About This Role

- Utilize GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) methods to weld tubing components with exceptional precision.
- Comprehensive knowledge of tubing materials and their respective welding characteristics.
- Welding of aluminum, Stainless, Inconel tubing in all positions.

- .065” to .035” stainless steel tubing (qualification for Inconel tubing) / 1G test position
- .065” to .065” aluminum tubing / 6G test position

- Must be able to work from standing, sitting, lying and kneeling positions.
- Some work must be accomplished with the use of mirror welding.
- Climbing on and over bulkheads, up and down ladders.
- Tack welding (kneeling, standing, sitting, lying, overhead burning of steel, dragging torch line)
- Use of jacks, porta-powers and come-a longs; some of which can weigh as much as 25 lbs.
- Lifting of material and tools (jacks, porta-powers, come-a longs, etc. Also loading and unloading of parts.
- Crawling through craft on top of tees and through manholes
- Bending and twisting of your body as needed to get into different compartments.
- Operation of cranes, forklifts
- Use of power tools (gougers, skill saws, cut saws, grinders). All require two hands on tools to operate in safe manner

About This Role
As Guard Force Commander you will be responsible for managing, supervising, and ensuring our Protective Security Officer (PSO) team maintaining the highest security standards in compliance with our industrial security program, customer expectations, and our company policies and procedures. Specifically, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Responsibilities
· Fostering the development of a positive and high-performance team of PSOs
· Ensuring compliance to all Company personnel and safety policies and ensures staff perform duties in a safe manner
· Managing the staffing of posts at the site in order to ensure complete coverage. This includes, but not limited to, coverage for vacations, illness, and call-offs
· Conducting Guard Mount and pass down information and ensuring guard force complies to federal, state, and local training and certification requirements
· Ensuring that all officers receive and understand new, changed, or special instructions
· Ensuring guard force follows the Company's professional uniform and grooming standards
· Ensuring accountability for the proper use and maintenance of all equipment used at all sites by assigned PSOs
· Ensuring clarity, completeness, accuracy, and legibility of all written reports, timesheets, and log entries
· Conducting investigations into security matters and report findings to chain-of-command
· Ensuring accuracy of start and end times, meal and break periods are documented on daily timekeeping systems

Job Description:
The Program Master Scheduler is responsible for development, coordination, and implementation of the Program Master Schedules to help ensure on-time program execution and deliverables. This position reports to the Senior Program Manager. The position will be a part of the program team and work day-to-day with the Program Managers, Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Contracts, Finance, and other cross functional team members.
- Develop and maintain the Program Integrated Master Plan/Schedule associated with the entire project lifecycle from RFP to program closeout that are compliant to applicable contract requirements and company standards.
- Lead regular status review meetings to capture accomplishments, resource and duration adjustments as well as maintaining interdependencies.
- Ensure integration and synchronization of cost and schedule data.
- Advises the Program Manager and other team members on schedule performance, forecasts, and risks.
- Identifies, negotiates, and resolves conflicts between the stakeholders in the Scheduling process.
- Participate in external and internal reviews of the schedule, including surveillance and audits.
- Other duties as assigned.

About This Role
Textron System, Electronic Systems is seeking talented Electrical Engineers (EE) to design and develop complex hardware solution for a variety of technical problems. You will be part of highly skilled multi-disciplinary team developing and maintaining highly complex electronic systems.
Electrical Engineers engage in a variety of technical projects including, but not limited to, circuit card design, Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) hardware and firmware design and development, embedded microcontroller design and development, cable and connector design and routing.

• Solving complex hardware and embedded firmware problems that may require research and analysis of alternatives involving many factors.
• Working independently to determine and develop innovative solutions.
• Contributing to and/or ensures the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.

• Designing VHDL code for FPGAs (Altera/IntelPSG and/or Xilinx).
• Developing code for embedded microcontrollers (Atmel, Microchip, etc.).
• Writing interface control documents, specifications, and test procedures for designs.
• Reporting status including schedule progress and problems/issues.
• Working closely with hardware in a lab setting, and debugging using lab equipment (e.g., Spectrum Analyzer, Digital Oscilloscope).

Job Summary
Working with cross-functional commodity teams, the Non-destructive Testing (NDT) Quality Engineer is responsible for all NDT activities at Lycoming and evaluating/ approving external supplier NDT processes when necessary. These activities include establishing Quality System, Procedures, and Techniques for Magnetic Particle Inspection, Penetrant Inspection and Radiography. The NDT Quality Engineer will be responsible for NDT training and testing according to industry and Lycoming standards. Be responsible for conducting internal and external supplier quality system and process assessments and improvements.
Responsibilities to Include:
· Develop NDT procedure(s), techniques, calibration methods, equipment evaluation for Magnetic particle Inspection, Penetrant Inspection and Radiography.
- Develop NDT personnel training, testing methods and required administration.
- Evaluates Special processes at external and internal suppliers.
- Conducts supplier audits to quality standards and in support of supplier selection and improvement.
- Drives effective root cause analyses and corrective action. Spearheads process improvement activities at supplier facilities.
- Performs Quality Engineering tasks like Quality Planning, Data Analysis and Process Control activities.

Summary
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.
Job Responsibilities
• Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
• Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
• Utilize AMS program
• Training of maintenance personnel
• Manage assigned maintenance programs
• Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
• Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
• The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
• This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
• This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
• This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
• Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
• Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
• Additional responsibilities as delineated by Production Supervisor and Crew Chiefs

The Systems Engineering Manager will develop and lead the Sea Systems Engineering team based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The manager will drive System Engineering standards, processes, and procedures. The Systems Engineering team primary focus is the specification and oversight of third-party developed control and communications systems into marine craft. The team also executes or oversees requirements development and management, Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS), Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS), and Reliability Availability and Maintainability (RAM) modeling.
Responsibilities
· Oversee or develop statements of work, review proposals, and provide design oversight of third-party electronic control and communication systems. Attend software and hardware test events, as needed.
· Review and approve design artifacts from third-party developers of electronic control and communications systems.
· Lead direct reports to accomplish Systems Engineering team goals and direct reports’ career development.
· Coordinate with electrical and mechanical systems managers to integrate third-party electronic control and communications systems.
· Oversee Software Defect Resolution Board (DRB).
· Oversee requirements development and management process for both third party electronic control and communications systems and internally-developed systems.
