About This Role
The Sr Account Rep reports directly to the Payroll Accounting Supervisor and will perform assigned payroll duties for multiple operating units. They will ensure compliance with company policies and all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
· Process timecards and payroll for multiple companies including more complex payrolls.
· Review and address timecard and payroll discrepancies.
· Review and reconcile payroll.
· Prepare and record payroll journal entries.
· Assist employees with timecard or payroll questions or issues.
· Assist with audit requests as needed.
· Adhere to company internal controls.

About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, the Financial Analyst will be a key financial business partner in supporting Textron Systems ATAC Operating unit with timely analysis, invoicing, financial modeling and reporting. The analyst will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for analysis of programs financials, invoicing government Customers, Capital Expense budgeting, and Pricing & Estimating that are used by senior leaders to manage the business daily. They will be able to use historical data and current understanding to identify financial trends and patterns as they relate to financial forecast.
Responsibilities
· Support ATAC programs with timely analysis, financial modeling and recommendations for decision making.
· Prepare and submit invoices for multiple government contracts, ensuring CLINs, ACRNs and funded amounts are accurate prior to submission.
· Responsible for establishing and maintaining Corporate Financial Reports, Program Status Reports, and Key Performances Indicators
· Ensure program financials are accurate and complete and are in accordance with SOX and internal corporate controls
· Use analysis to identify and investigate program issues and advise on appropriate course of action
· Support new business pricing and estimating activities
· Provide real time program financial status to leadership as well as Ad-hoc financial analysis
· Present financial data during monthly and quarterly reviews to an audience consisting of front line and executive level management and other duties as assigned

Individual will support accounts payable with invoice processing, invoice payments and discrepancy resolution; which includes the review of invoices for reasonableness, allocability and allowability prior to obtaining coding and approvals for appropriate individuals. About This Role

The Pricing & Estimating Sr Manager is responsible for the overall department performance and growth of personnel. Will oversee staff in developing fully supported pricing proposals that will be submitted in response to government and other customer requests, manages the workload of direct reports, and coordinates pricing efforts with management and other departments. Duties include leading the Pricing & Estimating team through proposal development, pricing analysis, pricing strategy, compliance with company policies and government requirements, fact-finding, audits, negotiations, problem solving, and training of personnel. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams such as business development, program management, contracts, finance, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing to fully understand the customer RFP and to develop a compliant pricing proposal for submittal. Must be capable of managing the department workload and deliverables against strict timelines and meeting expectations in a detail-oriented, performance-driven, business environment. Responsible for the development of the financial analysis for management reviews on all proposals, including margin analysis, risks and opportunities, and cash flow schedule. Desirable qualities for the ideal candidate would include excellent organizational skills, ability to work concurrently on multiple and varied projects, strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to utilize good common sense, strong leadership abilities, sound judgment, and ability to effectively interface with both internal and external customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Ability to effectively develop teams and manage/direct the workflow of others is required. Develop, train, and mentor direct reports using a formalized performance management process and positive leadership examples.
Participates in determining objectives of work assignments, planning schedules, and arranging activities in accomplishing objectives of the department.
Strong business background with knowledge of all aspects of government and commercial job costing in an engineering development and manufacturing environment.
Analysis of proposal bills of materials, utilization of actual and estimated labor and procurement data, pricing and estimating practices, functional department estimates, and proposal auditing.
Performs review and analysis of cost proposals activities prior to submission to management for approval and negotiation with customers to ensure cost data are current, accurate, and complete.
Develops solutions to a variety of complex proposal related problems using established policies, procedures and best practices.
Works special assignments as required using independent judgment and initiative.
Plan, execute & manage multiple projects that include improvement reviews of business processes, particularly on regulatory & compliance-related systems & programs.
Advanced knowledge of General Accounting processes, procedures, and rules and accounting systems to properly apply the correct overheads, burdens, pricing factors, and other applicable rates & the application of pricing and costing principles, concepts, practices, and standards

About This Role
The (EVMS) Compliance Analyst, will be primarily responsible for ensuring compliance with EVM guidance across the company. This includes applying project management oversight to assigned projects, developing/designing and implementing new or revised departmental policies, programs, techniques, and methods. Will provide financial and scheduling guidance to Program Management teams through the EV Core Team. Position requires a working knowledge of the Earned Value Management (EVM) Industry Standard, ANSI/EIA 748 (current version).
Responsibilities
· Supports program teams in the development and preparation of program baselines and financial forecasts, estimate at complete (EAC) development and reviews, preparation of financial packages, EVMS reporting and compliance support, audit support, baseline development and internal integrated baseline reviews, financial and investigative analysis, and real-time information and analysis to PMs, CAMs and Finance Management
· Closely supports PM team and collaborates with other functions including scheduling, contracts, procurement and central finance
· Leads and mentors’ financial analysts and program master schedulers
· Supports Textron Systems EVMS policy, process, tools, training and performance assessment in accordance with EIA748 Standard EVMS guidelines
· Provides specialized EVM analysis and develops specialized reports using analytical tools as required
· Reviews BCRs, CPRs, IPMRs, VARs, CAPs, WADs for compliance with Textron Systems and Government requirements
· Works across departmental lines to support the implementation of system enhancements to improve the accessibility, accuracy and reliability of information
· Supports customer audits and reviews to include program management team preparation for DCMA’s yearly Standard Surveillance Plan
· Communicates with DCMA on a regular basis regarding EVMS assessments
