About This Role
The Manager Supply Chain will lead a team of subcontract specialists to enable the negotiation and execution of complex subcontracts with major suppliers and ensure oversight of the supply base. This position further serves as the Air/Sea domain supply chain lead with direct support responsibility to the domain program leadership. Customer relationship management and supply chain execution are key measures for this position, all with a focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
Responsibilities
Serve as the supply chain lead to the Air and Sea domain programs. Engage in regular communications, attend program reviews, and provide supply chain feedback on items of program importance or concern (e.g. risky suppliers and mitigation, delivery status, cost growth concerns, among others).
Coordinate and align with other supply chain resources/functions to meet customer objectives. (Supplier Development, Strategic Sourcing, Sourcing Engineering, Data Analytics, Tactical Procurement). Escalate issues as identified.
Provide regular reports to supply chain and program leadership regarding subcontract status, supplier performance, risks/mitigations, and associated supply chain metrics.
Develop, coach, and manage subcontract specialists and monitor employee performance to goals. Use data analytics and standard tools to measure and monitor subcontract placement and supplier management/performance. Enforce and improve on standard work and cadences. Monitor SC exception reports.
Maintain knowledge of domain major commodities including industry trends, economic factors, and key suppliers in these commodities.
Evaluate supply chain needs proactively with the program through the review of forecasts and the identification of potential sources for strategic sourcing considerations.
Represent Supply Chain in gate reviews for prime proposal capture and submission in accordance with company delegation of authority.
Intercept front end business opportunities to enable optimized down stream supply chain performance. This includes, but not limited to, early integration on proposals (in coordination with Strategic Sourcing/Material Estimating), drive program accountability, mitigate requisition compression for requirements, and advocate for supply chain with the program team.
Support the Supply Chain organization executing discrete continuous improvement efforts as identified.
Analyze statistical data to evaluate supplier performance. Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation. For known issues, support root cause corrective actions including contract management and enforcement.
Support both internal and external audit teams, including Accounting, Textron Audit Services, DCMA and DCAA. Ensure subcontract management activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and customer requirements.

The negotiation, placement, and management of complex, high dollar subcontracts within a government acquisition environment, including both cost and fixed price material and service type subcontracts.
• Obtain program's contractual requirements; consolidate them into an accurate Comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) that will protect Textron's interests in data rights, Proposal preparation costs and intellectual property; and issue RFP’s to prospective subcontractors.
• Examine bid responses and initiate cost and pricing analysis using results thereof combined with program objectives to develop negotiation strategy and negotiate price, terms and work scope.
• Originate formal subcontract documents and coordinate inputs and approvals from both functional and programmatic leadership stakeholders.
• Originate and maintain required documentation for subcontract files, including all pertinent government Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements when applicable.
• Facilitate integrated program team (IPT) meetings to maintain and control all correspondence between Textron and subcontractor.
• Verify all invoices and give initial payment approval or disapproval. This includes maintaining detailed accounts payable records for cost contracts to know when to withhold fee.
• Participate in program meetings, obtain data and requirements which must be transmitted to or obtained from subcontractors via correspondence or telephone.
• Monitor funding profiles and spend plans to be able to recommend when funding may or may not be required.
• Conduct day to day management of subcontract delivery to maintain acceptable quality and delivery targets

Job Summary:
The Supplier Development Engineer is responsible for delivering strategic and tactical supply chain activities for our supply base to effectively support all Textron Systems’ businesses across all site locations with a focus on overall external supply chain improvement.
Each team member will develop optimized external supply chain capability, enabling the highest levels of competition among the highest performing suppliers, geographically located; to optimally support our business throughout all phases of the product life cycle with a particular focus on Quality.
This role includes performing: - supplier assessments and development evaluations, supplier identification, and supplier management tasks. Working collaboratively across all product domains to understand the needs of the business and drive supply chain execution and accountability to the highest attainable level

