.
· Perform reviews for accuracy, formatting, completeness, and compliance with contractual or legal criteria.
2. IDE Deployment and Oversight:
· Lead the design, deployment, and continuous management of the IDE used for collaboration and data management between internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and government stakeholders.
· Oversee configuration management processes within the IDE to ensure proper version control and traceability throughout the program lifecycle.
· Manage user access controls and establish governance policies to maintain compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements (e.g., NIST 800-171, CMMC).
· Troubleshoot IDE technical issues and serve as the point of contact between program teams and IT support.
· Monitor IDE utilization and recommend improvements to streamline complex workflows.
3. Contract Compliance and Risk Management:
· Monitor all program deliverables to ensure compliance with defense industry standards and other contractually obligated requirements.
· Identify potential risks (e.g., late submissions, non-compliance) and work with IPTs to implement mitigation strategies in alignment with the program risk management plan.
· Act as a liaison to clarify requirements, provide status updates, and address evolving program needs.
· Provide management and leadership teams with consistent reporting on CDRL schedules, IDE progress, and deliverable metrics.

Textron Systems is seeking a project engineer to technically lead the T-7A Maintenance Training System (MTS) program. For this program, Textron Systems has secured an effort to design and build the MTS for this newly developed aircraft. Project engineers will work primarily with the engineering disciplines and program teams to plan and execute the technical aspects of the project to achieve defined objectives within cost and schedule constraints. Project Engineers lead a multidisciplinary team and provide technical leadership and guidance on development efforts that impact on ground vehicles products and programs. T-7A MTS Project Engineer roles and responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with Program Management to tightly control program schedule and budget

The Uncrewed Land and Air Systems team in Hunt Valley is seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team to work on innovative products in our ground robotics and air domains. Our team is engaged in multiple cutting-edge development programs for defense applications, and we are looking for engineers who are eager to apply a diverse set of technologies and skills to create indispensable robotic solutions. This interdisciplinary role involves supporting the full life cycle development of our products, including new product development, product upgrades, payload design, integration and test, and fielding solutions for military and commercial customers. - Engineering Design and Development:

- Collaboration and Communication:
