Reporting to the Textron Systems Director Import/Export Compliance, the Export/Import Compliance Analyst will proactively handle export/import compliance matters for Textron Systems as assigned. Will interact with employees at all levels and will work both independently and with other members of the Legal, Contracts and Compliance Department staff on a variety of interesting international trade compliance matters. This role, located in Hunt Valley, MD, or Slidell, LA, requires successful management of a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. In performing this role the Export/Import Compliance Analyst will:
Responsibilities
• Provide a full range of proactive export compliance guidance to program management, contracts, procurement, business development, shipping, security and other functional areas, including domestic/foreign operations and subsidiaries.
• Prepare DDTC and Commerce license applications, Technical Assistance Agreements, Manufacturing License Agreements and Warehousing Distribution Agreements.
• Determine applicability of ITAR exemptions, ECCNs, and use of Commerce license exceptions
• Work in collaboration with in-house attorneys and outside counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide support in connection with internal/external audits and investigations.
• Track application status, maintain database of granted export approvals, satisfy record-keeping requirements, and prepare required reports.
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date Export Compliance Policies, Procedures and Manuals.
• Assist in planning and conducting employee training.
• Assist in determining export jurisdiction and ECCN/USML classification for all products.
• May perform other Trade Compliance duties as assigned

The Contracts Specialist will provide contract administrative support to internal and external stakeholders. The Contracts Specialist will support all aspects of contract management throughout the contracting process.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in a variety of administrative duties for government, commercial and international contracts and proposals.
• Assist in the review of contracts prior to approval to ensure all agreements are incorporated.
• Will serve as primary interface with customer.
Negotiate contracts, changes, and other arrangements under supervision.Assist with the preparation and submittal of proposals.
• Will support program team to ensure contract required deliverables are met and document any requested changes to contract terms.
• Prepare and submit contract data items.
• Support both internal and external audit teams, including Accounting, SOX, Textron Audit Services, DCMA and DCAA.
• Review and process Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• Ensure invoices are submitted and payments are received.
• Perform contract closeout tasks.
• Prepare and coordinate business correspondence.
• Maintain accurate and complete contract files and records for the company.

The Senior Contracts Specialist shall proactively provide support to contract management and directors of a particular Business Unit in administering government, international and commercial contracts. They will support all aspects of contract management throughout the contracting process, from pre-proposal activities through contract closure. In performing this role, the Senior Contracts Specialist will:
- Support the review and risk analysis of solicitations and terms and conditions and coordinate with their supervisor.
- Participate in bid/no bid decisions and proposal review meetings.
- Review cost proposals, maintain cost and pricing data records for TINA compliance, support fact-finding and DCAA audits, and support negotiations.
- Proactively administer a variety of contracts (government/commercial, domestic/international) of all types (cost reimbursement, fixed price, incentive, award fee, IDIQ, time and material, etc.) and modifications thereto. Prepare and coordinate business correspondence, generate required contract-related reports, and maintain accurate and complete contract files and records for the company.
- Remain actively engaged with (and serve as an integral member of) designated program teams and develop strong interfaces with Hunt Valley personnel in other functional areas.
- Participate in program reviews, monitor program performance (contract schedules, deliverables, funding, invoicing, and payments), and notify contract managers or directors of potential non-compliances or other problems that could have an adverse impact on the company.
- Identify and administer contract changes, and coordinate resolution of contract issues with your supervisors.
- Actively administer the closeout of completed contracts.
- Ensure contract management activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and customer requirements.
- Ensure coordination with Legal on contract matters that may have legal significance (such as, identifying to Legal non-standard or potentially high-risk terms and conditions) prior to advising management of contractual risks, rights and obligations, and terms and conditions interpretations.
- Perform other contract-related duties as assigned.

About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for serving as flight instructors for the Shadow UAS are required to provide flight, classroom, hands on, and simulation instruction in support of the US Army’s mission at various locations throughout the United States. This role is contingent upon contract award.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead classroom instruction for up to 30 students on new system upgrades and changes.
- Operate both the MUSE and UMS as an instructor.
- Conducts live flight operations as an instructor. This includes RL progression, Delta training, system upgrades, C4I, and any additional items as deemed necessary IAW the training curriculum.
- Maintains records of training activities, student progress, and flight information.
- Updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.
- May provide leadership and evaluation for other instructors, as assigned.
- Stays current with new training; educational; and multimedia technologies.
- Maintain current knowledge (currency) of all equipment and software utilized on the Shadow UAS.

ATAC provides tactical flight training and adversary aggressor services for U.S. Navy, Marine and Air Force pilots. ATAC operates simultaneously across seven sites and two continents and comprises the world’s largest outsourced civilian, tactical airborne training organization and proudly provides the highest quality live training to Squadrons, Air Wings, and Battle Groups.
Summary
The Aircraft Mechanic is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.
Job Responsibilities

Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
- Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
- Utilize AMS program
- Training of maintenance personnel
- Manage assigned maintenance programs
- Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
- Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
- The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
- This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
- This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
- This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
- Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as; blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
- Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
- Additional responsibilities as delineated by Production Supervisor and Crew Chiefs
- Manage programs as assigned
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

A Material Handler - Expeditor utilizes Oracle, Solumina and eMatrix to performs a variety of administrative duties including electronically moving orders through process steps, issuing material from inventory, stock material, and closing job orders.
Responsibilities:
- Electronically processes operations within Oracle, including interim steps to allow work and closes orders that are complete.
- Puts away and picks materials to support production (PUTAWAY & PICKING PROCESS).
- Physically moves material between workstations, stocks shelves as parts are fabricated or assembled and picks parts for orders.
- Communicates to Inventory Control Rep material problems found on the Production floor (non-conforming material, lost parts, items routed incorrectly, etc).
- Support the Inventory Control Rep and Supervisor on special projects related to production management and provides status to appropriate team members.
- Works with Warehousing to ensure material or parts are delivered timely to prevent line stoppages.
- Ensures the timely physical movement of material between production and Warehousing.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management.

A Sr. Field Service Representative performs the actual hands on repair or modification of Sea Systems crafts as directed, and supervises those personnel assigned to assist with these actions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs, modifications or builds crafts at customer location
- Mechanical system troubleshooting & repair capability
- Electrical/C4N troubleshooting & repairs capability
- Flight Operations/Deck Hand support
- Aluminum, stainless steel, & inconel welding capability
- Preventive Maintenance capability
- Requires CONUS travel to correct problems or provide support to customer's crafts.
- Interfaces with Customers on reported problems and provides technical information and status updates on a regular basis.
- Generates and maintains data base for Electronic Customer Service Request (ECRS) forms to track daily efforts during on and offsite operations.
- Researches data for service bulletins and assists in writing.
- Initiates RTGM's and PR's to support material requirements.
- Prepares modification kit paperwork.
- Maintains tracking reports for warranty and modification kit control (Computerized Tracking System).
- Reviews trial cards and identifies open work or potential work items which are candidate for modification kits.
- Reviews approved ECR's, DCR's, CICR's, EO's and drawings to determine modification kit requirements.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management.