The Supplier Development Engineer is specifically responsible for driving results with our suppliers across multiple supply categories including mechanical and/or electrical parts and assemblies in all facets of performance, including cost, delivery and quality. This role will report directly to the Manager of Supplier Development within the Supply Chain organization.
Key responsibilities:
· Develop Relationships throughout the Supply Base and connect that network with Internal customers and drive Quality into the foundation for execution
· Perform and/or participate in source qualification by performing quality management system surveys and special process surveys.
· Solicit supplier inputs into product design, considering design for manufacturability, cost, reliability, parts availability, and more.
· Perform Manufacturing Readiness Assessments (MRA) as appropriate for suppliers.
· Coordinate the effective flow-downs of contractual requirements to suppliers along with alignment on quality codes and performance expectations.
· Execute supplier development strategies balanced across all domains.
· Partner with Sourcing Engineering, Supplier Management, Buyers, and Quality Engineering to ensure a smooth transition to the identified source enabling seamless execution via leading effective Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM).
· Coordinate with Quality Engineering inspection requirements of suppliers and execute inspection requirements such as first article inspection, managing nonconforming materials, troubleshooting, processing material review board actions, etc.
· Lead management of critical supplier issues to improve overall execution.
· Lead risk assessments via FMEA/Risk Cubes, RCCA, countermeasures and supplier scorecard reviews.
· Perform data analysis and issue reports on supplier performance to ensure suppliers meet and maintain expected performance levels inclusive of quality and delivery.

Job Summary:

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and lead a high-performing supplier development team of technical engineering and supplier management professionals
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing and Sourcing Engineering to progress Supply Chain 2.0 initiative, with specific focus on the Performance stage of the lifecycle
• Balance supplier development requirements workload across all Domains with a focus on high-impact, high-value solutions for the overall business
• Establish supplier development strategies balanced across all domains.
• Work closely with program management, engineering, manufacturing and operations to ensure we meet the needs of the business in a fast paced and dynamic environment

About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Purchase materials from supplies at the lowest cost consistent with considerations of quality, reliability of source and urgency of need
- Study market trends, interview vendors and recommends sources of supply
- Solicit and analyze quotations required to satisfy all the requirements of the authorizing source documentation
- Monitor outstanding orders to ensure timely deliveries of quality products to maintain production, following up on orders to expedite shipment and delivery as needed

Summary
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.
Job Responsibilities
· Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
· Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
· Utilize AMS program
· Training of maintenance personnel

· Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
· Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
· The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
· This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
· This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
· This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
· Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
· Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
· Additional responsibilities as delineated by Production Supervisor and Crew Chiefs

Job Summary:
The Certified Repair Station (CRS) Manager is responsible for overseeing maintenance, repair, and overhaul services. The successful candidate will provide leadership and manage a skilled workforce to exceed customer expectations while meeting the requirements of the Federal Aviation Regulations and other international aviation regulatory standards. The CRS Manager is responsible for compliance with all procedures outlined in Lycoming Engines’ Repair Station and Quality Control Manual as appropriate to any engine being inspected, maintained, repaired, overhauled, or altered by the Repair Station.
Responsibilities Include:
· Direct operational aspects of Lycoming Engines’s Part 145 Repair Station, ensuring adherence to FAA regulations and organizational policies, and serve as primary contact to the FAA regarding Lycoming Engines’ Repair Station
· Ensure that Repair Station staff have requisite training, knowledge, and experience to perform maintenance in compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
· Lead and develop the Repair Station team, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
· Establish safety standards and ensure safety precautions are observed and adhered to.
· Coach, train, develop, direct, mentor, and counsel employees in a fair and consistent manner.
· Ensure all maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities are carried out in accordance with approved FAA data, Lycoming Engines’ procedures, and FAA/AS9100 quality requirements.
· Develop and maintain scorecard of Key Performance Indicators and presents results to leadership in formal and informal sessions, including quarterly business reviews
· Plan, direct, and coordinate training activities within the repair station, including training for Lycoming Engines’ bargained workforce.
· Assist in implementing Lean competences into Repair Station operations.
· Administer the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and collaborate with union leaders in the resolution of shop issues.
· Assist with selection, installation, operation and on-going maintenance of equipment and systems.

About this Role
The Sourcing Manager is responsible for establishing and executing the supply chain strategy to successfully support new development or existing production programs. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for representing procurement to the program and engineering teams and must work collaboratively across all functions. This role will also be responsible for supplier evaluation and selection, negotiation and establishing long term contracts and management of complex supplier programs, in coordination with other supply chain teams.
This position will report to the Manager, Strategic Sourcing and be based in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

· Create solutions to complex sourcing challenges based on trends and advancements using ingenuity, creativity and innovativeness
