About This Role
The Uncrewed Land & Air team within Land Systems, Hunt Valley is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team! We want engineers who have the passion to apply a diverse set of technologies and skills to create indispensable robotic solutions. Work is conducted on research and development initiatives that enable our ground robotic products and programs.

About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to focus on assembly and testing of products across the product life cycle spectrum. As part of our dedicated ISC team, Manufacturing Process Engineer’s principal responsibilities are to develop repeatable and reproducible assembly, inspection, and test instructions, identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes. Responsibilities will also include other upstream activities such as capital equipment, facility requirements, existing and emerging manufacturing technologies, tool design, cost estimating, and configuration control. This individual will work closely with Design Engineering, Manufacturing and Assembly Technicians to complete builds, analyze results and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Assembly Technicians and other Manufacturing Engineers to provide a clear line of communication between design and manufacturing.
• Perform make/buy analyses for new designs by reviewing drawings, sketches, and schematics.

About This Role

Provide electrical support for the design, integration, and maintenance of electrical systems on a variety of technologies, ranging from land robotics to unmanned air systems for commercial and military programs in a fast-paced environment. These systems are experimental and cutting-edge technological advancements that are intended to protect the warfighter in various theaters as well as provide civil support to many commercial applications. This individual will have an opportunity to travel, execute experimental military and civil hardware testing, and grow in their role. The position involves supporting lab operations of component integration, modifications, assembly and test, of ground vehicles, air vehicles, and surface vessels. Individual must be willing to support at remote test sites to include serving as a crew chief, safety lookout, and support and maintenance crew member during field testing. Individual must be able to work from assembly documentation (i.e. work instructions, drawings etc.), parts lists, and diagrams to assemble, wire and install a wide variety of components. May assemble by hand or operate semiautomatic assembly equipment. Operates electronic and mechanical test equipment.

About This Role
This Software Engineering role is within Textron System’s Uncrewed Land and Air Systems division. Our team is engaged in multiple cutting-edge development programs for defense applications. A strong candidate for this role will possess a history of software development for robotic/autonomous applications. This role requires excellent organization, teamwork, and communication skills to ensure program execution meets mission objectives and customer expectations. A successful candidate in this role will be action-oriented, have strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
The Program Manager will have responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
- Managing the financial, technical, and schedule requirements of a critical program to deliver products that are technically acceptable on-time and in a cost-effective manner.
- Applying Earned Value (EV) techniques to monitor and control the Performance Measurement Baseline.
- Performing Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities for program budget including development of budgetary baseline, review of actual costs and managing variance analysis, monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) updates, Estimate At Complete (EAC) analysis, and sales forecast updates.
- Creating and maintaining resource loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and developing actionable plans to ensure on-time / early completion.

Job Summary:
A Production Planner will develop and manage the execution of the production schedule as a result of line of balance output, taking into consideration the available capacity, material availability and program delivery commitments. A Production Planner communicates to leadership and program managers the manufacturing status, expected completion dates and production risk analysis based on internal and external supply.
Responsibilities:
• Partners with procurement, production manager, quality, engineering, and program management, and other supply chain disciplines to proactively plan, schedule, and effectively manage development, production, and aftermarket support environments.
• Manages and own the execution of items associated with their planner code, to include release of internal jobs to the factory, release of purchase requisitions, manage disruptions in the internal factory (shortages, MRB, internal and external constraints), and provides feedback to internal customers
• Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
• Monitors internal and external supply chain alignment – identifies and resolves potential constraints, maintains line of balance (build through) and purchase requests for the production or purchase of components / parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements.
• Plays an integral part of product Integrated Product Teams (IPT) by effectively interfacing with internal customers.
• Assists management in the development and execution of plans for assigned products to maximize scheduled on-time completion. Analyzes supply and demand data and reports to determine critical path constraints
• Manages manual demand for top/down & bottom-up releases, facilitates ECN/ECP changes and coordinates production cut-ins. Reviews excess material for possible consumption in other jobs. Creates material transfers, borrow/payback transactions and PO change requests.

As a Level 4 Mechanical Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader in structural simulation, composite materials analysis, and mechanical system modeling across multiple platform types. You will drive complex engineering efforts, mentor junior engineers, and provide authoritative technical insight across the product lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead development of aero mechanical and ground vehicle mechanical hardware from concept through sustainment, spanning both Land and Air Systems.
• Own simulation strategy for major subsystems, including structural FEA, dynamic simulation, thermal and tolerance analysis, and composite structure modeling.
• Develop advanced simulation methodologies, analysis standards, and best practices for the organization.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for composites, structural sizing, and mechanical simulation.
• Review, validate, and approve analytical work produced by Level II/III engineers.

About This Role
The Sea Systems team in Hunt Valley is seeking a motivated, self-driven, and organized Project Engineer to join our growing group, working on innovative products within the maritime robotics domain. Current focal areas include autonomous control, advanced payload integration, vision systems, and other emerging technologies to enhance our unmanned surface vehicle platforms’ capabilities.
This interdisciplinary role involves supporting the full life cycle development of our products, including new product development, product upgrades, payload design, integration and test, and fielding solutions for military and commercial customers. About This Role
The Senior Manager of Property Management will report directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Operations. This multifaceted role is responsible for overseeing all real estate transactions across Textron Systems, as well as managing the facilities teams at the Hunt Valley, MD and Goose Creek, SC locations. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and accountability for business operational needs across various business domains, functional organizations, and facility operations. · Responsible for administration over Textron Systems real estate portfolio, helping to facilitate changes in leases, property acquisitions, and property sales. To include supporting pre-lease commencement activities (Tenant Improvements, Construction, Branding)
· Maintaining Lease Harbor (real estate portfolio software) & supporting Corporate Real Estate team with requested actions
· Coordinating with Corporate Risk & FM Global for maintaining insurance documentation & supporting facilities related recommendations
