Role Overview
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for providing program support by working closely with Program Managers and Project Engineers. This position can be an entry into the Program Management career track or other areas such as Finance, Contracts, Business Development, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Supports the development and preparation of program plans, schedules, baselines, estimates at complete (EAC) and estimates to complete (ETC) development and reviews
• With appropriate background and experience, acts as a Control Account Manager?(CAM) for assigned scope
• Supports baseline development, audit support, financial and investigative analysis, and real-time information and analysis to PMs, technical leads and finance
• Support subcontracts management with statement of work (SOW) updates, invoice review and processing, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Closely supports PM team and collaborates with other functions including engineering, scheduling, contracts, procurement, manufacturing and finance for on time submittal of documentation to customer team.
• Provides maintenance of schedule, performance, forecasts and risk/opportunity data
• Assists team with implementing corrective actions and mitigation strategies to realign efforts with project goals

About This Role
Textron Systems is looking for a dedicated Master Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). As a Master Scheduler, you will work cross-functionally with program management, engineering, supply chain and operations to develop, manage and report on IRAD, Engineering Development and Production schedules. In this role you’ll also provide mentoring on scheduling best practices to junior schedulers and project managers as requested.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in schedule analytics, planning methods and best practices
- Resolve schedule issues efficiently
- Perform the role of relieving demand and loading demand
- Define and maintain schedule documentation
- Analyze schedules and ensure they accurately represent contractual scope, flow, and resources required to execute the program

About this Role
Join a mission-driven defense contractor helping to drive enterprise growth through corporate development including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. You will lead market and financial analyses, establish and manage an opportunity pipeline, develop business cases, evaluate acquisition targets, and drive integration planning. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage the five functions of CM (configuration identification, configuration change management, configuration status accounting, and configuration verification and audit).
• Develop and maintain CM Plans
• Lead and conduct Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs) and Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs) to ensure delivered products meet the product baseline and specified requirements.
• Co-chair Change Control Boards (CCB) with customers and suppliers.
• Review documentation creation and change activities to ensure proper use of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) system requirements.

About This Role
The Principal Export/Import Compliance Analyst will proactively oversee all export compliance matters for Textron Systems. S/he will interact with employees at all levels and will work both independently and with other members of the business and members of the Legal, Contracts & Compliance Department staff on a variety of interesting international trade compliance matters. The role requires successful management of a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• May serve as an Empowered Official
• Provide a full range of proactive export compliance guidance to program management, contracts, procurement, business development, shipping, security and other functional areas within the Company
• Prepare and submit DDTC and Commerce license applications, Technical Assistance
• Assist in the research and interpretation of export compliance regulations
• Agreements, Manufacturing License Agreements and Warehousing Distribution Agreements
• Determine the applicability of ITAR exemptions, ECCNs and use of Commerce exceptions
• Work collaboratively with in-house attorneys and outside counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support responses to Customs queries such as CF28s & CF29s.
• Provide support in connection with internal/external audits and investigations
• Track application status, maintain database of granted export approvals, satisfy record-keeping requirements, and prepare required reports

About This Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Litigation Staff Attorney to support all aspects of litigation matters at Textron Systems, with a particular focus on commercial litigation and disputes. The Litigation Staff Attorney will also provide support to Textron Systems and its business lines in products liability cases, and advise on corporate governance matters, contract issues, regulatory inquiries, and commercial transactions. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent writing and communication abilities, and prior litigation experience. This role will report to the Associate General Counsel for litigation and will be based in Hunt Valley, MD.
Responsibilities
· Litigation:
o Represent and counsel Textron Systems and its business lines in all phases of litigation matters.
o Work with and oversee outside counsel to ensure alignment with business objectives.
o Review and help prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
o Prepare for and attend mediations, court hearings, and trials.
o Keep internal business teams updated on the status of and strategy for litigation matters.
· Corporate Governance:
o Provide advice, guidance, and support on corporate governance matters.
o Assist in the preparation and review of corporate filings, resolutions, and related documents.

About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for Electronic Assembly:
An Electronic Assembler builds and tests electronic products by following blueprints and instructions. Key duties include soldering components, wiring, mounting parts onto circuit boards, and performing quality checks to ensure the products meet specifications. This role requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various hand tools and measurement devices in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble electronic components, such as resistors, capacitors, circuit boards, and wire harnesses into larger systems.
• Read and interpret schematic diagrams, blueprints, detailed work instructions, and technical specifications to determine material requirements and assembly procedures.
• Perform skilled hand work, including soldering (through-hole and surface mount), crimping, and wiring to create secure electrical connections and harnesses, following proper techniques to prevent defects.
• Mount parts and components securely into casings or larger assemblies.
• Conduct tests and inspections of products and subassemblies using testing equipment (e.g., multimeters) to verify functionality and ensure conformance to quality standards and specifications (such as IPC standards).
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality control procedures, including proper handling of sensitive components (e.g., electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection) and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
