About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking employees to support the United States Marine Corps Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle (ARV) program. For this program Textron Systems has developed the Cottonmouth® ARV, a recon vehicle to be feared and a force-multiplier armed to the fangs with advanced full-spectrum reconnaissance and surveillance sensors. It’s expertly designed to defeat threats beyond line of sight and comes complete with cutting-edge technologies that will keep adversaries up at night. Cottonmouth was developed using a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) that is Ground Vehicle Operating System (GVOS) based employing the Tactical Assault Kit Extended (TAK-X) framework for easy capability integration. This modern vehicle platform has superior mobility capabilities to tackle treacherous off-road terrain and waterways while keeping Marines safe thanks to its advanced survivability suite and Human System Interface (HSI) focus. Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented?CDRL (Contract Data Requirements List) and Integrated Digital Environment (IDE) Lead?for a large-scale program. The role is responsible for managing all contractual data deliverables, ensuring compliance with defense regulations, and overseeing the effective deployment and use of the IDE for digital collaboration and data management. Serving as a liaison between government customers, contractors, and internal teams, the CDRL and IDE Lead ensures accurate, timely, and secure data delivery while optimizing workflows to meet critical program objectives.
This role requires someone with a deep understanding of government contracting, defense program requirements, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a classified or security-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. CDRL Management:
· Serve as the primary authority for managing all CDRL deliverables, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and customer contract specifications.
· Interpret and analyze government contracts (DIDs, CDRLs) and establish workflows to meet all requirements.
· Develop and maintain CDRL data tracking processes in line with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring timely delivery.
· Partner with technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate contributions for all deliverables in alignment with program milestones.
· Perform reviews for accuracy, formatting, completeness, and compliance with contractual or legal criteria.
2. IDE Deployment and Oversight:
· Lead the design, deployment, and continuous management of the IDE used for collaboration and data management between internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and government stakeholders.
· Oversee configuration management processes within the IDE to ensure proper version control and traceability throughout the program lifecycle.
· Manage user access controls and establish governance policies to maintain compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements (e.g., NIST 800-171, CMMC).
· Troubleshoot IDE technical issues and serve as the point of contact between program teams and IT support.
· Monitor IDE utilization and recommend improvements to streamline complex workflows.
3. Contract Compliance and Risk Management:
· Monitor all program deliverables to ensure compliance with defense industry standards and other contractually obligated requirements.
· Identify potential risks (e.g., late submissions, non-compliance) and work with IPTs to implement mitigation strategies in alignment with the program risk management plan.
· Act as a liaison to clarify requirements, provide status updates, and address evolving program needs.
· Provide management and leadership teams with consistent reporting on CDRL schedules, IDE progress, and deliverable metrics.

About This Role
Textron Systems Electronic Systems (TSES) group is looking for a Sr Operations Project Manager to join our growing Program Management team and help us in providing services and support to our hardware and software customers around the globe.
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Integrating the TSES Business Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and annual inventory forecasts to keep business positioned ahead of supply chain impacts and customer needs.
- Overseeing and executing all product inventory, sourcing, production, and testing up to and including delivery of products to other internal customers.
- Interacting with Integrated Supply chain and leading the development/execution of new Long-Term Agreements for TSES suppliers.
- Providing critical thinking and problem-solving skill sets to expedite product builds and product and material liquidation strategies.
- Overseeing and leading material and product end of life acquisitions to ensure all catalog and inventory programs maintain access to critical parts and components throughout the product lifecycle.
- Providing profit and loss oversight of all inventory and commercial product build programs.
- Meet or beat program budget and delivery schedule to meet financial obligations.
About This Role
The Weapon Systems business is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager for the Wilmington, MA location. The Manufacturing Project Manager will perform Earned Value management for the Operations group while assisting the Manufacturing Program Manager with executing operational commitments and completing contract deliverable documents. The Manufacturing Project Manager will also own their own projects and will coordinate with key stakeholders to execute activities across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Production Control and Logistics and Planning.
This role requires excellent organization, teamwork, and communication skills to ensure program execution meets mission objectives. A successful candidate in this role will be self-driven, action-oriented, have strong written and verbal communication, and exhibit a team mentality. This position will report to the Manufacturing Program Manager within the Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Applying Earned Value (EV) techniques to monitor and control of the Performance Measurement Baseline.
- Assisting the Manufacturing Program Manager with managing the financial, technical, and schedule requirements of a critical program subsystem to deliver products that are technically acceptable on-time and in a cost-effective manner.
- Assist with Control Account Manager responsibilities for program budget including development of budgetary baseline, review of actual costs and managing variance analysis, monthly Latest Revised Estimate updates, Estimate At Complete analysis, and sales forecast updates.
- Working closely with site Program Manager(s) and communicating operations progress across all stakeholders
- Assist Manufacturing Program Manager with proposal generation and submittal to internal program team.
- Assist Manufacturing Program Manager with related operations duties, understanding that the role is dynamic in nature.
