The Manager, Manufacturing Engineering (ME) manages a team of Manufacturing Engineers who will be focused on developing tooling, resolving and preventing issues in production, and incorporating design changes. This individual will work with their team to correct errors in work instructions and parts allocations real time, eliminating production downtime and inefficiencies. The ME Supervisors will also restructure work scope between build stations as required to maintain an efficient product flow and support production by providing on-the-spot coverage for questions and clarifications on work scope, technical details, or blueprint interpretation. This individual will guide the team in effective review of Engineering Change Notice (ECN) content to prevent future issues from reaching production.
The ME Supervisor will ensure production support departments work together to meet schedule and objectives, develops and maintains relevant team performance metrics and implement corrective actions to address deficiencies. In coordination with the ME manager, provides strategic direction for short and long-term improvements regarding safety, quality, and cost. This individual must have a passion for innovation, standardization, and quality accompanied by exceptional communication skills, power to positively influence and develop others and be a result-oriented leader.
Responsibilities:
· Tooling design and implementation
· Daily production issue firefighting and resolution
· Restructuring Bill of Material (BOM) and work instructions to better facilitate product flow through the factory
· Work closely with manufacturing Leadership teams to provide the bridge between the design and build
· Ensure all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained always
· Support all current and new product introductions

We are seeking an experienced Sr Materials Specialist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to join our highly skilled team. § Create and maintain complete material kits, ensuring all components are properly labeled and packaged.
§ Stage kits in designated areas and deliver to production based on schedule and priority.
§ Accurately pick and verify parts, ensuring correct quantities, lot traceability, and revision levels.

Howe and Howe Inc, leading developers of high performance Unmanned Systems and a proven partner for both military and commercial applications, is offering a full-time opportunity for an Electrical Technician to provide electrical support for the design, integration, and maintenance of electrical systems on a variety of technologies, ranging from Unmanned Robotic Systems for Commercial and Military programs as well as Naval Surface Systems, in a fast-paced environment. These systems are experimental and cutting-edge technological advancements that are intended to protect the warfighter in various theaters as well as provide civil support to many commercial applications. This individual may have an opportunity to travel, execute experimental military and civil hardware testing, and grow in their role. The position involves supporting harness design, modifications, installation, assembly and test. This individual must be able to design/assemble on the fly as well as work from assembly documentation (i.e. Work Instructions, Drawings etc.), parts lists, and diagrams to assemble, wire and install a wide variety of components. Operate electronic and mechanical test equipment. Use small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers and pliers. About This Role
A Production Planner will develop and manage the execution of the production schedule as a result of line of balance output, taking into consideration the available capacity, material availability and program delivery commitments. A Production Planner communicates to leadership and program managers the manufacturing status, expected completion dates and production risk analysis based on internal and external supply.
Responsibilities:
· Partners with procurement, production manager, quality, engineering, and program management, and other supply chain disciplines to proactively plan, schedule, and effectively manage development, production, and aftermarket support environments.
· Manages and own the execution of items associated with their planner code, to include release of internal jobs to the program, factory, release of purchase requisitions, manage disruptions in the internal factory (shortages, MRB, internal and external constraints), and provides feedback to internal customers.
· Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
· Monitors internal and external supply chain alignment – identifies and resolves potential constraints, maintains line of balance (build through) and purchase requests for the production or purchase of components / parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements.
· Plays an integral part of product Integrated Product Teams (IPT) by effectively interfacing with internal customers.
· Assists management in the development and execution of plans for assigned products to maximize scheduled on-time completion. Analyzes supply and demand data and reports to determine critical path constraints.
· Manages manual demand for top/down & bottom-up releases, facilitates ECN/ECP changes and coordinates production cut-ins. Reviews excess material for possible consumption in other jobs. Creates material transfers, borrow/payback transactions and PO change requests.
· Respond to ad hoc requests from management and other departments, providing timely and accurate analysis and reports.

