About This Role

The Manufacturing Program Manager (MPM) will serve as the primary ISC representative to program areas. This person will work across multiple ISC disciplines and multiple manufacturing locations to coordinate the timely, accurate, and complete execution of engineering development and transition to production (TTP) activities.
Responsibilities to Include:
- Represent ISC on the Program IPT
· Lead cross functional, multi-site team through the various TTP activities including facilities and resource planning, manufacturing readiness, supply chain health, quality requirements, and process development.
· Establish overall manufacturing schedule and coordinate details to each location along with tracking to ensure on time completion
· Coordinate design schedule with the manufacturing and supply chain
· Establish and track TTP metrics across the sites and report metrics to ELT as needed
· Coordinate key purchases/sub-contracts with external supply chain to include flow down of all contract and quality requirements
- Coordinate ISC CAM EVMS planning and execution
- Lead integration of production requirements/demands
- Coordinate all Operations proposal inputs
- Coordinate and support all Customer reviews and audits of ISC
- Facilitate Technical Interchange / Problem Resolution
- Identify, Track, and Mitigate Risks
About This Role
The Electronic Systems Project Manager is a key player, working in a team environment, to support customers after the initial sale of an Aftermarket product.
This role reports directly to the Program Manager, Aftermarket and works closely with the Engineering and Operations teams to execute Aftermarket upgrade/repair/calibration operations in addition to Aftermarket sales forecasting and spares planning. They are required to lead cross-functional teams to propose, contract, expedite and control all Aftermarket projects in order to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. This includes but is not limited to customer interface, quoting, project planning, risk identification and mitigation, on-time-delivery, financial management and reporting. This is a career progression position into Program Management or Business Development.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates all aspects of Aftermarket operations, including but not limited to repair work, spares delivery and calibration services
- Supports quoting and proposal activity for customer support requests for designated product lines, working closely with Program Managers and the Contracts team
- Assists with sales forecasting, spares forecasting, and securing spares on a Company Risk Funding to anticipate and respond to customer product support requirements
- Works creatively to solve customer problems and expedite company response time
- Tracks all work activities in Salesforce and routinely runs metrics between Salesforce and ERP to ensure project profitability.
- Adheres to any required internal and government regulations to ensure compliance; looks for ways to gain efficiencies and expedite commercial contracts.

Major Position Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have the ability to work within a diverse, multifunctional team and, under the supervision of a senior program manager or program director have the responsibilities not limited to the following:
· Managing the financial, technical, and schedule requirements of program components to deliver products that are technically acceptable in a cost-effective manner.
· Perform Control Account Manager responsibilities for program management budget including development of budgetary baseline, review of actual costs and determine variance analysis, monthly Latest Revised Estimate updates and Estimate At Complete analysis, and sales forecast update.
· Follow management program processes, plans and procedures to ensure program executes based on AS9100 Quality certification requirements and Textron best practices.
· Organize Program Management Execution Gates for leadership review and approval.
· Assist with proposal generation and submittal to the customer.
· Work closely with program schedulers to understand the IMS and all the inputs required to manage/update the IMS on a monthly basis.
· Interface with suppliers and Textron Systems Procurement organization to communicate program updates/changes to and from the supplier.
· Assist with internal and external program communications.
· Problem solving; Personnel development
· Engage with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

- Develop and maintain program schedules with guidance from the Principal/Manager, Program Planning & Scheduling.
- Serve as a cross-departmental and cross-organizational conduit for information, job tasks, and material flow.
- Develop, update, and maintain schedule performance metrics, related processes, and management tools within the business units, including, but not limited to, critical path analysis and schedule risk assessment.
- Support program managers with coordinating activities of various internal departments to ensure project goals for cost, schedule and scope are maintained.
- Perform Control Account Manager duties on schedule and cost performance, forecasts, and risks.
- Identifies, negotiates, and resolves conflicts between the stakeholders during execution of the program, including Procurement, Integrated Supply Chain, and the Customer.
- Participates in and supports preparation of customer and internal reviews and prepares CAMs for schedule surveillance/audits.

About This Role
Textron Systems Electronic Systems is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Ruggedized and Automated Test Equipment team and help us in providing services and support to our hardware and software customers around the globe.
The Project Manager will work closely with Program, Engineering, Finance, Contracts and Operations teams to execute production projects. This role is a career progression into Program Management.

• Supporting proposal preparation; statements of work and specifications; estimating of product cost and the negotiation of contract prices, financial terms and program requirements.
• Participating in formulating program plans and objectives for area of responsibility or program.
• Monitoring adherence to contract requirements, reporting and justifying of costs by:
o Supporting the review and analysis of financial metric data (Winsight, MPM, etc)
o Supporting the development, review and update of Cost Projection Forecasts (CPF)
o Supporting the development, review and update of Program Management Status Reports (PMSR) and Cost Performance Reports (CPR)
o Supporting the development, review and update of external Cost Schedule Status Reports (CSSR) as required
o Supporting the review and update of End Item Shipping Schedules
• Monitoring adherence to program plans including schedule and risk management, resource planning, requirements management, and cash flow management.
• Creating and delivering presentations to the senior leadership team and customers.
• Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with both internal and external customers.
• Reviewing and directing the performance of program functional task elements such as engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and administrative functions.
About This Role
Textron has a need for a full-time, Subcontracts, Program Manager with greater than 10 years of experience in management of Defense Weapon System subcontractors. The candidate should have demonstrated advanced level capabilities in Program and Integrated Supply Chain Management. This position requires that the candidate be a US citizen with or capable of receiving in short time frame (reinstatement), a secret level security clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the ability to manage a diverse subcontractor base and have the primary responsibilities not limited to the following:
Managing the financial, technical, and schedule performance of all critical program subcontractors on the program.
· Collaborate with the Integrated Supply Chain Organization in establishing and qualifying key suppliers.
· Perform Control Account Manager responsible for program subcontract management budget including development of budgetary baseline, review of actual costs and determine variance analysis, monthly Latest Revised Estimate updates and Estimate At Complete analysis
· Collaborate with development team/Program Management to assure DFx features are embedded in the product being procured.
· Experience with product qualification processes such as PRR, First Article Test, Manufacturing Prove-Out and Test Prove-Out
· Experience working within various program phases including prototype development/ production, Qualification, Low-Rate Initial Production and Full Rate Production programs.
· Follow management program processes, plans and procedures to ensure program executes based on AS9100 Quality certification requirements and Textron best practices.
· Develop plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and performance improvements (technical and quality).
· Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and develop solutions to problems utilizing ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
· Problem solving; Personnel development.
· Function as the primary company subcontract interface to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Responsible for performance of multifunctional subcontract management teams
