About This Role
The Aircraft Worker is responsible for maintenance actions on Airborne Tactical Advantage Company’s aircraft as well as the safe and expeditious launch and recovery flight line operations at permanent and detachment sites.
Responsibilities
• Maintenance efforts in support of company commitments
• Proficient in one type/model aircraft and helper on additional type/model aircraft
• Utilize AMS program
• Training of maintenance personnel
• Manage assigned maintenance programs
• Assist with coordination of detachment requirements with Crew Chiefs (as necessary)
• Obtain and maintain Detachment Lead qualification
• The Aircraft Mechanic troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls
• This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls
• This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections
• This mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections
• Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as; blueprints or manufactures’ manuals
• Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
• Additional responsibilities as delineated by Production Supervisor and Crew Chiefs
• Manage programs as assigned

The GSE Custodian is responsible for scheduling/performing all maintenance of assigned GSE. The GSE Custodian coordinates and maintains all aspects of assigned GSE.

About This Role
The Sea Systems team is seeking highly qualified candidates to function as a Lead Systems Engineer supporting our CUSV product development initiatives and our contract programs. The strong candidate will possess a broad knowledge base in multiple engineering disciplines and be able to execute in both R&D and production environments. Required experience includes hardware and/or software integration, managing requirements derivation and allocation, overseeing technical execution of engineering projects, and successfully working within a collaborative team environment. A desire to take ownership of design efforts to integrate new technology into our vehicles and payloads is essential.
Lead Systems Engineer roles and responsibilities include:
- Lead full-life cycle engineering design and development activities for the CUSV platform.
- Lead and/or perform requirements analysis, systems modeling (SYSML), trade studies, requirements derivation, design review support, integration planning, test, verification, risk management, and engineering analysis.
- Development of systems architectures and concepts of operations.
- Use technical acumen and problem-solving skills toward the execution of systems engineering tasks.
- Perform review of engineering work products to ensure technically accurate and quality work products.
- Lead the Systems Engineering IPT. Prepare and present systems engineering work products to internal review teams and external customers at program IPT meetings and milestone reviews.
- Generate solid systems engineering task Basis of Estimates and manage Earned Value for systems engineering design/development cost accounts as Cost Account Manager.
- Generate subcontract statements of work and manage outside subcontractor performance.
- Provide tasking to junior systems engineering team on your program and mentorship to support task completion.
- Joint management of the CUSV JIRA Problem Change Report (PCR) Database and PCR adjudication and resolution process.
- Lead and/or perform systems engineering content for Engineering Change Proposals and Requests for Deviation.
- Interact daily with program managers, planners, engineers, and technicians.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Systems Engineering Lead with a strong background in model-based design and modeling and simulation architectures and digital twin strategies, with experience in Department of Defense (DoD) development programs. Responsibilities
Spearhead model-based systems engineering (MBSE) methodologies, ensuring alignment with DoD standards and practices.
Leverage agile development strategies to develop a digital twin modeling architecture in support of requirements allocation and verification, design trade studies and optimization, functional and mission modelling, specification development, and collaboration with customer and end user modeling frameworks.
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of MBSE and digital twin concepts within our system development processes.

Textron System, Electronic Systems is seeking talented Electrical Engineers (EE) to design and develop complex hardware solution for a variety of technical problems. Electrical Engineers engage in a variety of technical projects of moderate scope including schematic capture and circuit card design, Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) hardware and firmware design and development, and embedded microcontroller design and development. Additionally, EEs are expected to create, maintain and follow Interface Control Documents (ICDs), specifications and test procedures for circuit card assemblies and system integration.

About This Role
Textron Systems is hiring for a Mid-level Electrical Engineer to support our Test Equipment Design efforts for a major Air Force program.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and document automated acceptance test equipment required for new and existing electronic products and assist with transition of this equipment to Production Test Engineering.
- Develop a set of testing requirements based on engineering design documentation and hardware.
- Develop functional test stations utilizing state of the art PXI, LAN, USB as well as legacy IEEE-488 and other instrumentation in a context of automated parametric measurements, while maintaining a modular, flexible and scalable design approach.
- Design and develop custom interfaces, system interconnections, test adapters, cables, and ancillary support equipment that maintains NIST-traceable stimulus and measurement capability.
- Develop equipment that withstands the rigors of production use; is easily maintained, calibrated, and repaired; integrates well with existing infrastructure, and leverages commonality with similar test equipment with a goal to minimize life-cycle cost.
- Perform test development activity in accordance with customer specifications and requirements.
- Interface with product development teams to determine appropriate test strategy and coverage for functional requirements.

- Produce clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences.