· Oversee process to create manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) to break engineering product structure into logical manufacturing methodology and sequence to enable MRP processes for order release, scheduling, and purchased component sourcing activities
· Provides technical guidance to initiate and drive Root Cause / Corrective Action (RCCA) on production issues related to engineering design, material, tooling, specifications and processes

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Leads cross-functional collaboration with procurement, production management, quality, engineering, program management, and other supply chain functions to drive strategic planning, scheduling, and execution across development, production, and aftermarket support environments.
- Owns and directs all aspects of production planning and execution within assigned planner codes, including the release of internal manufacturing orders, procurement requisitions, and proactive resolution of supply chain disruptions, internal/external constraints, and material shortages. Provides strategic recommendations and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Provides reporting and recommendations to Sr leadership, ensuring transparency on production progress, material readiness, and potential risks. Develops and implements strategies to optimize resource utilization, minimize bottlenecks, and drive operational efficiency.
- Monitors and optimizes supply chain performance, identifying constraints and implementing solutions to maintain production flow, balance inventory levels, and ensure timely procurement of components based on master schedules and operational demands.
- Serves as a key member of Integrated Product Teams (IPT), providing high-level production planning expertise and influencing decisions to support program milestones, cost targets, and delivery commitments
- Drives the development and execution of comprehensive production plans, analyzing complex supply and demand data to mitigate risks, address critical path constraints, and ensure on-time delivery of products.

Welder - About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role you will be responsible for:
- MIG Weld is a minimum, TIG Weld preferred.
- Welding of aluminum and other metal materials in all positions. Must be able to work from standing, sitting, lying and kneeling positions.
- Climbing on and over vehicles, up and down ladders.
- Tack welding (kneeling, standing, sitting, lying, overhead burning of steel, dragging torch line)
- Use of jacks, porta-powers and come-a longs; some of which can weigh as much as 25 lbs.
- Lifting of material and tools (jacks, porta-powers, come-a longs, etc. Also loading and unloading of parts.
- Crawling through craft or on top of.
- Bending and twisting of your body as needed to get into different compartments.
- Operation of cranes, forklifts.
- Use of power tools (gougers, skill saws, cut saws, grinders). All require two hands on tools to operate in safe manner.
- Walking on tops of frames and tees (uneven walking surfaces)

The Weapon Systems business is seeking a Manufacturing Program Scheduler for the Wilmington, MA location. The Manufacturing Program Scheduler will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and analyzing integrated manufacturing schedules to ensure program milestones, production commitments, and delivery requirements are achieved.
This role requires excellent organization, teamwork, and communication skills to ensure program execution meets mission objectives. A successful candidate in this role will be self-driven, action-oriented, have strong written and verbal communication, and exhibit a team mentality. This position will report to the Manufacturing Program Manager within the Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed manufacturing schedules in support of all program phases, from development through full-rate production.
- Integrate production schedules with material availability, work center capacity, labor planning, and engineering release plans.
- Track progress against baseline schedules and identify risks, deviations, and potential impacts to key program milestones.
- Coordinate with functional teams to gather inputs, resolve conflicts, and improve schedule accuracy and predictability.
- Support manufacturing readiness activities, including build sequencing, lead-time management, and production change planning.
- Participate in risk and opportunity assessments related to schedule performance.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and internal schedule management requirements.
- Utilize tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or enterprise planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to manage data and generate deliverables.

About This Role

A Material Expeditor utilizes Oracle and Solumina to perform a variety of duties. These duties will include electronically moving Discrete Jobs through process steps, issuing material from inventory, stocking material, and closing Discrete Jobs. The main function of this role is to partner with Production Control and Planning to prioritize and distribute material to Production at the point of use. Additionally, a Sr. Material Handler - Expeditor is responsible for the coordination and physical movement of material as outlined in the “Responsibilities” section below.
Responsibilities:
- Electronically processes Discrete Jobs within Oracle and Solumina to delivery, stock, and move material throughout the floor and complete Discrete Jobs.
- Coordinate and execute critical part movement with the warehouse, support material movement to MRB, and support the return to vendor process when needed.
- Stages material such as: kits for items originating from other facilities, parts or kits originating within the same facility and delivering to the proper work-centers on the Production floor.
- Ordering Point of use materials from the warehouse such as: Free bin, Min Max, Hazardous consumables, and any other related materials.
- Coordinates with Manufacturing Engineers, Production Control Analysts and Quality Control on material problems found on the Production floor (non-conforming material, lost parts, items routed incorrectly, return to stocks etc.)
- Troubleshoots DJ order releases, material requirements, routings, and availability with Production Control, Manufacturing Engineering, and Material Planning groups.
- Troubleshoots systems-based issues with Oracle, Solumina, eMatrix, Zebra Devices, etc.
- Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain management on OVF (outside vendor forming) and OSP (outside supplier processing) related functions
- Delivers material to production work areas, between work areas, and any other applicable locations.
- Maintain inventory records, logs, signatures, and other data as required.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management.
