About This Role
The Sea Systems team in Hunt Valley is seeking a motivated, self-driven, and organized Project Engineer to join our growing group, working on innovative products within the maritime robotics domain. Current focal areas include autonomous control, advanced payload integration, vision systems, and other emerging technologies to enhance our unmanned surface vehicle platforms’ capabilities.
This interdisciplinary role involves supporting the full life cycle development of our products, including new product development, product upgrades, payload design, integration and test, and fielding solutions for military and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in hardware and/or software integration, managing requirements derivation and allocation, and working successfully within a collaborative team environment. A strong desire to take ownership of design efforts to ensure the integration of new technology into our vehicles is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Program Management to support the following:
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans.
- Monitor and track project progress to support completion on time and within budget.
- Proactively identify, assess, and prioritize technical risks; develop and implement risk mitigation plans; regularly review and update risk status.
- Develop and deliver required technical CRDLs.
- Collaborate with multidiscipline team members to define scope, timeline, deliverables and resources needed to complete each task effectively.
- Coordinate with functional managers to secure and allocate cross-functional team resources, ensuring workload balance and optimal task completion.

- Assess project requirements and determine project goals and objectives to ensure successful completion of projects.

- Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product production, maintaining quality and on-time delivery.
- Lead customer engagement to gather, clarify, and validate design specifications, through participation in working groups, Change Control Boards (CCBs), IPT meetings, and direct communications.

Job Summary:
Textron Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Operations to support the Textron Systems team in Hunt Valley, Md. He/She will report directly to the Sr. Vice President, Air, Land and Sea Systems and will provide leadership and accountability for all manufacturing operations at the Hunt Valley, MD location. This position is responsible for establishing the vision, goals and metrics across the manufacturing organization that supports the various Air, Land and Sea programs.
Responsibilities:

About This Role
The Sr. Export/Import Compliance Analyst will proactively oversee all export compliance matters for Textron Unmanned Air Systems located in Hunt Valley, MD. S/he will interact with employees at all levels and will work both independently and with other members of the business and members of the Legal, Contracts & Compliance Department staff on a variety of international trade compliance matters. The role requires successful management of a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
· Provide a full range of proactive export compliance guidance to program management, contracts, procurement, business development, shipping, security and other functional areas within the Company
· Prepare and submit DDTC and Commerce license applications, Technical Assistance
· Assist in the research and interpretation of export compliance regulations
· Agreements, Manufacturing License Agreements and Warehousing Distribution Agreements
· Determine the applicability of ITAR exemptions, ECCNs and use of Commerce exceptions
· Work collaboratively with in-house attorneys and outside council to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
· Provide support in connection with internal/external audits and investigations
· Track application status, maintain database of granted export approvals, satisfy record-keeping requirements, and prepare required reports

About This Role
Textron Systems has an immediate opening for a Plant Protection Officer. Some of the responsibilities associated with the position are included below:
• Assemble, proof, and correct as necessary all daily logs, reports, checklists, records, and associated paperwork generated during shift.
• Conduct investigations, random inspections, fire and safety inspections, and perform routine patrol (motorized & walking) of Company grounds and facilities. Respond to alarm activations and emergency situations. Prepare incident & accident reports.

About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in a Test Technician role, you will be responsible for:
Provide electrical support for the design, integration, and maintenance of electrical systems on a variety of technologies, ranging from land robotics to uncrewed surface vessels for military programs in a fast-paced environment. These systems are experimental and cutting-edge technological advancements that are intended to protect the warfighter in various theaters. This individual will have an opportunity to travel, execute experimental military and civil hardware testing, and grow in their role. The position involves supporting lab operations of component integration, modifications, assembly and test, of ground vehicles, air vehicles, and surface vessels. Individuals must be willing to support remote test sites to include serving as a boat operator, safety lookout, as well as maintenance crew member during field testing. Individuals must be able to work from assembly documentation (i.e. work instructions, drawings etc.), parts lists, and diagrams to assemble, wire and install a wide variety of components. May assemble by hand or operate semiautomatic assembly equipment. Operates electronic and mechanical test equipment.
